二十一世紀には、世界はおどろくべき変貌をとげる。それは想像を絶するおどろくべき変貌である。

　ひとはだれでも、昨日のつづきが今日であり、今日のつづきに明日があると思う。それは変ることなく永遠につづくものと思っている。

　いままではその通りであった。しかし、これからはちがう。

　昨日と今日の川に深い断層が口をあけ、今日と明日の間に越えがたい亀裂が走る。

　どうしてそうなるのか？

　まず、すさまじい勢いで食いつぶされてゆく地球資源の問題がある。これが全地球的な規模で、深刻な経済摩擦と産業構造の変動をひき起こす。国家間の対立抗争が高まり、これに人種問題と宗教問題がからんだとき、世界はいっきょにカタストロフィーに突入するだろう。

　つぎに、目をみはるようなスピードですすんでゆく科学と技術－ことに電子機器の進歩

である。これは社会にはなはだしい格差と段落を生ずる。多くのひとびとが、適応できずに落伍してゆく。能力による階級差が増大するのである。適応したかに見える者のなかにも、人間性を喪失し、人格崩壊から犯罪、あるいは底辺社会へ転落してゆくものが続出する。国も社会もその負担にたえきれず、破産のおそれが出てくるだろう。

　端的に言おう。

　二十一世紀は（もしもそれまでいまの世界が存続するならば）極度に発達しておどろくべき性能を持つにいたったエレクトロニクスと、すぐれた霊的感性を持つヒトによって形成される世界である。すぐれた霊的感性の持ちぬしのみが、最高度に発達したエレクトロニクスを駆使して、この世界を維持し発展させてゆくことになるだろう。それ以外はすべて底辺社会に呻吟するしかないことになる。

　高い霊的感性霊的能力といってもよい。それは、人間を超えた高い感性と知性と徳性

をそなえた存在である。機械が極度に発達した世界は、同様に、極度に発達したヒトでなければ、これを制御し統治することができないのだ。ボタンーつ押すことで全世界を爆破し、キイを一つ引くことで億を越える脳を思うように操作することができる時代になるのである。

　きみの準備はできているか？

　もうすでにその時代がはじまっているのである。

　できるかぎり高い霊的世界に身を置き、つねに純粋な霊的バイブレーションにふれるだ。

　きみはその準備をけじめなければならぬ。

Among those who seem to have adapted, there are many who lose their humanity and fall from their personalities to crimes or to the bottom society. Both the country and society will not be able to bear the burden, and there will be a risk of bankruptcy.

Let’s make a point.

The 21st century is a world formed by electronics that have been extremely developed (if the world still exists today) and have amazing performance, and humans with excellent spiritual sensitivity. Only those who have excellent spiritual sensitivity will be able to maintain and develop this world by making full use of the most advanced electronics. Other than that, we have no choice but to scrutinize the bottom society.

It can be said that the spiritual sensitivity is high. It is a high sensitivity, intelligence and virtue beyond humanity.

It is the existence that has A machine-developed world, likewise, can only be controlled and governed by a human who is extremely developed. It will be an era where you can push the button to explode the whole world, and pull one key to manipulate more than 100 million brains as you want.

Are you ready?

The era has already begun.

Put yourself in the highest spiritual world possible and always experience pure spiritual vibrations.

しかし頭のデキが悪いと悲観するなかれ、我々の脳の“記憶容量”はこれまで考えられていたよりも各段に大きいという最新研究が報告されている。  

■脳の記憶容量は1ペタバイト
米・ソーク研究所のテリー・セチノウスキー教授が主導する研究では、人間の脳はこれまでの定説より10倍もの情報を記憶できることが発表された。

