七覚支（しちかくし、巴: satta bojjhaṅgā, サッタ・ボッジャンガー）とは、仏教における修行内容の1つ。悟りの7つの支分をなす項目。「七等覚支」（しちとうがくし）[1]、「七菩提分」（しちぼだいぶん）[2]とも。「三十七道品」の中の1つ。
七覚支の内容は以下の通り
念覚支（sati-sambojjhaṅga） – 気づき（サティ）。心で今の瞬間の現象を自覚すること
択法ちゃくほう覚支（dhamma-vicaya–sambojjhaṅga） – 法の中から真実のものを選ぶ
精進しょうじん覚支（viriya-sambojjhaṅga） – 努力
喜覚支（pīti-sambojjhaṅga） – 喜びに住する
軽安きょうあん覚支（passaddhi-sambojjhaṅga） – 心身に軽やかさ・快適さを感じる
定覚支（samādhi-sambojjhaṅga） – 心が集中して乱れない
捨覚支（upekkhā-sambojjhaṅga） – 。対象に囚われない

そうおっしゃって、「無知経」でのべられた五陰の実相をさとる教えを説かれた上で、じつに
大変なことをお口にされたのです。 ―
もっとも、大変なこと、といっても、釈尊や、お弟子の比丘たちにとっては、べつにあたりま
えのことなんですが、これをはじめて目にしたわたくしは、じつにこれは大変なことだぞ、と心
の底からびっくりしたのです。
それを聞いたら、あなたがたもびっくりするでしょう。いや、日本中のひとびとがびっくりす
るでしょう。中で一番びっくりするのが、坊さんたちでしょうね。゛
それはどういうことか？
「成仏法」についてです。’
釈尊はここで成仏法について明かされ、説かれているのですが、それについて、じつにおどろ
くべきことをおっしゃったのです０ 。 １゛ ｊ・
どういうことか？
まず、成仏法から中しましょう。
成仏法とはいったいなにか？
いつもいつもわたくしがおはなししている「七科三十七道品」、「三十七菩提分法Ｌともいう修
行法です。
釈尊は、この七科三十七道品という成仏法の修行によらなければ、ぜったいに成仏できない
ぞ、とおっしゃっている。かねてからわたくしは、ずう。つとそのように本でも書き、あるいは諸
什におはなしをしてきた。お釈迦さまの成仏法でなければぜったいに成仏できない。その成仏法
というのは」科三十七道品という修行法なんだ。この成仏法によって旅行しないかぎり、ぜ’｀つた
いに成仏でさない。お釈迦さまがおっしゃっているように、永久に苦の世界を輪廻転生する。
