どんなビタミン？

ビタミンEは脂溶性ビタミンの1つで、化学名を『トコフェロール』といいます。ビタミンEには強力な抗酸化作用があり、活性酸素の害から体を守る働きをします。活性酸素は通常の呼吸でも発生し、体内では細菌やウイルスを撃退する役目をしていますが、増え過ぎると正常な細胞も酸化させ、細胞の老化を進めてしまいます。

ビタミンEは細胞膜に多く含まれる不飽和脂肪酸が酸化して有害な過酸化脂質に変わるのを防ぎ、細胞や血管の健康維持、老化予防に力を発揮します。血中のLDLコレステロールの酸化を防ぐ働きにより、動脈硬化や心疾患、脳卒中などの生活習慣病を予防する効果も期待されています。さらにビタミンEには、血液の循環をスムーズにする働きや、ホルモンバランスを整える働きもあり、血行不良が原因で起こる肩こりや冷えといった体の不調の改善、月経不順や更年期障害など女性特有のトラブルの改善、妊活のサポートなどにも役立つとされています。

過不足があるとどうなる？

ビタミンEはあらゆる組織の細胞膜に分布しているため欠乏症は起こりにくいとされていますが、胆汁の分泌障害などによる脂肪吸収障害や未熟児、遺伝性疾患（家族性ビタミンE単独欠損症）などの特殊な状況では、溶血性貧血や運動失調などの神経症状を起こすことがあります。

過剰症としては、大量摂取すると血が止まりにくくなることが知られていますが、ビタミンEは脂溶性ビタミンの中では比較的体内に蓄積されにくいことから、通常の食事では過剰症の心配はありません。ただし、ビタミンEを含む薬剤やサプリメントを摂り過ぎた場合、健康障害が起こる可能性が指摘されています。最近では、サプリメントなどで長期的に大量に摂取した場合、骨粗鬆症のリスクが高まる、出血性の脳卒中による死亡リスクが高まるといった報告も出され、過剰摂取に対する警鐘となっています。

どのくらい摂ればいい？

ビタミンEの食事摂取基準（目安量）は、成人男性で1日に6.0〜7.0㎎、成人女性で5.0〜6.5㎎とされ、現状ではほとんどの人がこの量を満たしています。ただし、紫外線、大気汚染、食品添加物、精神的ストレスなどにより活性酸素の害にさらされる機会の多い現代人にとって、ビタミンEは多めの摂取を心がけたい栄養素といえるでしょう。

ビタミンEは綿花油、サフラワー油、ひまわり油などの植物油や、アーモンドやヘーゼルナッツなどのナッツ類、小麦胚芽、ブロッコリーやかぼちゃなどの緑黄色野菜に多く含まれます。ビタミンEは過剰症による健康障害を考慮して上限量が設定されています。通常の食事では心配ありませんが、サプリメントを利用している人は注意が必要です

ビタミンEの働きと1日の摂取量

ビタミンEとは1)

ビタミンEは4種のトコフェロールと4種のトコトリエノールの合計8種類の化合物の総称です。ビタミンEには強い抗酸化性作用があり、生体膜の機能を正常に保つことや、赤血球の溶血の防止、生殖を正常に保つことに関与しています。

トコフェロールは天然ではα（アルファ）、β（ベータ）、γ（ガンマ）、δ（デルタ）の4種類がありますが、体内で最も多く、また生理作用が最も強いのはα-トコフェロールです。α-トコフェロールの生理作用を100とした場合、β-トコフェロールの生理作用は40、γ-トコフェロールは10、δ-トコフェロールは1とされています。

ビタミンEの吸収と働き1)

脂溶性ビタミンであるビタミンEは、脂質とともに腸管からリンパ管を経由して体内に吸収されます。抗酸化作用が非常に強く、生体膜を構成する不飽和脂肪酸や他の脂溶性成分を酸化障害から守るために、細胞膜のリン脂質二重層内に存在しています。過酸化脂質の生成を抑制し、血管を健康に保つほか、血中のLDLコレステロールの酸化を抑制したり、赤血球の破壊を防いだりする作用もあることが知られています。また、細胞の酸化を防ぐため、老化防止にも効果があります。

ビタミンEの1日の摂取基準量1)2)

