真理は、シンプルです。ジニャーニの知識もシンプルです。ジニャーニの知識を得て、黙想して、熟考します。気付きが起こり、理解が深まります。
方法で、無意識にある前提や思い込み (執着や険悪の感情や考え) を、書き換えます。この方法では、小さな成功体験を繰り返すことで、自信になり確信を持つようになります。
真我は、常に実在として存在しています。ただ、一般の人では、無知の曇 (くもり) で覆い隠されています。
、無知の曇 (くもり) を消していきます。無知の曇 (くもり) が消えるほどに、真我の光と愛が自然に現れます
つの果得 (定) を、「向 (進み入る段階) 」と「果 (成就した段階) 」に分けています。向と果の名称が同じで、八種の段階にある人という意味で、八種の段階のことを、四双八輩 (しそうはっぱい) と言います。
無知の曇 (くもり) を払う
悟りへと至る道は、シンプルです。
真我は、常に実在として存在している。(注：真我は、すでに実現している。という事です。) という事実を受け入れます。
真我を実現するためには、自己受容が大事です。神を受け入れるためには、まず、自己を受け入れます。
真我実現は、今すでに得ているもの (実在として在るもの) を無知の曇 (くもり) を払うことで、「この自分が知覚している世界」へ現す作業です。

The two outcomes (constant) are divided into “progress (advancing stage)” and “perspective (fulfilling stage)”. The eight kinds of stages are called Shiso Happai, in the sense that they have the same names for Ko and Hana and are in eight kinds of stages.
Pay the cloud of ignorance
The road to enlightenment is simple.
The self always exists as a reality. (Note: I have already realized that.) I accept the fact.
Self-acceptance is important for realizing the self. To accept God, first accept yourself.
Realization is the work of revealing what you already have (what you really have) to the “world you perceive” by paying the cloud of ignorance.
