不動明王(ふどうみょうおう)とは？

語源は「動かない守護者」を意味し、インド神話のシヴァ神の別名です。シヴァは暴風雨の威力を神格化したもので、破壊的な災害を起こす半面、雨によって植物を育てます。その破壊と恵みの相反する面は不動明王にも受け継がれているのです。不動明王は仏法の障害となるものに対しては怒りを持って屈服させますが、仏道に入った修行者には常に守護をして見守ります。

 

大日如来の化身として、どんな悪人でも仏道に導くという心の決意をあらわした姿だとされています。特に日本で信仰が広がり、お不動様の名前で親しまれています。そして、五大明王の中心的存在です。五大明王とは、不動明王を中心に降三世明王（ごうざんぜみょうおう）・軍荼利明王（ぐんだりみょうおう）・大威徳明王（だいいとくみょうおう）・金剛夜叉明王（こんごうやしゃみょうおう）の５体のことを指し、不動を中心に東西南北に配されます。不動明王の脇侍として八大童子のうちの矜迦羅（こんがら）・制多迦（せいたか）の２童子が配されることも多いです。ちなみに不動明王の持っている龍が巻きついている炎の剣が単独で祀られている場合があります。不動明王の化身とされ、倶利伽羅竜王（くりからりゅうおう）などと呼ばれています。

ご利益

除災招福、戦勝、悪魔退散、修行者守護、厄除災難、国家安泰、現世利益のご利益があるとされる。また、酉年生まれ守り本尊です。酉年に生まれた人々の開運、厄除け、祈願成就を助けるといわれています。

背の低い、ちょっと太めの童子型の造形が多く、怒りの表情をしています。目は天地眼（てんちげん）といって右目を天に向けて左目を地に向けていますよ。口は牙上下出といって右の牙を上に出して左の牙を下に出しています。炎の光背を背にし、手には剣と羂索（けんじゃく）を持っています。剣は大日如来の智慧の鋭さを表現しています。羂索とは煩悩を縛り悪の心を改心させる捕縛用の縄のことです。

 

梵名はアールヤアチャラナータビジャヤラージ ャ(Aryacalanatha vijayaraja) といい、正式には聖 不動威怒明王と呼びます。

諸仏は、つねにさまざまな手段をとって、わた したち衆生をさとりの道へ歩ませようとします。 しかし、なかには、やさしさだけの慈悲では心を 変えない、強情な衆生もいます。

こうした尋常な方法ではとうてい救済できない かたくなな衆生に対して、大日如来は叱りつける という慈悲のかたちをとって教え導きます。この とき、大日如来は不動明王に変化し、念怒の相を もってあらわれます。この念怒は実は慈悲のきわ みなのです。 西年生まれの守り本尊とされています、

The Buddhas always use various means to make us, the sentient beings, follow the path of enlightenment. However, there are some sentient beings who are stubborn and will not change their minds with just kindness and mercy.

Dainichi Nyorai scolds and guides his stubborn sentient beings, who cannot be rescued by such ordinary methods, in the form of his mercy. 大日如来(だいにちにょらい)とは？

大日如来には悟りを得る為に必要な智慧を象徴する金剛界大日如来と、無限の慈悲の広がりを象徴する胎蔵界大日如来という2つの異なる捉え方があります。金剛とはダイヤモンドのことを指し、智慧がとても堅く絶対に傷がつくことがないことを意味しています。また、胎蔵とは母親の母胎のようにすべての森羅万象が大日如来の中に包み込まれている様を意味しています。この2つが揃って大日如来を本尊とする密教の世界観が出来上がるのです。

本来、如来は出家後の釈迦の姿をモデルとしているため装飾品は身に付けていませんが、大日如来だけは別格で豪華な装飾品や宝冠を付けています。また、螺髪（らほつ）ではなく、髪を結い上げています。

 

金剛界、胎蔵界の姿でそれぞれ印の形が違います。金剛界の大日如来は、左手の人差し指を立て、その人差し指を右手で包みこむ智拳印の印相をしています。一方、胎蔵界の大日如来は、腹の前で両手の全指を伸ばして組み合わせる定印です。

Kongo means diamond, which means that wisdom is very hard and can never be damaged. In addition, taizo means that all the universe is wrapped in Dainichi Nyorai like a mother’s mother’s womb. The combination of these two forms the world view of esoteric Buddhism with Dainichi Nyorai as its principal image.

