先ず、結珈肪座（または半珈鉄座、どうしてもできない人は椅子に掛けてもよい）

次　長出大息呼吸法（約三分～五分）

導師からいただいたケンダリニー・パールを、口の中にふくみなさい。

口にふくんだパールを、「敵交」という部位に置きなさい。

次　長出息呼吸法から反式呼吸法へ

次　厭交へ置いたパールを、舌の下へ移しなさい。

次　舌の下から、チャクラ生気ルートに入れなさい。

　　チャクラ生気ルートは、直径一センチほどの気管（プラーナ管）である。やや細めの柔軟なストローと思えばよい。自然のままではふさがっているが、

　習練によって生気の通ずる気道がひらく。血のように鮮やかな赤色である。

次　長出息法の呼吸に乗せて、パールを、しだいに下方へ移動させなさい。

　「承漿」から「腹中」、「腹中」から「神閥」（ヘソのこと）、「神闘」から「気海」「関元」まで、徐々に移動させなさい。

長出息法を約一〇回～一五回位で、関元に到達させなさい。

次　関元で、約五～一〇回、長出息法。（回数自由）

　　この時、パールは、約三倍の大きさに膨脹し、しだいに光を放ち、輝きはじめる。（カラーロ絵参照）

次　反式呼吸法

　　パールはしだいに、輝きをおさめ、大きさも、原状に復する。

次　反式呼吸法に乗って、パールは、しだいに上昇しはじめる。

約一〇～一五回で、もとの敵交にもどる。

次　長出入息呼吸法

　　一〇回、呼吸をおさめながら舌の先でパールを転がしながら、願文の中に納めてしまう。

座を立つ。

この瞑想法の驚異的効果

この瞑想法の効果は、まさに「魔法」的であるといってよい。

　では、その効果はどこからくるのであろうか。

　端的にいうと、つぎの通りである。

　それは、自律神経の中枢である太陽神経叢への横隔膜による刺激と、マニプーラーチャクラヘの刺激によるホルモン湧出からくるのである。

　その効果をあげてみよう。

Ｉ、体の新陳代謝を盛んにする。

　　肺の機能が高まり、これまでの何倍も大量の酸素を血液の中に吹きこみ、体じゅうに送りこむ。

２、筋内の発達をうながす。

二、この神経は、かならず交感神経と副交感神経の二つからできていて、そ

　一つの内臓器官の自律神経は、いつもこの二つの神経感神経と副交感神経がはたらいて調節しているのである。

　そのはたらきはまことに微妙なもので、おたがいに反対のはたらきをする。

　その調和を破るものは、病気とか、内臓器官そのものの故障によるものはべつとして、ほとんど精神的なものからくることが多い。

強い煩悶、悩み、悲しみ、恐れ、怒り等、心とからだの動揺をきたす精神的刺激が起きると、内分泌器官の中枢である脳下垂体をへて、副腎の自律神経

の交感神経につたわり、副腎の皮の髄質や、神経の末端から、アドレナリンおよびノルアドレナリン（副腎髄質ホルモン）や、シンパシン（交感神経の末端

から遊離する物質）などの、強い昂奮剤が分泌される。
