イスラエル建国60周年を奉祝するとともに世界平和を祈念する「イスラエル大柴燈護摩供」を、エルサレム市において奉修。
世界の三大一神教（ユダヤ教・キリスト教・イスラム教）の共通の聖地であるエルサレム市において、イスラエルとエルサレム市の招聘をいただいて、異教徒（仏教徒）の教団が、世界平和を祈って法要を行なうという歴史的な出来事が実現。宗教融和と世界平和の礎となりました。

Celebrated the 60th anniversary of the founding of Israel and prayed for world peace.
