お釈迦さまが五色の光明を放たれて偶頌やご真言を唱えることで、そのパッデ
ミックが終息しております。そして、そのお経に観音信仰が加わってできたの
が、私たちが日々お唱えしている『仏舎利宝珠尊解脱宝生行聖典』に収飼の。一
世音消伏毒害陀羅尼吃罹尼」「観世音破悪業障陀羅尼」「六字吉祥大神児」なのです。
「アゴンーマガジン」１０８号には、そのことを詳しく記した記事が掲載され

「どなたか、神徳（不思議の徳）によって、この災厄を除いてくださる方はい
ないものか？」

『お釈迦さまの赴かれる所は、邪神・悪神・悪鬼も近寄ることはできず、皆、去っ
てしまう」 と聞いている。お釈迦さまが来てくだされれば、この災いを成している鬼神
たちも、全て去って行くだろう」
― 誰かマガダ国へ赴いて、お釈迦さまにお願いに行ってくれる者はいないか？」
そのような議論の果てに、白羽の矢が立ったのは最大という名の長者でし
た。しかし、実のところこれは、命懸けの交渉役であったのです。―