同研究チームがライフサイエンス誌「eLife」で発表した論文によれば、脳神経細胞の結合部であるシナプスのサイズを測ることで記憶容量を測定することに成功したという。平均的なシナプスは4.7ビット（0.5875バイト）の記憶容量があるということで、脳全体では約1ペタバイト（1,024テラバイト）の情報の記憶が可能であるということだ。これは従来の学説の10倍の記憶容量になり、書類をめいっぱい収納した4段式キャビネットの2000万個分の文字情報に相当するというから驚きだ。辞書一冊どころの話ではないのだ。HD品質の映像ならなんと13.3年分のデータ量である。

研究チームはマウスを使って、記憶を司る脳の海馬の部分のメカニズムの解析を行ない、顕微鏡と計算アルゴリズムを活用して脳組織の神経伝達回路をナノ分子レベルの3D画像で再現した。この過程を経て、脳内に夥しく存在するシナプスのサイズがこれまで考えられていたよりも一定（サイズ差8％以内）であることがわかり、記憶容量も1本につき4.7ビットであることを算出。これにより脳全体の記憶容量が約1ペタバイトであることを突き止めたのである。

■学習と記憶のメカニズムの研究にも寄与
脳の記憶容量の大きさだけではない。この研究では脳がいかに“省エネ”であるかも再確認されることになった。

「今回の研究は神経科学の分野を騒がせるものになります。我々は、いかに海馬ニューロンが低エネルギーで高性能の演算機能を有しているのか、その構造を紐解くための鍵を発見したのです」とセチノウスキー教授はソーク研究所のサイトで言及している。

一般成人の起床時の脳は20ワットのエネルギーしか消費していないという。最新型のLED蛍光灯1本分といったところだ。この省エネに優れた脳の構造を研究することで、将来は僅かな電力消費とパワフルな演算機能を両立させたコンピュータの開発に応用することができるという。

「この研究はまた、学習と記憶のメカニズムに関する研究に新たな一章をもたらすものになります」と研究チームのメンバーであるテキサス大学のクリステン・ハリス教授は語る。

ハリス教授は今回の研究で新たな研究課題が多く生まれたことを指摘している。例えば海馬以外のほかの部分にあるシナプスの研究や、学習初期の段階におけるシナプス接続の発達過程などである。

＜感想＞
人間の脳は、ほぼフルスペックで生まれてきますが、成長して脳の記憶容量が、1ペタバイト有ろうが無かろうが、やはりバカは、バカです。

「知能」が低い訳でもないのに、頭が悪いのは、怠けて生きているからです。

神経細胞は、人並みに有るが、怠けて生きているから、脳内の神経細胞のネットワークがちゃんと繋がっていないのです。

電車の中で横を見れば、スマホ片手に、バカゲーム、バカ動画、三昧です。　もう、世の中、バカが、圧倒的多数を占めています。

脳内物質は７つ！

①ドーパミン
幸福感を司る脳内物質です。
脳のポジティブアクセルです。

やる気がわいてきた！！って時はドーパミンがでてます。
車になぞらえて、
ドーパミンが出るタイミングは
行き先を決めた時　と　到着した時　です

僕の場合、ブログの全体像が決まった時に
よっしゃー書くでー！ってなって
書きききった時に書ききった—！！ってなります。

②ノルアドレナリン
焦燥感を司る脳内物質です
これも脳のネガティブアクセルです。

闘争／逃走反応と呼ばれていまして、
非常に切羽詰まった状況にでる脳内物質です
追い込まれたときにでてくるのがノルアドレナリン

（英語ではFight/Flightなんですね。日本語でも英語でも言葉遊びが効いてていいっすよねえ。）

時間の期限などが迫ってきた時にでますね。
僕の場合4時半までにブログ書ききらなきゃ！
ってなって出てます

③セロトニン
安らぎを司る脳内物質です
脳のフットブレーキです

リラックスしたときにでてきます。
お風呂とかいいですね
基本的にはリズム運動、咀嚼、日光ででるそうです。

日向ぼっこ好きなので、
あー温かい。。ってなるとき
出てるっぽいですね

④アドレナリン
興奮を司る脳内物質です
脳のクラッチってとこですかね

脳ではなく心臓や筋肉を活性化させる役割があります。
リミッターが外れる、火事場の馬鹿力といった現象です。
叫ぶとアドレナリンがでます。
出し過ぎは心臓に負担がかかるので注意です。

