■DALL·E 2とは？

DALL·E 2 （ダリ ツー）とは、言語入力から画像やイメージを作成するAIツールです。AI研究を進めるアメリカの組織OpenAIによって、2022年4月に発表されました。 画家のサルバドール・ダリや、ピクサーの長編アニメ映画「ウォーリー」（WALL-E）のキャラクターが名前の由来となっています。

DALL·E 2 は、画像生成AIの中でも、クリエイティブな画像を出力できる点が特徴です。例えば、”riding a horselounging in a tropical resort in spaceplaying basketball with cats in space“（宇宙にいる猫と宇宙でバスケットボールをしている南国リゾートにいる馬乗り）と一見破茶滅茶な文章を入力しても、要素を取り込んで上手に画像を生成してくれます。

瞑想　　　花になる

一幅の花を花瓶に挿して目の前に置く。
呼吸法。

眼を半眼にして花を凝視せよ。
最初は、花瓶全体を凝視し、しだいに、花だけに視線を集める。花びらのひ
とつひとつをしっかり凝視せよ。花がしだいに大きくなるだろう。花が近づいてくる。
その花の中に心を移せ。花になるのだ。吐く息とともに、自分が花の中に
入っていく。吸うときに、花が自分の中に入ってくる。
花になったら、眼を閉じよ。花になって、花の外の自分を観よ。花になって自分をしばらく観察せよ。
つぎに、花から離れ、自分に返れ。眼を開いて花を凝視し、もとに戻る。