ビタミンEは脂質とともに腸管からリンパ管を経由して体内に吸収されますが、体内に分布するビタミンEの大部分がα-トコフェロールであることから、食事摂取基準ではα-トコフェロールの目安量で1日に必要なビタミンE量を示しています。2020年版食事摂取基準では、1日当たりのビタミンEの摂取の目安を男性は、18歳～49歳で6.0mg、50歳～74歳で7.0mg、75歳以上で6.5mg、女性は、18歳～29歳で5.0mg、30歳～49歳で5.5mg、50歳～64歳で6.0mg、65歳以上で6.5mgと設定しています（表1-1、1-2）。

また、ビタミンEは体内に蓄積しにくいために、通常の食事では過剰症がみられることはまずありませんが、サプリメントなどで極端に過剰摂取した場合は、健康障害がみられる可能性は否定できません。そのため、1日当たりの耐容上限量を、50～69歳の男性で850mg、50～69歳の女性で700mg、70歳以上の男性で750mg、70歳以上の女性で650mgと定めています（表1-1、1-2）。

抗酸化力の高い脂溶性ビタミンAとE、水溶性ビタミンCの3つのビタミンを総称して「ビタミンACE＝ビタミンエース」と呼びます。緑黄色野菜に多く含まれるビタミンA・C・Eは、単独より一緒に摂取することで、相乗効果を得られます。ビタミンAは、細菌やウイルスが侵入してくる喉や鼻などの粘膜を丈夫にします。ビタミンCは、抗酸化作用が高く、ウイルス性の病気から体を守ります。ビタミンEは、白血球やリンパ球の働きをサポートし、免疫力を高めます。この全てを同時に摂取することで抗酸化パワーが大きくなるのです。

どんな自信か?

ブッダの成仏法にたいしての自信である。

わたくしは、かねがね、

「ブッダの成仏法は、あらゆる因縁を解き、栗を絶つ。それは決して、人にたいしてのみ 力を発揮するのではないのである。 存在するものすべてにその力は及ぶのである」

そう、わたくしは説いてきた。

しかし、

「ブッダの成仏法は、人にたいしてのみ、はたらくのではない。あらゆる存在にたいし て、力を及ぼす。 因果の法則は、ものの存在の原則である。業の力は、その因果の法則の範疇に入る。その因果の法則をくつがえし、因を解き、縁を変え、果を絶つ。 すべての 事象にたいし、その力を及ぼす。 それは、世界を変えるのだ」

そう、わたくしは説きつづけてきた。

これまで、人にたいしては、かず多くその力を証明してきたわたくしだが、一つの国家 という大きな集合体にたいしては、 その力を実証する機会を持たなかった。それを、モンゴルの出来ごとは、みごとに証明してくれたのだ。

シャカの成仏法 アンゴルモアの大王が出現すれば、どんな世界の危機をも乗り越え られる!

その確信を、わたくしは、いよいよ深めたのである。そしてそれと同時に、わたくしの 考えは微妙に変わった。というのは、わたくしはこう考えたのである。

ある存在が、わたくしにその使命をつよく自覚させるために、モンゴルの危機に際して、わたくしを派遣したのではないか、と。

読者よ、笑ってはいけない。 わたくしはほんとうにそう思ったのだ。なぜならば、すべ 偶然にしては、あまりにもお膳立てが揃い過ぎているのである。 なにかの力がはたら いているとしか思えなかった。

(あとから考えても、この「奇蹟」は、阿含仏教の復権・復活のために、この時期、ぜっ 起きていなければならない出来ごとだったのである)

なにかが自分を動かしている!

そう思った瞬間、はじめて、心底から、 ノストラダムスの予言を信じようという気持になった。

“Buddha’s method of attaining Buddhahood does not work only on humans; it exerts power on all beings. The law of cause and effect is the principle of the existence of things. The power of karma falls within the scope of that law of cause and effect. It overturns the law of cause and effect, unravels causes, changes relationships, and ends effects. It exerts its power over all phenomena. It changes the world.”

Yes, I have continued to preach.

Up until now, I have proven my power over many people, but I have never had the opportunity to demonstrate my power against a large group like a nation. The events in Mongolia brilliantly proved this.