アドレナリンの思い出はですね。自動車教習で急ブレーキの練習の時、めっちゃスピードあげて、ABSを上回る力でブレーキを踏め！ってなったときです。その晩までアドレナリンの余波がありました。

⑤アセチルコリン
閃きを司る脳内物質です
脳のイグニッションってとこですかね
バシッと火花が散る感じです

レシチンからできているため、卵黄・大豆があると
作りやすくなるという事でした。

作業興奮のときに出るのがこの脳内物質
アドレナリンに対するブレーキの機能も持ってます。

⑥メラトニン
休眠を司る脳内物質です
脳のハンドブレーキですね
フットブレーキより深く効くってとこですね。

リラックスより深く、眠りの状態です。
回復する時に分泌される脳内物質です。

僕は夜更かし気味なので、
この脳内物質、うまく効いてないですね

⑦エンドルフィン
恍惚を司る脳内物質です
脳内麻薬と言われるやつで
ランナーズハイとはこいつのことです。
フロー状態とかゾーンとかこの辺に達したときの脳内物質です

これを例えると色々迷ったんですが
スターです。無敵。

興奮したときにエンドルフィンをだしてフローを起こすことも
リラックスしたときに瞑想からエンドルフィンを出すことも可能
この脳内物質が出た時は無敵BGMが流れますね！

仏教の時代に入ると「法」は非常に高い位置をもつようになった。理由は仏教が形而上学的なものをさけ、現実の上にたって一切の真実を明かにしようとする立場にあるからであろう。「法」は全仏教にとって非常に重要な言葉となり、思想となり、実践となった。

仏教において「法」が教えの中心となったのは、釈迦のさとりが「法」の自覚であったことと、その伝道が「法」の伝達であったことに明らかである。「法」をよりどころとし、「法」を規範としての生活こそ仏教者の生活であるという教法は、しばしば経典に見いだされる。

仏教信者にとり法は三宝のひとつとして尊ばれ、法を説いた仏や、法を拠り所として生活する僧とともに重視される。この宝物無くして仏教はありえない。

 

真理を意味する「法」

法句経の「実に怨みは怨みによって止むことはない。怨みを捨ててこそ止む。これは万古不易の法である」という時の「万古不易の法」は、変わらない真理の意味の法である。

大日如来（だいにちにょら　い梵: Mahāvairocana

大日如来は　法を印象かされたものもである。

亜梨子の住むマンション隣室の夫妻の一人息子である小学生。名前の由来は母（声 – 川島千代子）が“輪廻”から付けたもので、『やがて死んでも、次の時代で会えるように』との意味がある。

この作品は読み進めていくことで、物語の世界観の深さに気付がされた。
前世の記憶で繋がり合う少年少女が現世で再会し、そこから生まれる葛藤や心情の変化が丁寧に描かれていた。

結果的に、過去から離れられずにいたキャラ達も立派に更生でき、後あじの悪さは感じなかったが、輪くんは能力を悪用していた感じ。
それでも読み終えた後は素直に感動した。

常に低姿勢で礼儀正しいが、言質をとって人を言いくるめる、天然黒（ピュアブラック）と称される強かな一面も覗かせる。自ら「凜々蝶様の犬」を称し、とにかくどんな小さなことでも凜々蝶の役に立ちたいと言い張る。

ポイントはアイデア自体は、そもそも先祖がえりって設定が個性的でこれのおかげで十分。後は様々な良くあるものを組み合わせた配合の妙とそれをどうストーリーにするか?の絡め方が実に上手い。先祖がえり設定を生かした転生後の偽りの生活。

