The Perfect Breath of Buddha
背中を流れる 風が教える
生きることは ただの呼吸
止まることも 流れることも
宇宙が選んだリズムのまま
心をほどく 夜の中で
誰かの声が 微かに響く
「光は内にある」その言葉
胸にひとつ 灯がともる
吸いこめ 星の鼓動を
吐きだせ 闇の記憶を
この身体 ひとつの宇宙
今ここで 仏陀になる
息が止まる その瞬間に
すべての音が ひとつになる
風は言う 「永遠とは今」
呼吸こそが 悟りの詩
A wind that flows along my spine, it whispers
Living itself is just to breathe
To pause, to flow — both are the rhythm
Chosen by the universe beneath
In the night where the heart unwinds
A distant voice begins to ring
“The light is within,” it softly says
And in my chest, a flame begins to sing
Breathe in the pulse of the stars
Breathe out the memories of the dark
This body, a universe of one
Here and now, I become the Buddha
When my breath fades into stillness
All the sounds become as one
The wind whispers, “Eternity is now”
Breathing itself — the poem of awakening
