もちろん、道教の気道の法が、すべて仏陀の気道の法そのままだというのではない。
仏陀の気道の法を受けついで、さらに道教独特のものに発展させていったということである。原型が仏陀にあり、仏陀にさかのぼることが出来るというのである。そしてそれはまた、同時に、クンダリニー・ヨーガにも関わってくるということになる。

仏陀の成仏法の修行法を、いま、如実に知ることは至難の業である。それはごく、わずかに、阿含経の中に散在するに過ぎず、不可能に近いといっていいであろう。
しかし、クンダリニー・ヨーガと道教の修行法を、阿含経の中にある仏陀の修行法わざアーガマと対照しつつ実践を重ねていくと、おのずから男罪と浮かんでくるものがあるのである。そしてさらに体験を重ね、錬磨し、修行を積んでいくと、突然、閃めきとともにかたちをあらわしてくるものがある。
わたくしは、三十にして仏道に志し、以来、ひとすじに仏陀の成仏法を求めつづけて四十年、ようやくこれをほぼ復原し、体得したと確信するに至った。
そしてその瞬間、さとったのである。この法こそがいままさに壊滅せんとす地球
を救済する、究極の救世主の法であったということを。

完璧な仏陀の気道法

ところで、わたくしは、前の節で、仏陀の気道の法は、クンダリニー・ヨーガの気道法の不十分な部分を補足したものであるとのべた。
それはどういうことか?
クンダリニー・ヨーガの気道は三本ある。

上深秘の呼吸法

一つはスシュムナー管、他の二つは、ピンガラ、イダーの気道である。
中心となる気道はスシュムナー管である。これは、さきにものべたように、尾武骨から始まって、延髄に至っている。
特殊な意念の力でクンダリニーが目ざめると、そのエネルギーは爆発的な勢いで、スシュムナー管を延髄まで上昇する。同時に、クンダリニーは、ピンガラ、イダーの気道を上昇し、クンダリニーのエネルギー調節その他補助的なはたらきをする。
脊髄の右側にあるピンガラは、太陽の気道と呼ばれ、熱を統御する気道とされる。
左側のイダーは、月の気道と呼ばれ、冷気の流れを統御する。もし誤ってピンガラを通ってクンダリニーが目ざめると、外から全くコントロールのきかないすさまじい体内熱のために、修行者は、最悪の場合、文字通り真っ黒になって焼け死んでしまうことがあるという。
クンダリニー』の著者、ゴーピ・クリシュナは、この過ちのためにかれ自身、危うく死をまぬがれた体験を記している。
わたくしが、仏陀を、クンダリニー・ヨーガの完成者であると断定するのは、この点からである。
さきにあげたミラクルの池の伝説や、雑阿含経に説かれる仏陀の奇蹟- 上半身か
ら火を出し、下半身から水を出すという奇蹟は、このピンガラとイダーを使ってのエネルギー放射なのである。この奇蹟は、クンダリニー・ヨーガ完成者独特のものなのだ。
さて、クンダリニーが目ざめ、スムーズにエネルギーが気道を上下するうちに、修行が順調に進むと、クンダリニーはサハスラーラ・チャクラに到達し、ここで修行が完成する。(ただし、ここまで到達できる修行者は、古今、稀である)
このように、クンダリニーは、尾祇骨から延髄にまで到達し、それからさらに上昇して、究極的には頭頂のサハスラーラ・チャクラにまで到達することになっているのだが、延髄からさきの、サハスラーラに至る経路がどのようになっているのか、明瞭ではないのである。
尾武骨から延髄までは、脊柱が通っていて、いうならば一本道であるから、はっきりしている。しかし、延髄からさき、サハスラーラに至るルートは、一体どういう気

わたくしは、さきに、仏陀が弟子たちにクンダリニー・ヨーガを用いさせなかったのは、過激すぎるからだといったけれども、それはそれだけではなかったのである。

これらの部位は、決してそういうものではなく、さきに述べたように、内分泌腺、神経群、酵素などに深い関係があり、実際に、医学的見地からみても非常に重要な場所であり、大切なはたらきをする場所であるのである。