Bonji　梵字　　普賢菩薩　　Samanta bhadra

 

 

梵名サマンタバドラ (Samanta bhadra)の「サマ ンタ」は「普く」、「バドラ」は「賢」と漢訳しま す。「賢」とは具体的には「さとりを求める心か ら起こる、成仏しようとする願いと行ない」のこ とです。それが、ときとところを選ばず遍在して いるということを象徴したのがこの菩薩です。で すから、菩薩行を実践する者をつねに守護するほ とけでもあります。

ぞう 六牙の白象に乗り、文殊菩薩とともに釈迦如来 の脇侍をつとめます。文殊菩薩の智慧に対して、 慈悲(の行)をつかさどります。

なお、密教では、堅固不 壊の菩提心を象徴する 金剛薩埵と同体とします。 辰年と巳年生まれの人の守り本尊とされています。

 

普賢菩薩(ふげんぼさつ)とは？

普賢とは「全てにわたって賢い者」という意味で、あらゆるところに現れ命ある者を救う行動力のある菩薩です。

 

文殊菩薩とともに釈迦如来の右脇侍として三尊で並ぶことが多いですが、独尊で祀られる場合もあります。文殊菩薩の智慧とともに修行を司る菩薩として、明晰な智慧で掴み取った仏道の教えを実践していく役割を果たすとされています。また、女性の救済を説く法華経の普及とともに女性に多く信仰を集めました。

 

ちなみに普賢菩薩から派生した仏に延命のご利益のある普賢延命菩薩があります。

ご利益

女性守護、修行者守護、息災延命、幸福を増やす増益のご利益があるとされています。また、辰・巳年の守り本尊です。

白象に乗っている姿が一般的です。3つや4つの頭の象に乗っている場合は普賢延命菩薩像の可能性が高いです。

What is Fugen Bosatsu?

Fugen is a bodhisattva who appears everywhere and has the power to save living beings.

 

Along with Monju Bodhisattva, he is often seen as the right side attendant of Shaka Nyorai, and is often enshrined as a triad, but in some cases he is enshrined alone. As a bodhisattva who controls training with the wisdom of Monju Bosatsu, it is said to play the role of practicing the teachings of Buddhism grasped with clear wisdom. In addition, along with the spread of the Lotus Sutra, which preaches the salvation of women, many women gained faith.

 

By the way, there is Fugen Enmei Bosatsu, a Buddha derived from Fugen Bosatsu, who has the benefit of life extension.

不成仏霊供養のしかた

た仏もあり、また、会社のためにつくして亡くなった社員もおられるので、二十年ほど前、某 総本山の墓地に、億を越す巨額を投じて吉相の墓を建て、毎年、そこの管長さんに盛大な法要 をいとなんでいただき、三年に一度は、会社にまで来ていただいている。 にもかかわらず、ここ十数年来、社業がふるわない。

時代におくれぬよう、経営者も社員も、一心同体になってがんばっているが、どうも、思い がけぬミスや手ちがい、事故などが多くて、苦しんでいる、という。

霊視すると、数体の不成仏霊があり、霊障を発している。そのうち三体は、その形相から、 社員であることがわかった。これでは、社長や重役の判断にミスが起きたり、健康をそこねた り、また現場に事故など続出するのは当然である。 こういう例がいくつもある。 かんじんの「成仏法」がないからである。 何億という吉相の墓地や墓石をつくっても、墓地や墓石が成仏させるのではないのである。 また、いくら盛大な法要や修法をしても「法」がなかったら、霊にはとどかない。あたりまえ のことである。

しかし――、ここで一言いっておかなければならないのは、墓地に霊 がいらっしゃるので はない、ということである。すくなくとも成仏した霊は、墓地などにはおられないのである。 解脱した霊は、すべて「霊界」に行かれる。墓地は「霊界」ではないのである。あなただっ て、墓地が霊界だなどと、聞いたことはないだろう。 では、不成仏霊は? 不成仏霊は、その死者が亡くなった場所、怨念のいちばん残るところ、等、因縁のふかい場

第皿 章

おみたま

所にいる。これまた、墓地などにはいないのである。墓地にいる霊は、前の著書で書いたよう に「浮浪霊」か「動物霊」である。 では、墓地はなんのためにあるのかというと、それは、遺骨の安置所である。