Shaka’s method of attaining Buddhahood If the Great King of Angolmois appears, he can overcome any crisis in the world!

I have gradually deepened that belief. At the same time, my thinking changed slightly. Because this is what I thought.

I thought that some being had sent me to Mongolia during the crisis in order to make me more aware of its mission.

Reader, don’t laugh. I really thought so. This is because the arrangements are far too complete for this to be a coincidence. All I could think was that some kind of power was working on him.

(Even in hindsight, this “miracle” was an event that had to happen at this time for the restoration and revival of Agon Buddhism.)

Something is moving me!

The moment I thought that, for the first time, I felt from the bottom of my heart the desire to believe in Nostradamus’ prophecies.

タテの因縁とヨコの因縁
以上、人間の持つ因縁の大体を述べてきた。あなたも、これらの因縁の中のいくつかを
必ず持っているはずである、
では、これらの因縁ぱ、いったい、どこから生じたのであろうか？
仏陀は、経典の中で、
「種の差別は業に由る」
とおっしやっておられる。
つまり、「業」によって、人それぞれちがう因縁を持って生まれるのである、とおっしや
っているのである。
では、業は、因縁に対してどのようにはたらくのか？
阿含宗では、基本的には「タテの因縁」と「ヨコの因縁」となってあらわれると説く。
タテの因縁とはなほか？
先祖から受けついだ系である。
ヨコの囚縁とはなにか？
自分が前生でなした業である。
このタテの因縁とヨコの因縁の交わるところが、自分である。
図示すると、つぎのようになる。

つまり、祖先の業と、自分の前生の業と、この二つの業によって生じたのが、自分の因
縁である。言葉を替えていえば、自分は、祖先の因縁と自分の前生になした因縁と、この
二つによって、この世に生まれ存在しているわけである。この二つの系続から成り立って
いるのが、自分という存在だ。
どんな人でも、親－祖先なくしては存在しない。ということは、親、祖先から、さま
ざまなものを受けついでいるということである。顔かたち、性格、体質、その他もろもろ
のものを受けついでいる、これはどんな人も否むことは出来ない。
有名な儒教の大学者、安岡正篤先生は、その著書『大学』（経書の書名）の講義の中で、
こうのべておられる。
我々は今日身体を親から受けているが、この小なる生命というものぱ、両親・祖父母と
ずっとつながっている。我々の両親はたった二人、二代で四人であるが、二十代さかのぼ
ると百万人を超え、三十代さかのげると十億を超えるという。そういう無限の生命が玄在
（かげに存在しているという意味。桐山注）して、その結果、現実に自分の身体が明在し
ている。この身体が明徳である。遺伝学では五千匹前のネズミの先祖の特質が五千匹後の
子孫に出ているという。それを考えると、玄徳（祖先からうけついだかげの徳。桐山注）
というものは恐ろしいものである。この玄徳に豊かに根ざしている明徳ほど立派である。
玄徳というのは、われその徳の中には、いい徳も
あるし、不徳、悪徳もある。そういう玄徳をうけついでこの世に明在しているのが、白分
である。この玄徳ということばを、仏教の「業」「因縁」と置きかえてみればよくわかるで
あろう。
五千匹前のネズミ、というと、人間でいうならば約十代前の祖先の人、と考えてよいで
あろう。その祖先のネズミの特質（つまり玄徳・因縁）が、五千代のちのネズミの子孫に
出ているというのである。
まったく、安岡正篤先生のおっしやる通り、「玄徳というものは恐ろしいものである」で
ぱないか。

