公益財団法人医療機器センターの「医療機器の承認速報」に掲載されていたもので、名称は「家庭用心電計プログラム」（Appleの心電図アプリケーション）、「家庭用心拍数モニタプログラム」（Appleの不規則な心拍の通知プログラム）の2つ。承認番号はそれぞれ「30200BZI00020000」「30200BZI00021000」となっています。