霊 のもっとも因縁の深かった遺骨 (この遺骨だって、遺骨といっしょに霊がいるわけではない) を安置して、おまつりし、霊の生前をしのび、ときに招霊の法を以て、霊界からき て い た だ き、ご供養する場所である。しかし、このご供養だって、墓地そのものでするのではなく、寺 院の本堂で、導師によりとりおこなうべきものである。 本末転倒してはならないのである。

家庭にはかならず霊の安息処をもうけよ

本家でないのに先祖のご供養などなんで必要なのかというひとたちが多い世のなかだから、 家庭に霊の安息処をもうけるなどという家はほとんどない。 むかしの家には「仏間」というものがかならずあった。 祖霊をまつったお仏壇を、安置した部屋である。ちゃんとした家庭では、毎朝、かならず、

いまは、心かしながらの山がでていなければ、もうみられない。 いまの生活環境では、とてもそういうことは望めまい。しかし、仏間でなくてもよいから、 かならず、盤の安息処をつくらなければいけないのである。どこの家庭でも、霊視すると、ほ とんど、不成仏霊の一体や二体はいる。ただ霊障まで生じているかどうかのちがい だ け で あ る。しかも、いまは霊障を起こしていなくても、いつなんどき霊障を起こすかわからぬ霊ばか りである。

こういう不成仏霊が、わたくしたちの家庭に、同居しているのである。 わたくしは、前著『守護霊を持て』で、こう書いた。 『あなたがたは霊眼がないからよいので、霊眼があったら、だれだって、いっときたりと も、そんな家にはいられないのである。おそろしい形相をした怨念のかたまりの幽体が、 座敷じゅうころげまわって苦しんでいるのである。とうていいられたものではないのであ る。霊眼のないのがさいわいであるが、しかし、霊眼はなくとも、そういう「念」のバイ

不成仏霊供養のしかた

梵名マハースターマプラープタ (Mahasthamaprápta) を大勢至、あるいは得大勢と訳し、そ れを略して「勢至」といいます。

その名のとおり、大勢力をもって修行者を守り、 阿弥陀仏の極楽浄土に往生することを妨げる悪神 の力を砕くとされています。

また、その智慧の光は一切を照らし、三途(地 獄・餓鬼・畜生の三悪道)を離れさせる無上の力 を有するといわれ、衆生に菩提心の種子を与える とされています。

観音菩薩とともに阿弥陀如来の脇侍をつとめま すが、独立した本尊としてはあまり信仰されてい ません。 午年生まれの人の守り本尊とされています。

 

梵名は、アーカーシャガルバ (Akáša garbha) 。 アーカーシャは「虚空」、ガルバは「胎蔵」とい う意味です。

菩薩の福徳と仏智が大空(虚空)のように広大 無辺であるところから、この名がつけられました。 その限りない福と智の徳を、必要とする人に必要 なだけ与える、といわれています。「慈悲」の地 蔵菩薩に対して「智慧」の仏として信仰されてい

ます。

この虚空蔵菩薩を本尊として修する「虚空蔵菩 薩求聞持法」は、頭脳を明晰にし、記憶力を高め る修法としてよく知られています。

同じく「虚空蔵菩薩念誦法」は、業障を除き、 福徳円満にして物心両面の財宝を得ることができ るとされています。

丑年および寅年生まれの人の守り本尊とされて います。

Bonji　梵字 師瑠璃光如来 バイシャジャグル(Bhaisajyaguru)

 

梵名は、バイシャジャグル(Bhaisajyaguru) で、

いいおうがっ」 薬師瑠璃光如来とか大医王仏とも呼ばれています。

人間の病苦を癒し、内面の苦悩を除くなど十二 の大願をもつ如来です。その誓願の中でも、とり わけ「身体を健全にさせ」「あらゆる病気を平癒 させる」という二つの大願に人びとの信仰があつ まりました。薬師岳、薬師温泉など各地にその名 がつけられているのも、古来広く信仰されてきた 証左といえます。

薬師三尊は、薬師如来を中尊に、向かって右に。 日光菩薩、左に月光菩薩が脇侍となります。奈良 の薬師寺金堂の三尊像は有名です。

また、薬師如来は、十二神将と呼ぶ護法神を春 属としてしたがえています。

 

