序にかえて 人間の能力開発は世界的要請である
それはすばらしい能力開発のシステムである。
それは宗教であると同時に、みごとな才能開発のサイエンスである。
それは、たとえば、天才教育ともいうべき技法を持つ。「求聞持法」と呼ばれる記憶力増 強のシステムである。
潜在意識、深層意識の活用という近代心理学の技術を駆使して、人の記憶力を数倍も高める。
このシステムによれば、人はだれでも、常人に数倍する記憶力を持つであろう。
それはたんなる信仰ではない。人に超能力をあたえる knowhow (技法) である。
それはサイエンスであるから、とくに信仰を強要しない。
信仰しなくともよいのである。そのシステムにしたがって学べばそれでよいのだ。それだけて、それはあなたに超能力をあたえる。

カミサマ ホトケサマ、おまんだらサマをおがんで、御利益をちょうだいしようとする宗教は過去のものになった
それらは、感情の上に、慰安と鼓舞をあたえるけれども、そういうもので現代を生きぬく ことはできない。そういう時代は過ぎた。
現代は、すぐれたシステムによって、自己の能力を開発して生きる時代である。
そうしなければ、人も、企業も、国も、社会も、落伍し、崩壊する時代である。
一九六二年、アメリカ政府は、
「マンパワーの開発と訓練に関する法律」 (man-power development and training Act) という法律
急速度な技術革新と、それにともなう急激な社会構造の変化に適合する人間をつくるため に、人間を人的資源 (human resources) とみて、計画的に才能開発 (talent development) してゆ かねば、個人はもとより、国家も、社会も、崩壊するよりほかないという見地から、この法 律が制定されたのである。この動きは、最初、多分に軍事政策的な面から出たものであった。 一九四八年、アイゼンハウアーは、陸軍参謀総長の要職をしりぞき、コロンビア大学の学長に就任した。 そのとき、青年の軍事能力開発の問題を研究テーマとして持ちこみ、「人的 資源管理プロジェクト」を設定した。GE、デュポン、RCA、スタンダード石油などの大 企業がこのプロジェクトの賛助団体となり、また、フォード財団の援助がこれに加わった。
このプロジェクトの課題は三つあった。
第一は、アメリカの青年たち、とくに兵士たちが、その才幹を十分に発揮できない原因の 探求
第二は、少数のハイ・タレントの才能をより高度化するための方法の探求、
第三は、アメリカ社会における職業の変動の研究、この三つであった。
しかし、このプロジェクトは、次第に、たんなる軍事政策の面から、アメリカの経済・社 全般にたいする総合計画にと拡大されてゆかねばならなくなった。あいつぐ急速な技術革 新と、それにともなう産業社会の構造変化に、人間がついてゆけなくなり、どうしても、 人間の能力開発を計画的に推進してゆかなければならなくなったのである。
そうして、前記した法律の制定となった。この法律は、 はげしい構造変化をつづける社会 が、人間にたいして要求する、 人間の構造改革だといってよいだろう。
もはや、たんなる信仰だけでは、この激動する変革社会に自己を適合させてゆくことはで
かつて、宗教がその役わりを果たしていた時代があった。数十年の単位で社会が変わって いた時代はそれでよかったが、現代は秒読みの速度ですべてが変貌しつつある。宗教による 精神構造の改革だけでこの時代を生きぬくことは、もはや不可能といってよい。
念仏、題目 軍歌がいの歌を合唱して、すばらしい力が生じたように思うのは、情念の 錯覚にすぎない。
すぐれたシステムによる自己改革と、才能の開発だけが、この時代に適合する能力をあた えるのだ。
とはいうものの、たんなるシステムだけでは、人間の知性を統御することはできても、 満足させることはできない。
未来社会の求めるものは、宗教であってシステムを持ち、システムであって宗教をかねる もの、そういうあたらしい精神科学である。 そういうものが、これからの人類の救いにな
システムが天才をつくる
この時代
むかし、能力開発は個人の問題であった。 立身出世したい人間だけが、能力開発すればよ かったのである。
現代は、国家が、法律をもって、すぐれたシステムにより、人間の才能開発を管理してゆ かねばならない時代になった。
そういう時代に生きつつあることを、われわれはもう一度じっくりと考えてみなければな らない。
ここに偉大な能力開発のシステムがある。
その名を秘密仏教という。略して、密教――。
それは、宗教であって、システムである。システムであって、しかも宗教なのだ。
これこそ、未来社会の求めるあたらしい精神科学といわねばならない。
そこには、ゴータマ・ブッダとともにフロイトが住み、空海とパブロフが腕を組む 燃え
あがる護摩の火にサイバネティックスの理論がひそみ、魔法めいた呪文に大脳生理学が息 づく。
いろいろな事情から、今まで、一般社会と隔絶されてきたが、地上、これにまさる人間開 発の技法はないであろう。
たとえば、前に述べた「求聞持法」である。
このシステムによれば、人間だれでも、記憶力が倍増するのだ。
私は、つねに、教育はなぜこのシステムをとり入れないのかと非常にいぶかしく思うのだ。
世に名高い教育ママはなにをしているのだ。
大学受験の予備校など、この上もないシステムではないか。小学生に応用すれば、一種の 天才教育となるのである。 最初の一学期は、学科など教える必要はない。 求聞持法の修得だ。 このシステムの反復練習だけでよい。
二学期のはじめから、学生は、飢えたカイコが新鮮な桑の葉にむしゃぶりつくごとく、バ リバリと知識を吸収するだろう。そして、このシステムによれば、一度、目にふれ、一度、 耳にしたことは、ぜったいに忘れることがないのである。このシステムによるトレーニング 彼の大脳皮質はまったく生まれかわってしまうのだ。これは一つの例にすぎない。 人間 の能力と才能を無限に拡大強化するシステムと技法が、そこにはいくつも秘められている。
あなたは変わる一日で
それはまさに、変身のサイエンスだ。人を、カミにも、ホトケにも、時には、悪魔にだっ
変えてしまう。人はまだこの偉大な技術に気づいていない。密教の指導者自身、密教の持 この魔力を十分に知らない。
いちはやく、この秘めたる力を身につけ、このすぐれた技術を現代に生かすものこそ、現 代を勝ちぬき、未来を征服する人間となるのではないか。

