Feeling the breath of spring sprouting in the plants, my heart beats with passion. Yes, this world is constantly changing, and our existence is also a part of it.
Feeling the pulsation of the earth, I resonate with nature and fly into the world of poetry. Words flutter there, and reverberating sounds are played. As a poet, I capture that sound and put it into words with my own feelings.
But poetry is not just a series of words. It is the cry of the heart, the breath of life, the trajectory of life. Through that sound, we can face ourselves and the world and deeply sympathize with them.
Sometimes we see the world covered in dark shadows. But we poets embrace that shadow and speak for the voices of those who live in it. Our poetry sometimes gives hope, sometimes expresses sadness, and sometimes encourages people.
The world is both beautiful and cruel, and life is beautiful and painful at the same time. However, through poetry, we can overcome that pain and suffering, find beauty, and face ourselves.
On a spring day when plants begin to bud, I play poetry to confront myself and the world, and take a new step forward. My poetry is a reflection of my inner self and I hope my readers share similar feelings. That is our mission as poets, and that is the legacy we want to leave to the world.