「どうしておれがガンで
死なねばならないのだ？」
そういうと、「タテの因縁」は理解できるが「ヨコの因縁」はなっとくできない、という
人が出てくるかも知れない。
尤もである、それはふつう、誰でも前生というものを見ることが出来ないからである。
霊視力を持っていて、理くつなしに人の前生を見ることの出来る人は別として、それが
出来ない人は、なっとく出来ないであろう。
実は、私自身も昔、修行時代、その点がなっとく出来なかった。それがなっとく出来た
のは、私自身に「癌の因縁」と「刑獄の因縁」のあることを、因縁透視をして知った時の
ことであった。
その端緒（はじまり）ぱ、私の妹が、二十六歳の若さで、スイ臓ガンのために亡くなっ
たことにはじまる。最初、ガンとは分からなかった。東大病院の担当教授の診断は、「動脈
瘤でしょう」ということであった。入院前に、母に言われて、私は妹の因縁を透視してみ
た。ガンの因縁があり、「天命殺」の凶運期に入っていた。
私は、母に答えた。
「ガンの因縁がありますね。しかし、まだ、二十六歳の若さですから、ガンではないでし
ょう。先生のおっしやる通り、動脈瘤でしょう。この次の天命殺にガンの出るおそれがあ
ります。まだ十年先ですから、それまでに、防ぐ方法を考えましょう」
母をひそめていった。そういうげも笞くして孔ガンの疑いで片方の乳房が変形する

ほどの大手術をしている。妹は、入院して開腹すると、スイ臓ガンですでに他にも転移し

ており、手のほどこしようもなく、退院した。あと、よく持って六ヵ月、ということだっ
た。
そのことばの通り、妹は、ガン末期の苦しみに苦しみぬいて、五ヵ月ほどで亡くなった。
亡くなる１ヵ月ほど前、苦しみにあえぎながら、妹は私の手をくだけるほど強くにぎり、
こ’フいった。
「お兄ちゃん、私は生まれてから二十六年、これという悪いことをしたおぼえぱないのに、
どうしてこんなに苦しまなければいけないの？　どうしてなの？　お兄ちゃんはもの知り
だから、わかるでしよ？　どうしてなの？」
息もたえだえに、苦しみながら、とぎれとぎれの言葉で問いかけられ、私ぱなにもいえ
なかった。答えるすべもなかった。つよく手をにぎり返してやりながら、
「大丈夫だよ、もうじき治る」

そういうよりはかなかった。あまりの苦しみように、いっそ首をしめて息をとめてやり
たい思いであった。森鴎外の『高瀬舟』が脳中を往き来していた。それから間もなく昏睡
状態に陥り、一ヵ月後、妹は亡くなった。その葬儀を終えたのち、母のことばが頭にひっ
かかっていた私は、早速、自分の因縁をくわしく透視してみた。私はがくぜんとした。
なんと！　私自身に、妹と全く同じ星が出ているのである。四十八歳から四十九歳の天
命殺に、ガンになるという因縁が透視されたのである。
どうして、私がガンにならなければならないんだ１・
私は心の中で叫んだ。苦しみにあえぎながら私に問いかけた妹のことばが、耳の中によ
みがえった。
「生まれてから二十六年、これといって悪いことをしたおぼえがないのに、どうしてこん
なに苦しまなければならないの？　お兄ちゃん、教えて……」
この妹のことばは、そのまま私のものになったのである。
「どうしておれが、ガンにならなければならないんだ？」
母のことばによると、桐山家はガンの血統であるという。とすると、私がガッになるの
は、私の祖先のせいということになる。母が私にガンの遺伝をつたえ、その母は祖父につ
たえられ、またその祖父は、曾祖父によってガンにならされたということになる。
先祖のおかげで、おれぱガンになるのだ、ということになるわけだ。
とすると、私にとって、祖先ほど忌まわしい存在はないということになる。愛情ふかい
無二の存在である母さえも、この母からガンを伝えられたために、おれは四十八、九歳の
若さでガンで死ななければならないのだと考えると、母への愛情も、しらけてくるような
気がする。
私は悩んだ。自分の親や祖先を敬愛するのは、生物としての自然の人情である。しかる
に、子孫が親や祖先を恨まなければならないというのは、自然の摂理にもとることである。
きわめて不自然といわなければならない、どこか間違っているのじやないか？　そう思っ
た。
のちに仏陀シャカの「成仏法」を学んで霊視能力を持ってからは、人の前生も透視で
きるようになった私だが、その頃はまだそういう能力を持っておらず、非常に悩んだので
めった。
この悩みを解決するのは仏教である。そう思った私は、片っぱしから仏教経典を読破し
た。その答は、やはり経典の中にあった。
人間には前生がある、という仏陀の教えである。
人間の生命は、この世の中の誕生にぱじまるものではなく、前生からのひきつづきであ
るという教えである。これで、私の目は開いた。
私は、前生において、次の生にぱガンで痘れるという業をつくり、ガンになる因縁を持
って生まれてきたのである。だから、私は現生において桐山家に生まれずに他の家、たと
えば、中村家なり、田中家なりに生まれても、その家には必ずガンの因縁があって、（つま
りガンを遺伝する祖先がいて）私は必ずガンで死ぬことになる、のである。
ガンになる「因」は私自身にあり、桐山家は、ガンになる「縁」になるものであったと
いうことがわかったのである。私が桐山家に生まれたのは、ガンのほかにいくつか、桐山
家に『縁』になるものがあったのであろう。
これで、私ぱなっとくしたのであった。
そしてこのことは、のちに私が前生を透視する能力を待ったとき、その真実であること
を確認したのである。
私がこれを何年にもわたって追求したのは、自分の持つ悪い因縁を断ち切るためには、
どうして因縁が生じるのか、因縁の成り立ちをはっきり把握しなければ、因縁の切りよう
がないからである。敵の本体を知らなければ、幟いようがないからだ。私は、こうして、
因縁の本体をつかんだ。すなわち、因縁というものは、タテの因縁とヨコの因縁から成り
立っている。したがって、因縁を切るためには、タテの因縁を切る方法と、ヨコの因縁を
切る方法と、この二つの方法を持だなければならない、ということである。
この二つの方法を求めて、私は必死に仏典と取り組み、修行にはげんだ。その結果、私
は、この二つの方法を手に入れた。それはまた、あとの章でのべよう。
霊障の因縁
先にも述べたが、霊障を伴う因縁がいくつかある。
「横変死の因縁」
「家運衰退の因縁」
「肉親血縁相剋の因縁」
「色情の因縁」
など、ほとんど、霊障のホトヶが霊視される。