「Samyama を向ければ、体内の組織を知ることができる」とあるが、この Samyam-a というのは、特別な修行を経た特殊な集中力をいう。あとでくわしく説明するが、
この組織を知る、というのは、単に組織を知るだけではなく、組織を自由にコントロ
コールすることができるという意味である。実際にこのナービ・チャクラに Samyamaを集中すると、この太陽神経叢に属する内臓器官――それは食道から、胃、肝臓、膵臓、脾臓、副腎、腸にいたるまで、すべてを自分の思うようにコントロールできるのである。これらの臓器官が、どうにかすぎいい、いしでいいようであれば直ちに正常にもどしてしまう、いいわ、調べ、ごャード網駅、威、強滅、いった、キャラバに活動すると、他い通い力がたらいいてきて、個人、いいにいようにするようになると同時に、他人の心を目いていて、目に思い、単品、枠、主とすると心も交流するこきれいさに、下町な、理解できいことなど大地にみちすごい、、、チャーボードにしてそこかいことができる。つまり、人にはないで、、、持っていたい、エネルギーはこの空間に痕跡をとどれているので、このチャンスで、、、茨と同じになれば、その心が持っていたべてのもの、意識も、知能もみな自分と同化して自分のものになるということである。

そういう意味で、このチャクラに十分熟達すると、霊界(四次元)の世界との交流の道がひらけるのである。

ここでは伏せておく。わたくしが弟子の指導にあたって、その弟子がどんな音響を聞いたかをしらべることにより、その弟子が本当にこのチャクラを体得したかどうかの判定基準になる。そういうものを判定基準にしなくても、指導者には分るが、もし、
こういう音だと前もって知らせておくと、自己暗示でそういう音を聞いてしまうこともあるので、それに類することは一切伏せておくわけである。法を惜しんで公表しないわけではないのである。ただ、いえることは、人の聴覚は、四〇、〇〇〇~五〇、
〇〇〇キロヘルツの振動波しか聞くことができないが、このチャクラを修得すると、その倍以上に聴覚の幅がひろがるということである。一〇〇メートルはなれて人の心
臓の鼓動も聞くことができるということである。ちなみに、犬の聴覚は、八〇、〇〇
〇~九〇、〇〇〇キロヘルツとされている。

また、いろいろな声を聞く。主導霊の声をはっきり耳にするようになる。
ヨーガ・スートラにある「あらゆる生きものの叫び声の意味がわかる」という能力もこれである。仏教の天耳通である。
また、このチャクラは、頭部、上肢(両腕)及び胸部の筋肉運動に深い関係を持つ。

6=アージュニャー・チャクラ

にテレパシー能力が生ずる。『ヨーガ・スートラ』にいう大脱身』が可能になるのシッディーはこのチャクラである。
このチャクラは、また、命令のチャクラ、願望成就のチャクラ、自在力のチャクラともいわれ、熟達すると、自然に対して命令しこれを自在に動かし、自由に支配することができるようになる

7サハスラーラ・チャクラ

松果腺・松果体・視床下部の部位である。

頭のなかの光明 Mirdha jyotis といわれるチャクラである。Brahma-randhra 梵の座、先の裂け目という頭蓋骨の接合するところの真下に位置する。梵の座、梵の裂け目とは、梵すなわち聖なるもの、と一体になる場所という意味である。

このチャクラを目ざめさせると、この部位に光明があらわれて、燦然とかがやく。頭のなかの光明である。

このチャクラはすべてのチャクラを統合してこれを自由に制御する。すべてのチャクラを自由に制御することができるようになると、彼は次第に変身する。クンダリニー・ヨーガでは、これを聖なるものと一体になる、と形容する。このチャクラに、聖霊が宿り、聖霊と交流するようになるといっている。このチャクラを完成した修行者を、超人、大師、救済者と呼ぶ。越人は物質世界を超越し、時間と空間の制限を受けなくなる。インドでは、仏陀が超人であるとして、このチャクラの完成者であることを、形を以て示している。それは、仏像の頭頂がまるで帽子でもかぶったように大きく盛り上がっており、これを「肉習」と呼ぶ。サハスラーラ・チャクラの修行が完成して頭骨がこのように発達していることを示すのである。

以上が、クンダリニー・ヨーガの奥儀として伝えられるものである。

人格とはいったい、なんであろうか。

Personality (人格)ということばと、 Character (性格)ということばがある。 この二つのこ とばは、ほとんど同意語として使われている。

性格ということばは、ギリシア語の彫刻を意味することばから出たもので、つまり、性格 とは刻みつけられたものを意味する。したがって、性格も人格も、ほとんどおなじものをさ しているといっていいが、おもしろいことに、主として、ヨーロッパの心理学者は「性格」 を用い、アメリカの心理学者は「人格」を用いる傾向があるという。

