弥勒菩薩（修行者）　　　Maitreya is a bodhisattva

 

弥勒は現在仏であるゴータマ・ブッダ（釈迦牟尼仏）の次にブッダとなることが約束された菩薩（修行者）で、ゴータマの入滅後56億7千万年後の未来にこの世界に現われ悟りを開き、多くの人々を救済するとされる。それまでは兜率天で修行（あるいは説法）しているといわれ、中国・朝鮮半島・日本では、弥勒菩薩の兜率天に往生しようと願う信仰（上生信仰）が流行した。

 

Maitreya is a bodhisattva (practitioner) who was promised to become Buddha next to the current Buddha, Gautama Buddha, and will enter this world in the future 5,670 million years after the death of Gautama. It is said that he will appear and become enlightened and save many people. 四種の呼吸法 　　Four types of breathing

 

四種の呼吸法

　教える瞑想の呼吸法は、四種の呼吸法から成り立つ。

　一、長出入息呼吸法

　二、長山息呼吸法

　三、反式呼吸法

　四、強短息呼吸法（火の呼吸法）

　である。

　簡単に説明すると、一の長出大息呼吸法は、出る息、入る息、どちらも、で

きるだけ細く長く深く呼吸する。一呼吸に二十秒から三十秒、一分くらい、時

間をかける。

　二の長出息呼吸法は、出る息のみをできるかぎり細く長く吐いて、吸う息は

２　　つうに吸う。

　三の反式呼吸法は、２　　つうの呼吸とちかって、息を吸うとき、腹部をひっこ

め、息を吐くとき、腹部をふくらませる。ちょうど逆になるわけである。

　四の強短息呼吸法は、「火の呼吸法」とよび、片方の鼻孔を指で押さえて閉

じ、片方の鼻孔で強く短く呼吸する。

オーラ

オーラ[注 1] とは、生体が発散するとされる霊的な放射体、エネルギー[1] を意味する。転じて、ある人物や物体が発する独得な、または霊的な雰囲気や、なんとなく感じる力、威圧感なども指す[1]。なおオーラという言葉は、「微風」「朝のさわやかな空気」を意味する[2]ギリシア語 αὔρα（アウラー）[注 2]、「風」「香気」「輝き」[4] などを意味するラテン語の aura（アウラ）に由来する。

オーラを霊的な雰囲気や、なんとなく感じる力、威圧感ではなく、霊的な放射体、実在するエネルギーとする場合、現代では、その概念の説明は論者の拠るところにより異なる。科学、医学、宗教、超科学、疑似科学、超心理学、超自然、ニューエイジ、オカルトなどを背景に、多様な論が展開されている。

現代、オーラの実在を信じる人の多くは、オーラとは物体から発散され、それを取り囲むエネルギー場であると考えている[17]。また、光の一種であるとも考えられているが、科学的に計測可能な光とは明らかに別物であり、光の全スペクトラムの中にオーラと呼ばれているものは含まれていない[17]。

オーラを見ることができると主張する人々、オーラ・リーディング（オーラを読むこと）を生業とする人々の多くは、人間の周りを取り囲んでいるオーラの場合、その色や形状はその人のパーソナリティー、思考、感情などの状態を反映しているものであり、オーラを見ることで、その人の様々なコンディションを見抜くことができると考えている[17]。

透視能力者・霊媒のテッド・アンドリューズは、「人間のオーラというのは肉体を取り巻くエネルギーフィールド」で「人間をすっぽりと包み込む立体的なもの」「健康な人の場合、オーラはからだのまわりを楕円形、あるいは卵型に包んでいる」「平均的な人で、身体のまわり2.5～3mにわたって包んでいる」と解説した[18]。

占星術師・タロット占い師・ヒーラーのジェーン・ストラザーズは、オーラというのは人を取り巻く「気の場」だとし、それによって人の健康、気分、エネルギーレベルについて知ることができるとした[19]。

近代オカルティズムのオーラ

オカルティズムの用語としてのオーラは、人間、動植物、あるいは無生物を取り巻いているとされる心霊的なエネルギー場[20] ないし放射物[21] を指す。オカルティズムでは、人体のオーラは微細身（英語版）（みさいしん；サトルボディ）の外層を成し、肉体から2、3フィート離れたところまで広がる卵型の領域を形成しているとイメージされることが多い[22]。オカルティストの中には聖人の頭の周りに描かれる光輪はオーラ（霊気）の顕れだと考える人もいる[20]。オーラはエーテル体の一部だとする説もあれば、アストラル体と結びつける見方もあり、統一見解はない[22]。インドのチャクラの概念を取り入れ、オーラはチャクラから生じるとされることもある[23]。

オーラ視能力のある人のヴィジョンに映る人体のオーラの色や陰影は、その人の健康状態や心理状態を反映しているとされ[22]、オーラの色を知覚できると主張する透視者は、オーラの見え方に応じて人物の特質や状態を解釈しようとする（例えば赤は怒りを示す等）[20]。しかし、どの透視者にも同じもののオーラが同じように見えるとは限らない[21]。

近代神智学はヘレナ・P・ブラヴァツキーに始まるが、透視能力があったというチャールズ・W・レッドビーター（1854年 – 1934年）が、自身の透視経験によるとして教義をかなり修正している。オーラの透視結果が数冊の著作にまとめられており、オーラ図などの理論も彼に始まる[15]。神智学はオーラをいくつかの相に分類する。第一に、肉体に近く、エーテル体に密接に関連する「健康のオーラ」 (health aura)、第二に、卵形のエネルギー帯を成している「活力のオーラ」 (vital aura)、第三に、想念や感情を反映して絶えず色を変化させる「カルマのオーラ」 (karmic aura)、第四に、その人の基本的な人格を色で表わしている「性格のオーラ」 (character aura)、第五に、相当に高度な霊的達成を経た人にしか見えないとされる「霊的本質のオーラ」 (aura of spiritual nature) である[22]。

黄金の夜明け団の理論では「感覚圏」 (sphere of sensation) という概念がオーラに相当する。感覚圏はあらゆる印象や思念を映し出す「宇宙の魔法鏡」としての役割を担っているとされる[22]。
