ニつの修行からなりたつ輪廻転生瞑想法
この「輪廻転生瞑想法」は二つの修行からなりたってぃる。
その第一は瞑想そのもので、第二の修行は日常の生活のあり方を正しくする
ということである。それぞれについて解説してぃこう。
［一、深層意識をつかう瞑想法］
わたくしが教える瞑想次第に則って、自分が望む来世の境遇・状況を明確に
強く観想していく。
どのような家庭に、どのような人間として、どのような能力・素質を持って
生まれていくかという人生の設計図を創り、それをありありと念じるのである。
人間の意識は表面意識・潜在意識・深層意識の三層に大きく分けることがで
きる。この深層意識の領域に霊魂の宿る揚がある。換言すれば、脳のある部分
に霊魂がおさまっているのである。そして人が臨終を迎えると、霊魂は肉体を
離れて霊的世界へ行き、やがて転生する。
霊魂は魂塊ともいう。魂とは霊魂全体を、院はその核をさす。鶏卵にたとえ
るならば、卵全体が魂になり、黄身が塊にあたる。この院の中に、その人のあ
らゆる記憶が詰まっている。それは現在の人生における経験だけではなく、前
世、前々世、三世前、四世前、五世前……というような、これまでのすべての
過去世における記憶が残されているのである。
いや、人間としての記憶だけではなく、さらには生命の進化の記憶も保存さ
れている。