時間旅行を可能にする桜。後は先祖がえりを統括する組織の話し。これだけだとアイデアになってしまう。そうじゃなくてそれをどう転がすか?が面白い。

舞台は1万2千年前の古代日本、真言告（言霊）の概念が存在する世界。

目に見えぬ神を信仰する世界、ある村の少年鷹野（たかや）はある日捨て子を拾う。赤子は透祜（とおこ）と名付けられ、鷹野の妹として育てられた。
7年後、透祜が育った村は目に見える神、威神の徒党に襲われる。生き延びた透祜と鷹野、彼等の兄のような存在の青比古（あおひこ）は目に見える神、亞神（あしん）の信徒に助けられる。

目に見えぬ神々、目に見える神（平和を尊ぶ亞神、争いを好む威神）とその信徒の戦いを描く。

「その答えを求め続けると気のふれる問がある」
「自分は何故ここにいるのか」
「何処より来たりて何処へ向かうのか…」
「実に人はこの問を忘れる為に人を愛し
この問から逃れる為に神を求める」

このモノローグから始まる物語は、真実このことを作中で求め続けていく。
間違いなく漫画という枠を超えた希有のSF作品。

ひとつの宗教作品のようでもあり、哲学書のようでもあり、
日本人として魂の根底にある何かを揺さぶる民族学の本のようでもある。
実に気持ち良く読み手の心を、イメージの感応力を広げてゆく。

新型コロナウイルス問題をリスクマネジメントで振り返る

最初に断っておきたいのは、筆者は感染症や防疫、（リアルな）ウイルスの専門家ではない。本稿は、現実の新型コロナウイルスの対策や対応に100％有効な情報や分析を行っているわけではない。

あくまで、リスクマネジメントやインシデント対応という視点で、今回起きているさまざまな問題事象、対応の共通点と、その解釈や各自の判断の参考情報、考え方の提示にすぎない。簡単に言えば、現状の国内新型コロナウイルスの状況は、サイバー攻撃やセキュリティインシデントにたとえるなら、どんな状況で、対策や対応方法はどういった技術やプロセスになるのかの考察だ。

主旨としては、リスクマネジメントやサイバーセキュリティの視点から、公衆衛生や現状の新型コロナウイルス対策を分析するというより、新型コロナウイルス問題から、リスクマネジメントやサイバーセキュリティを振り返るものと思ってほしい。

現状をITシステムのインシデントにたとえると

現在の新型コロナウイルスをとりまく状況を、ITシステムとそのサイバーインシデントにたとえるとどんな状況になるのだろうか。

このマルウェアはネットワークを通じて感染を広げる能力がある（ひまつ感染）。マルウェアは、古いPCやOSへの攻撃効果は高いが、新しいシステムは被害を受けにくいこともわかっている。特にセキュリティアップデート（アルコール消毒・手洗い・うがい・マスク等）をしっかり行っていれば、一定程度の感染を防ぐ効果が確認されている。

ただし、感染はスイッチでつながる同一LANセグメント（濃厚接触）内に限られる。インターネット（海外）の接続口は多数（空港や港湾）存在する。接続口はまとまったLANごとに持っており、ファイアウォールや非武装地帯（DMZ）の設定（検疫レベル）は最低限をクリアしているものの、均一ではない。結果として、全体へのダメージは少ないが、感染力が強く局所的なダメージは大きくなる。

未知のマルウェアのため検査手法の精度（PCR精度・特異度）による誤検知と見逃しの問題、リソース（時間・予算・人員・法律）の問題があり、全デバイスの強制検査ができない。しかも、システムを止めるわけにもいかず、稼働環境でマルウェアを検知し復旧させていくしかない。なお、有効なワクチンソフトウェアは開発されていない。

当面の対応は、システムを縮退運転（イベント中止・リモートワークなど）することで感染速度を遅くし、感染爆発を起こさせないことに注力するしかない。発症しなければシステムに影響はないので、マルウェアの発見・駆除は兆候見られたものについて詳細検査を行い、システムから隔離していく戦略となる。