それら霊障のホトヶは、いずれも悪い怨恨の念や、非常な苦悶から生じたもので、三代
から五代くらい前の先祖にかかわりを持つホトヶであることが多い。
ときには、病気で苦しみ抜いたホトヶが霊障を発していることもある。

、そのホトヶを解脱成仏させさえすれば、その因縁が切れてしまうと
いうことではない。因縁は因縁切りの行をして切らねばならないのであるが、霊障のホト
ヶを消滅させることが先決問題であって、霊障のホトヶが存在しつきまとう限り、どんな
因縁切りの法も行も、法験をあらわすことができない。というよりも、霊障のホトヶの解
身体、つまり、
の一部なのだといった方がよいであろう。
霊障のホトヶなど無い、といとをいう宗教家が時どき出てくる。
霊視能力がないから、霊的現象を見ることができない。自分に見えないから、そんなも
のはないと思ってしまうだろう。単純素朴な脳の持ち主である。
霊視能力のない宗教家ぱ、宗教家と名乗る資格がないのではなかろうか。世界中、どん
な宗教家でも、宗教家と名のつくほどの人で、霊視能力のない人はない。
最近、ある人が、阿含経のどこにも不成仏霊や霊障のことなど書いたところがない、阿
含宗が不成仏霊や霊障のホトヶの供養をするのはインチキだなどといっている、という。
まことに笑うにたえぬぱなしで、阿合経のどこを見ているのか、無知の者のいうことで、
とりあげるほどのものでぱないが、迷わせられる者がでないとも限らぬので、私の著書（『間
脳思考』平河出版社刊）から、次に転載しておく。
肉体なく意識だけの生命存在

－ところで、このお経（「雑阿含経・身命経」を指す）で、シャカが「意生身」と
いうことばを使っていることが記されている。意生身とは、註解にある通り、心だけの
へけの生命存在のこと
ｔ嘔死んで、異羅によって次の生命形態
を受けるまでのあいだの
「中有身々のことであるが、意識だけの生命存在とは、どんな
存在か。それはどういう意識で、どんな状態で、どのように存在しているのであろうか。
あなたは興味を持かないか？　それについて、シヤカと、シヤカの高弟の説くところを
見てみようではないか。

In the Aobu sect, it is basically said that it appears as a “vertical relationship” and a “horizontal relationship”.
What else is vertical?
It is a system accepted from ancestors.
What are horizontal prisoners?
The work I did in my previous life.
I am where the vertical and horizontal relationships intersect.