この両者を区別するとすれば、「人格」ということばが個人の全人的個性的特徴を意味する のにたいし、「性格」は、そこから知的側面の特徴が除かれて、情意的側面、とくに意志的側 面の特徴を示すことばとして用いられることが多いようである。

感情的側面の特徴は先天的に決定される場合が多く、これにたいしては「気質」というこ とばが使われるが、「気質」は性格の基底層をなすと考えられているので、ここでは、気質も

性格の中に入れて論ずることにする。

要約すると、「人格」とは「全人的なもの」を示し、「性格」とはその基底をなすものと考 えたらよいであろう。

「性格」について、ある心理学者はつぎのようにいっている。

「性格とはなにか。むずかしい理論はさておいて、けっきょく性格とは、その人の素質と環 境からできあがったもので、その人らしさ”と、“その人の行動特徴〟ということになりま す」

いかにもわかりやすい説明である。

すこしむずかしく、学問的にいうと、性格は、対象的には「人間の示す特性的全体像」 (そ の人らしさ)であり、機能的にみれば「その環境に独自の適応を示す、個人の力動的な体制」 その人の行動特徴)である。

また、構造的な面からみれば、「人間の感情的素質と意志的素質からなる」その人らしさ) ものである。

かれは、精神病質といっているが、かならずしも精神病患者と限らず、この類型は、人間 の性格の分類について、はなはだ参考になるものであると思われる。

それを、つぎにあげよう。

発揚型 豪快な気分が根本特徴である。 楽天的で落ち着きがなく活発で、突出的で ある。 軽率で意志が不定であったり、喧嘩・口論が好きであったり、自慢・虚言の傾向 を示したりする。

型発型と反対に憂うつな気分が支配的である。 厭世的で苦労性である。こ の中にも、情にもろい、温良な、内気な、気力のない憂愁型、不平不満の多い、刺戟的 な不機嫌型、邪推深い、 曲解し易い偏執型の三つの型に分けられる。

自信欠乏型自信のない小心、内気な型である。一方では良心的で義務観念が強い 些細なことをくよくよとせんさくする。度々いろいろの強迫観念に悩む。 あるいは 邪推曲解し易い傾向を持つ。

四狂信型 何等かの観念にこり固まって、その主義主張を通す。 そのためあくまで 闘争を繰り返す闘争型 (好訴型)と空想的・突飛・現実離れの仕方で主張する奇矯型(奇 人・狂信者)がある。

頭揚型自分を実際以上に評価させようという根本特徴を持っている。 虚栄心が強 く、いわゆるヒステリー性格に相当する。突飛な、人をアッといわせるようなことをし 超人になるための基礎人格のつくり方

無情型同情、羞恥心、良心などの感情の乏しい型である。 冷酷薄情残忍陰 険などという性格を持つ。 これらの感情は道徳の基礎となるもので、この欠乏から、不 道徳的反社会的な行動が期待される。 背徳者といわれるものの大部はこの型にあては

意志如型 自分で決断することができず、他人のいう通りに、環境の影響をうけ 易い。また一度決意しても持続性がない。飽き易く不安的である。 職業を何度も換え、 誘惑に負け、逆に社会の落伍者となる。 犯罪者の過半数はこういう性格傾向を持つ。

無力型 よわよわしい性格である。 すぐ心身の故障を訴える。過敏で疲れ易く、 神 経質である。ノイローゼに最もなり易い型である。

右各類型のうち、抑鬱型・自信欠乏型無力型の三つは主として「自分で悩む」型で あって、心身症、ノイローゼになることが多い。 残りの七つの型は「社会を悩ませる型」 非行・犯罪などの行動を示すことが多い。

これは、どこまでも「類型」であるから、病的とまではいかないが、徴候程度のものから、 超人になるための基礎人格のつくり方 である。

そのものずばりに至るまでの性格が示されているものと考えてよかろう。

とすると、精神病者ではない、一般人のほとんどの人の心の奥にも、大なり小なり、こう いう類型的傾向がひそんでいるものといえるのではなかろうか。ただ、多くの人は、教育や、 教養、宗教、道徳などで制御しているのであろう。

私は思うのだが、仏教でいう凡夫の「煩悩」を類型化したら、こうなるだろうと考えるのあなたはどうだろうか?って

この中のどれか一つの類型が、たとえ徴候程度だとしても、あなたの心の中にひそんでは いないだろうか?