インシデント対応の初動で考えること

ITシステムにおいて、マルウェア感染の特定が困難で有効なワクチンソフトがなくてもシステムを再インストール、リプレースすれば復旧できるので、人間が感染するウイルスと同列には語れない。しかし、リスクマネジメントとインシデント対応を広くとらえた場合、適用できる、または参考にできる知見はあるはずだ。

まず、前例がない事態への対応をどう考えるか。リスクマネジメントにおいて、BCPやDR、クライシス管理の考え方の導入と、復旧能力や回復力（レジリエンス）も問われる現在、前例がないインシデントへの対応マニュアルや最低限の決め事は常識といってもよい。

インシデント対応手順で最も重要なのは「初動」だ。インシデント発生の第一報が正しく上がる仕組み、エスカレーションの手順。そして現場情報での優先作業の判断と意思決定、つまりトリアージ作業に、そのあとのすべての作業や対策の成果が決まる。

新型コロナウイルスの場合、国内の第一報をどの時点と捉えるか意見が分かれそうだが、仮に国内で最初の感染者が確認されたタイミングだとしよう。最初の感染者は日本国籍ではないが、中国からの帰国者だった。

エピデミック（流行）が顕在化しつつある国からの感染者は、たとえば、ファイアウォールやEDRのログからマルウェアの侵入が確認された状態だ。ちなみに、税関の健康診断や体温測定で感染者を検知できていれば、ファイアウォールのフィルタリング機能で止めていた、つまり水際対策が功を奏した状態といえる。

法身

報身

報身仏とは、菩薩が自らのさとりを完成すると同時に、一切の衆生を救済しようという誓願を起し、永劫にわたる修行によって完成された万徳円満の仏陀です。それは無量の願と徳を実現していますから永遠の”いのち”(無量寿)と、無限の智慧の光(無量光)を持っています。そのような報身仏の領域を報土といいますが、そこには菩薩であった時に誓われたとおり、真如にかなった真実の世界が実現されています。

もっとも一般には、同じ報身・報土であっても菩薩の智慧の程度に応じて、感得できる報土には上下の隔てがあると考えられていました。しかし少なくとも愛憎の煩悩を断ち切り、真如の一分をさとる智慧を開いた初地以上の菩薩 (天台宗では初住以上の菩薩) でなければ感得することができないというのが仏教の常識でした。初地とは、五十一段階に分けられる菩薩の階位の第四十一位目をいい、見惑 (邪師や邪教によって後天的に起こすようになった煩悩) とか思惑 (生まれつき持っている極めて根深い煩悩) といわれるような、無量の煩悩を断ち切って、もはや迷いの境界(三界)を輪廻転生しなくなった菩薩ですから、これ以上を聖者といいます。

このように初地以上の菩薩が、それぞれのさとりの、さとりの程度に応じて感得する報土を他受用報土(他の菩薩に受用させる報土・天台宗では実報無障礙土) といいます。仏が完成された仏界としての報土は仏陀だけが受用されますので自受用報土 (天台宗では常寂光土) と呼んで区別されていました。ですからたとえ弥勒菩薩のような最高位 (第五十一位) の菩薩であっても真実の報土 (自受用報土) は窺い知ることはできないといわれていました。このような通説を完全に破って、信心の行者が往生させていただく報土は、真実報土であって、ただ仏と仏とのみが知見することのできる無上涅槃の境界であるといい、往生はそのまま成仏であると言い切っていかれたのが親鸞聖人でした。

応身

愛憎の煩悩を燃やし続けている凡夫や、煩悩を制御して表には現れなくなってはいるが、まだ真如をさとる智慧が開けていない修行者の心に応じて現れている仏を応身仏といいます。そのなかには人間に応じてこの娑婆(穢土)に現れて来られた釈尊のような八十歳で入滅される仏身もあります。