東方浄瑠璃世界の教主で、正式名を薬師瑠璃光如来（やくしるりこうにょらい）といいます。

 

病気を治して衣食住を満たすという「十二の大願」を立て、生きている間に願いを叶えてくれます。阿弥陀如来のように死んだ後にやすらぎを与えるのではなく、現世にやすらぎを与えてくれるのが特徴です。昔の作例はとくに病気平癒を願ったものが多数存在します。

 

日光菩薩と月光菩薩を脇侍として三尊として並ぶことが多いです。

薬師如来(やくしにょらい)の真言

He is a Tathagata with 12 great wishes, such as healing the suffering of human beings and removing their inner anguish. Yakushi-dake, Yakushi-onsen, and other places in Japan are named after it, which is proof that it has been widely worshiped since ancient times.

The Yakushi Sanzon is on the right with Yakushi Nyorai as the central deity. Nikko Bodhisattva and Moonlight Bodhisattva on the left are side samurai. The three statues of Yakushiji Kondo in Nara are famous.

In addition, Yakushi Nyorai follows the guardian deities called the Twelve Divine Generals as spring attendants.

 

He is the leader of the Touhou Joruri world, and his official name is Yakushi Ruriko Nyorai.

 

He makes “twelve great wishes” to cure illnesses and provide food, clothing and shelter, and grants his wishes while he is still alive. Unlike Amida Nyorai, who gives peace after death, it is characterized by giving peace to this world. There are many examples of old works, especially those that wished for recovery from illness.

 

Nikko Bodhisattva and Moonlight Bodhisattva are often lined up as a Sanzon with side samurai.

Bonji　梵字 弥勒菩薩（みろくぼさつ maitreya

 

 

 

「弥勒」とは梵名マイトレーヤ (Maitreya) の音 訳です。

五十六億七千万年後に兜率天からこの世に下生 して仏陀になり、釈迦如来の教化にもれた衆生を 救うといわれる未来仏です。仏(如来)になれる 素質、つまり慈しみのこころを有する菩薩という 意味から、慈氏菩薩とも呼ばれています。

弥勒菩薩は釈尊の実在の弟子ともいわれていま す。釈尊よりも先に亡くなり、兜率天で天人のた めに説法しているといわれています。兜率天とは 将来、仏となるべき菩薩の住処で、釈迦如来も、 かつてここで修行していたといわれています。

弥勒菩薩の住する兜率天への上生と、将来この 世に下生された弥勒菩薩の説法に与りたいとの願 いが弥勒信仰になりました。

Fusatsuten is the dwelling place of the Bodhisattva who will become a Buddha in the future, and it is said that Shakyamuni Buddha once practiced here.

My desire to be born in Toshitsuten, where Maitreya Bodhisattva resides, and to participate in the sermons of Maitreya Bodhisattva who was born into this world in the future became my faith in Maitreya.

 

 

 

弥勒菩薩

遠い未来に人々を救うことが約束されている釈迦を継ぐ者

弥勒菩薩(みろくぼさつ)とは？

弥勒とは古代インドではマイトレーヤと呼ばれ、慈悲から生まれた者を意味しています。仏となることを約束されているため、弥勒仏・弥勒如来と呼ばれることもあります。釈迦が亡くなられてから５６億７千万年後に仏となりこの世に現れ、釈迦の教えで救われなかった人々を救済するといわれています。ちなみに５６億７千万年後とは、地球を含む太陽系が消滅する余命とほぼ一致しています。

 

現在は仏教世界の中央にそびえる須弥山（しゅみせん）の上空にある兜率天（とそつてん）という天界で修行をしています。

右足を曲げて左膝の上に乗せ、右手の指を頬に当てて物思いにふけるような半跏思惟像（はんかしいぞう）が多く造られました。これは将来どのようにして人々を救えばよいか思い悩んでいる姿とされています。

What is Maitreya Bodhisattva?
Maitreya is called Maitreya in ancient India and means one born of compassion. Because it is promised to become a Buddha, it is sometimes called Mirokubutsu or Miroku Nyorai. It is said that 5.67 billion years after Shakyamuni passed away, he will become a Buddha and appear in this world to save those who were not saved by the teachings of Shakyamuni. By the way, 5.67 billion years later is almost the same as the life expectancy when the solar system including the earth disappears.
