安那般那の詩 ― 大神通の息
The Breath of Anapanasati — Awakening Divine Power
冷えた山に 焔が揺れ
古の声が 墨の香に宿る
「安那般那」 ひとつの言葉
魂の奥 静かに開く
光となりて 我は坐す
身も心も 止まりて無（む）に
この息こそ 仏の道
今ここに 神通は生まれる
In the mountain’s chill, the firelight sways,
Ancient voices dwell in the scent of ink.
“Anapanasati” — a single word,
Opens the soul in silent grace.
Becoming light, I sit in stillness,
Body and mind dissolve into void.
This breath alone, the Buddha’s path,
Here and now, divine power is born
