感じたままに見つめれば
波のように揺れて消える
悲しみの底にある かすかな愛の灯よ
喜びもまた過ぎゆく 夢のような泡沫（うたかた）
この身に訪れる“受”を わたしは手放そう
今、ただ在るものとして

Loneliness echoes through the night
When I gaze with open heart
Waves arise, then fade from sight
In sorrow’s depths, a light remains — a tender spark of love
And joy, too, passes like a dream — a fleeting cloud above
The feelings that arise in me, I gently let them go
As they are, just passing winds that blow
