覚醒の蛇 ― 四神足の詩
Serpent of Awakening
夜明け前 山はいまだ息をせず
霧の底 光は眠る
呼吸を越え 生命が震える
龍はまだ 目覚めを待つ
oṁ usu-niṣa tadyat hodāra tiṣṭhati sarva tathāgata sadā bodhi nija nija-seso svāhā nijaseso svāhā saṁzāi icchaji mahādakṣa saṁzāi icchaji mahādakṣa mukuen-cyuḥ bhaukō koku-kongō-shubosatsu-gen miyō-chi mon-shiju-ji ju-ji-doku-ju-sha svāhā
我は汝の中に在り 沈黙の火よ
光なき光が 骨を登る
仏陀の掌に 龍は安らぐ
静寂こそが 覚醒の息
Before the dawn, the mountain holds its breath,
In the depths of mist, the light still sleeps.
Beyond all breath, life starts to tremble,
The serpent waits — its awakening near.
oṁ usu-niṣa tadyat hodāra tiṣṭhati sarva tathāgata sadā bodhi nija nija-seso svāhā
nijaseso svāhā saṁzāi icchaji mahādakṣa saṁzāi icchaji mahādakṣa
mukuen-cyuḥ bhaukō koku-kongō-shubosatsu-gen
miyō-chi mon-shiju-ji ju-ji-doku-ju-sha svāhā
I am within you — the silent flame,
A lightless light climbs through the bone.
Within the Buddha’s palm, the dragon sleeps,
Stillness itself becomes the breath of dawn.
oṁ usu-niṣa tadyat hodāra tiṣṭhati sarva tathāgata sadā bodhi nija nija-seso svāhā
nijaseso svāhā saṁzāi icchaji mahādakṣa saṁzāi icchaji mahādakṣa
mukuen-cyuḥ bhaukō koku-kongō-shubosatsu-gen
miyō-chi mon-shiju-ji ju-ji-doku-ju-sha svāhā
