　では、その無意識層の中に、ゾンデ″はなにを発見したか？

　かれは、「家族的無意識」と名づける無意識層の中に、特殊な抑圧意識を発見したのである。

　それは、ひと口でいうならば、

　　「個人のなかに抑圧されている祖先の欲求が、恋愛・友情・職業・疾病および死亡における無意識的選択行動とたって、個人○運命を決定する」

というのである。

　ソンディはこういう。

　　「恋愛・友情・職業・疾病および死亡における選択の分析にもとづいて、選択の根源はこの家族的欲求」

　つまり、ひとの、恋愛、友情、職業、病気、死にかたまで、すべて、それらを決定するのは、そのひとのこころの深奥にひそんでいる祖先の抑圧された意識である、というのである。

　これは、個人の運命を形成するこれらの選択行動は、意識的・理性的な考慮の上に立つ決断にょって決定されるのではなく、（もちろん表面的にはそれがなされるが、実際には）選択行動は衝動行為であり、衝動的に選択する無意識的なものによって動かされるのだということである。（ここまではフロイトもほとんどおなじである。フロイトとちがうのは、その衝動が、その宗族－祖先－にふかい関連、かおるというのである

人はどんな因縁を持つか

これから、人の持つ因縁について解説するが、それでは、そういう母縁というものが、どうして人間にあるのか、ここでは、あるからある、というよりほかない。強いて聞かれるならば、それならあなたはどうしてそういう顔をしているのであるか寸９　かれた場合、あなた
は何と答えるか？・　こういう顔をして生まれてきたのだから、こういう顔をしているのである、とでも答えるほかないではないか。原因はともあれ、人間は、それぞれ様々な因縁を持って生まれて来、様々な因縁を持って生きているのである。その因縁という現象を分析、解説

この中途挫折の因縁の場合も、この因縁がそのまま性格にあらわれて、非常に気の弱い意志薄弱の型と、逆に、非常に気のつよい意志強固の型がある。
意志薄弱のタイプは、何をやってもすぐにあきてしまって、ながつづきしない。気うつりがはげしい。学業、職業、すべてがそうで、転々とする。

文字通りの中途挫折、薄志弱行の型である。

四十七、八歳の会社員で、立派な人物であったが、この大に、この因縁があったのである。聞いてみると、今までに八回も勤め先を変えているという。意志強固の努力家型だが、と思って聞いてみると、この大は、一流の財閥会社に勤めているのだが、系列の子会社に出向させられると、その会社は、きまって、他に合併したり、業績不振で閉鎖させられてしまうのである。本社にもどると、同期の社員で本社に居たままの者はかなり上の方に進んでおり、処
遇に困るので、また傍系の会社に出向重役として出される。するとまた、その会社がおかしくなる、というわけで、今までがその繰り返しだったというのだ。

念のためにいうが、それは、この人の経営の腕が悪いために、この人が行った会社がみんなダメになるというのではないのである（手腕という点からいえば、むしろ人並み以上の手腕を持っているのである）。この人が行っても行かなくても、その会社はダメになるのである。

そういう会社に、この人は行かねばならぬような廻り合わせになってしまうのだ。今度の会社もおかしくなってきているので、相談に来たのです、というのだが、典型的な中途挫折の因縁のあらわれかたであった。

薄志弱行タイプの場合は、すぐにあきたり、気移りしたりして自分から会社を転々とするが、意志強固タイプの場合は、自分ではＴ心に努力をして会社を変わるつもりはさらさらないのだが、他動的に転々と変わらざるを得ないようになってしまうのである。その人の意志、思考、心構えなどに関係なく、結果は結局おなじことになってしまう。それが、因縁という
ものの、こわいところである。精神一到何事か成さざらんや、と気張ってみたところで、こ
の因縁を持っていては、所詮、ダメなのだ。外的条件が許さないのである。つねに転々として挫折する。

昔から、よく、「人間には誰でも一生に三度はチャンスがある」といわれているが、運のない者でも三度はチャンスがあるかわり、運のある者でも、三度以上そう何回もあるものではない。人生ここ一番というチャンスを二、三度この因縁でつぶされてしまったら、もうその人間は一生芽が出ないものと思わねばなるまい。そうして、この因縁のこわいところは、この因縁は必ずその子に遺伝し、その場合、きまって親よりその子のほうが一段と因縁の度を深めて悪くなってゆくことにあるのだ。

宝楼閣真言(大宝楼閣善住秘密根本陀羅尼)というのがあります。巨大なタワーが出てきて、亡者を導き入れ、皆そこからお浄土や転生すべき善処へおくってくれるのですね。ありがたいですね。

この真言は儀軌によると、人間だけでなく蚊や虻、蟻や蛾のようなものまで救ってくれるそうです。動物が死んだらこの真言を唱えてください。

ほかにも五逆(母を殺す、父を殺す、僧団を破る、阿羅漢を殺す、仏陀の肉体を傷つける)四重(殺生、偷盜、邪淫、妄語等いわゆる四波羅夷罪)を除き、誹謗正法の罪、五感の不自由、悪病、悪魔に魅入られた人、占星術上の七曜や悪星の災い、ビナヤキャの災いを除くといいます。

六神通（ろくじんずう、ろくじんつう、巴: chaḷabhiññā^{[注釈 1]}）とは、仏教において仏・菩薩などが持っているとされる6種の超人的な能力。6種の神通力。六通ともよばれ、止観の瞑想修行において、止行（禅定）による三昧の次に、観行（ヴィパッサナー）に移行した際に得られる、自在な境地を表現したものである。

• 神足じんそく通（巴: iddhi-vidha-ñāṇa） – 自由自在に自分の思う場所に思う姿で行き来でき、思いどおりに外界のものを変えることのできる力。飛行や水面歩行、壁歩き、すり抜け等をし得る力。
• 天耳てんに通（巴: dibba-sota-ñāṇa） – 世界すべての声や音を聞き取り、聞き分けることができる力。
• 他心たしん通（巴: ceto-pariya-ñāṇa） – 他人の心の中をすべて読み取る力。
• 宿命しゅくみょう通（巴: pubbe-nivāsānussati-ñāṇa） – 自他の過去の出来事や生活、前世をすべて知る力。
• 天眼てんげん通（ 巴: dibba-cakkhu-ñāṇa） – 一切の衆生の業による生死を遍知する智慧。一切の衆生の輪廻転生を見る力。^[1]
• 漏尽ろじん通（巴: āsavakkhaya-ñāṇa） – 煩悩が尽きて、今生を最後に二度と迷いの世界に生まれないことを知る智慧。生まれ変わることはなくなったと知る力。
