つぎの実参美言で、ブィシュッダ、アージュニャー、サハスラーラ等の、すべての部位の覚雀法を学説する。
いっぺんに全部の実修書を出すことはできない。というのは、ヴィシュッダ・チャクラ以上の実修は、非常な危険をともなうことが多いのである。履中、
身柱から上にかかる修行過程は、非常に慎重にやらないと、脳を痛めるおそれがある。基礎訓練を十分にやって、きたえておかねばならない。
もしも奥儀賞をいっしょに出してしまったら、性急な修行者は、基礎の修行もそこそこに、脳の開発訓練に入ってしまうだろう。もちろん、法の成就は出
来っこないが、しかし、訓練のシステムは、たとえ修行者が未熟であっても、それなりの力を発揮するから、やりそこなって脳を痛めるおそれが多分にあるのである。
また、それだけではない。それ以上の重要な理由がある。
それは、アージュニャー・チャクラから上の開発訓練は、意念を動かす媒体と方法が、これまでとまったく違うということである。それは全然ちがう特殊
な方法である。それは、本書の基礎訓練をきちんとマスターした修行者でなければ、全く、といっていいほど実践不可能であろう。したがって、とにかくま
ずこの基礎実修を、わき目もふらず修行してほしいのだ。わたくしは、いま、この基礎実修をきちんと終えた修行者にのみ、奥儀篇を頒けてあげることにし
ようかと思っているほどなのである。
失張篇は、おそらく、一年半か、二年くらいのちに出すことになると思われる。それは、ちょうど、あなたがこの本を読んで一心に基礎訓練にはげんだと32
して、それで大体マスターし、わたくしが、これならこの先を教えてもよいだろうと思うのが、ちょうどその頃になるのである。
が、そういうと、好奇心のつよい熱心な修行者は、おそらくこう言うのではなかろうか?
いま著者は、アージュニャー・チャクラから上の開発訓練は意念を動かす媒体と方法がまったく違う。それは全然ちがう特殊な方法だ、といったが、それ
はいったいどう違うのか? ほんの一部、ちょっぴりでもいいから教えてほしい。
そういうかも知れない。
よろしい、それでは、その特殊な秘法を、概略、ヒントとして明かしてあげよう。いや、これはヒント以上のものである。ほんとうのことをいうと、わた
くしは、ここで、そこまでこれを明かしたくはないのである。これこそ、門外
不出、一子相伝の最極秘伝なのだから。しかし、ここで少しでも明かしておいてあげることにより、真剣な修行者の励みになるかも知れない。そう考えて、あえて公開することにする。
そこで、思いきって、チャクラの覚醒法の概要をのべよう。
さきにわたくしは、チャクラ・エネルギーのルートづくりが、チャクラ覚醒の一助になるものであるとのべた。それはじっさいにその通りで、それなくて
はチャクラの覚醒は不可能に近いといってよいであろう。殊に、アージュニャー・チャクラへのルートづくりは、非常に重要な役わりをはたす。
しかし、それだけでは、チャクラの覚醒は成就しない。まったく別な方法である。
その課程は大略、つぎのようなものである。
秘密マントラの特殊詠唱法
1、まず修行者は、自分のチャクラの正確な場所を把握する。
(チャクラの場所は個人差があるので、導師が、正確な場所を教示する)
2、このチャクラの場所に、或る特殊な振動を叩きつける。そのために、ま

3、この特殊な振動を伝える振動ルートをつくり出す。これまでにつくったチャクラ・エネルギーのルートと重複するルートも一部あるが、大部分は
新しくつくり出す。それは直接チャクラにつながるルートである。このル
ートづくりに「xx」を使う。(特に秘す。但し、本書をよく読めば、ントを得られるはずである)
4、その特殊振動を発生させる。
5、その振動をルートに伝え、チャクラに叩きつける。
以上のようなものである
この振動が、チャクラを覚醒さ る特殊秘法であり、わたくしの最極秘伝なのだ。
この特殊振動というのは、横隔膜、胸腔、腹腔を使って、特殊な振動を起こすのである。
この振動は、最初、声帯を使う。発声して振動を起こす。(特殊な秘密マントラを使う。秘伝である)
正しい振動を起こせるようになったら、発声しないで、おなじ振動を起こす訓練に入る。そこで、無音になるのであるが、振動は起こしているのである。
というのは、声帯を、体の内部に向けて発声しているのである。体の内部に向けて振動を送っているのである。(じっさいは、ここまでくると、声帯だけではないのだが、ここでは声帯としておく)
発声しているときは声帯を使って外部に向って振動を起こしている。このときその発声を導師が聞いて、正しいかどうか調べているわけで、正しい発声法(つまり撮動法)がなされていたら、これを指導して、内部に向ってその振動を送りこむようにさせる。(その方法を指導する)込られ
チャクラの最終伝送りこまれた振動を、胸腔の筋肉で共鳴させ、増幅させる。さらにこれを、横隔膜を使って腹腔の中で増幅させる。(この場合、胞、重大な役目を果たすことを付記しておく
さいごに、これまでにつくっておいた振動のルートを使って、目的のチャクラに送りこむ、というよりも、叩きつけるのである。
以上はアナーハタ・チャクラまでの、チャクラ覚醒法である。
アージュニャー・チャクラ、そして究極のチャクラであるサハスラーラ・チャクラになると、少し違ってくる。しかし、アナーハタ・チャクラまで覚醒しておれば、あとはそうむずかしいことはない。