私はこの本の中で、密教の持つこの力をできるかぎり解明した。 それが、いかなる力を 持ち、いかにすればその力を自分のものにすることができるかを、能うかぎり、くわしく書 いたつもりである。
もとより、偉大なこの教えと、すぐれた技法が、一冊の書物で書きつくされようはずがな い。しかし、一応、その原理は説明し得たつもりである。
不明の点については、できるかぎり機会をつくって質疑にこたえるつもりであるし、また、
他にも明法の阿闍梨(密教の指導者がおられることであるから、そういう方について指導
をうけるのがよろしいと思う。
終わりに、私は、この本の中で、密教を、もっぱら人間開発のシステムという面から説い
しかし、密教はそれだけではない。すぐれた教学”と理論”があることを申し ておく。いずれ、別な機会に、教えの面からの密教を紹介するつもりである。
ともあれ、密教は実践である。本書を手にした読者は、ただちに法のトレーニングを開始 せよ。
それが、いかにすぐれた偉大な力を持つものか、それを知るのに多くの時間は不要である。 一日で、あなたは別人になる。

They provide comfort and inspiration on top of emotions, but you can’t live in the present age with them. Those days are over.
The present age is an era in which people live by developing their own abilities through superior systems.
Otherwise, people, companies, countries, and societies will fall behind and collapse.

In order to create human beings who can adapt to rapid technological innovation and the rapid changes in social structure that accompany it, human beings must be regarded as human resources and talent development must be carried out systematically. This law was enacted from the standpoint that not only individuals but also nations and societies would collapse. This move was initially largely military-political. In 1948, Eisenhower resigned as Army Chief of Staff and became president of Columbia University. At that time, he brought up the issue of developing young people’s military capabilities as a research theme and set up a “Human Resource Management Project.” Large corporations such as GE, DuPont, RCA, and Standard Oil have become sponsors of the project, along with the Ford Foundation’s support.
There were three issues with this project.
The first is to explore the reasons why American youth, especially soldiers, are unable to fully demonstrate their talents.
The second is the search for ways to improve the talents of a small number of high-talented talents.
The third was the study of occupational change in American society.
Gradually, however, this project had to be expanded from a mere military policy aspect to a comprehensive plan for the American economy and society as a whole. Human beings have become unable to keep up with rapid technological innovations and the accompanying structural changes in industrial society, and it has become necessary to systematically promote the development of human capabilities.
As a result, the aforementioned law was enacted. It can be said that this law is a structural reform of human beings demanded of human beings by a society that continues to undergo drastic structural changes.
It is no longer possible to adapt oneself to this rapidly changing society with mere faith alone.
There was a time when religion played its part. That was fine in an era when society changed in units of decades, but today everything is changing at the speed of the countdown. It can be said that it is no longer possible to survive in this age solely by reforming the mental structure through religion.
Nembutsu, daimoku It is nothing more than an illusion of passion to think that a wonderful power arises from singing military songs in chorus.
Only self-reform through good systems and talent development will give us the ability to adapt to this age.
However, the mere system alone can control, but not satisfy, the human intellect.
What future society seeks is a new spiritual science that is both a religion and has a system, and is a system that also serves as a religion. Such things will be the salvation of mankind in the future.

From the beginning of the second semester, students will absorb her livelihood and knowledge like a hungry silkworm chomping on a fresh mulberry leaf. And according to this system, once you see and hear once, you will never forget it. Training with this system His cerebral cortex is completely reborn. This is just one example. There are many hidden systems and techniques that infinitely expand and strengthen human abilities and talents.

I will change. Man is still unaware of this great technology. Esoteric Buddhism leaders themselves do not know enough about this magical power of Esoteric Buddhism.
The person who quickly acquires this hidden power and makes use of this excellent technology in the present age will be the one who will win the present age and conquer the future.
