Yashiro Saturn Day

九紫火星の日

金銭問題、女性にかかわる苦労あり。人に背反されることあり。派手な苦労をする日。

五大明王、または八大明王の一つ。東方に配される。阿閦如来(あしゅくにょらい)の化身。貪瞋痴(とんじんち)の三毒と煩悩、所知の二つの障りを降伏(ごうぶく)し断ずるもの。その形像には、八臂像、四臂像、二臂像があるが、多くは八臂像で、これに三面と四面とがある。足下に大自在天とその妃である烏摩を踏みつけ、剣や杵(しょ)を手に持つ。功能としては、調伏、勝軍、除病、敬愛などがあげられている。降三世。

降三世はサンスクリット語で、トライローキヤ・ヴィジャヤ（三界の勝利者 Trailokyavijaya）といい、正確には「三千世界の支配者シヴァを倒した勝利者」の意味。

経典によっては、そのまま、孫婆明王（そんばみょうおう）とも、後期密教の十忿怒尊ではシュンバ・ラージャ (Śumbharāja)とも呼ばれる。 その成立は、古代インド神話に登場するシュンバ (Śumbha)、ニシュンバ (Niśumbha) というアスラの兄弟に関係し、密教の確立とともに仏教に包括された仏尊である。

同体とされる勝三世明王は、降三世と起源を同じくするものの、「一面二臂タイプのトライローキャヴィジャヤ」として近年インドでも出土しており、ヴァジュラ・フーンカーラ菩薩 (Vajrahūṃkāra) とも言われる

シヴァは妻のパールヴァティーと共に「過去・現在・未来の三つの世界を収める神」としてヒンドゥー教の最高神として崇拝されていたが、大日如来はヒンドゥー教世界を救うためにシヴァの改宗を求めるべく、配下の降三世明王を派遣し（或いは大日如来自らが降三世明王に変化して直接出向いたとも伝えられる）、頑強難化のシヴァとパールヴァティーを遂に超力によって降伏し、仏教へと改宗させた。降三世明王の名はすなわち「三つの世界を収めたシヴァを下した明王」という意味なのである。

降三世明王は右の絵の通り四面八臂^[11]の姿をしており、二本の手で印象的な「降三世印」を結び、残りの手は弓矢や矛などの武器を構える勇壮な姿であるが、何より両足で地に倒れた大自在天（シヴァ）と妻烏摩妃（パールヴァティー）を踏みつけているのが最大の特徴である。誰かを踏みつけた仏と言えば四天王がそれぞれ邪鬼を踏みつけているが、降三世明王は「異教とはいえ神を倒して踏みつけている」という点でひと際異彩を放つ仏である。

  Although it has the same origin as Trailokyavijaya, it has been excavated in India in recent years as a “one-sided, two-armed type trilo cavijaya,” and is also known as the Vajrahūṃkāra.

   

  Shiva was worshiped as the supreme god of Hinduism as “the god that houses the three worlds of the past, present and future” with his wife Parvati, but Dainichi Nyorai calls for the conversion of Shiva to save the Hindu world. In order to do so, he dispatched his subordinate, Trailokyavijaya (or it is said that Dainichi Nyorai himself changed to Trailokyavijaya and went directly), and finally surrendered the stubborn Shiva and Parvati by super power and went to Buddhism. Was converted. The name of the descending third generation Myo is, in other words, “the Myo who defeated Shiva containing the three worlds.”

  As shown in the picture on the right, the trailokyavijaya has the appearance of four sides and eight arms [11], with two hands tying the impressive “Trailokyavijaya”, and the remaining hands holding weapons such as bows and arrows and halberds. It is a brave figure, but the biggest feature is that it is trampling on Shiva and Parvati, who have fallen to the ground with both feet. Speaking of Buddha who trampled someone, the four heavenly kings are trampling on evil spirits, but the King of the Third King is a Buddha that stands out in that “although it is pagan, it is trampling on God.”

このあとで説く「チャクラ」「プラーナ」「クンダリニー・エネルギー」「気道」「ムドラー」「瞑想」「マントラ詠川」など、すべての技法を綜合しておこなわれるもので、釈尊の成仏法の最終段階のものである。この四つの呼吸法（くり返していうが、単なる呼吸法ではない）で、釈尊の成仏法は完成されるのである。
この呼吸法については、またあとで説く。

ナデイ
仏陀の気道の法

。
釈尊も、四神足法において、やはり、気道をもちいていたのである。
行　息　。気息を行らす行らす、というからには、行らす”道”がなければならない。その道が気道である。
ただし、釈尊の気道は、クンダリニー・ヨーガの気道とはかなりちがうものである。それは、クンダリニー・ヨーガの気道の欠陥－、欠陥というより不十分な部分、を補足したものといってよいだろう。
なぜ、そういうことがいえるのか？

仏陀の行息法がのちに中国に渡って、道教の仙道になっていったものと考えるのである。すなわち、道教の修行の原点は、釈尊の成仏法にあるのである。

道教の基本的修行に、「内気の法」というのがある。また、「行気の法」がある。これらは、阿含経に説かれている仏陀の「行息の法」にほかならない。　道教が、釈尊の成仏法を受けついでいると断定するひとつの証として、つぎのようなことがあげられる。
いまいった道教の内気の法の気道に、泥丸という部位がある。頭頂にあってクンダリニー・ヨーガでは、サハスラ圭フーチャクラにあた部位で、道教でも最高の悟りの部位になっている。

この泥丸という名称はとこから来たのか？

これは、釈尊が説く「涅槃」すなわちニルヴァーナを音写したものなのである。この部位を目ざめさせると、涅槃に到達するφいうところから、名づけられたものである。

このことは、釈尊の修行法と、クンダリニー・ヨーガ、そして道教、との関連を語るものにほかならず、たいへん興味深いものといえよう。このほかにも、いくつか、これに類した例をあげることができる。もちろん、道教の気道の法が、すべて仏陀の気道の法そのままだというのではない。

仏陀の気道の法を受けついで、さらに道教独特のものに発展させていったということである。原型が釈尊にあり、釈尊にさかのぼることができるというの
である。そしてそれはまた、同時に、クンダリニー・ヨーガにもかかわってくるということになる。

釈尊の成仏法の修行法を、いま、如実に知ることは至難の業である。それはごく、わずかに、阿含経の中に散在するにすぎず、不可能近いといっていいであろう。

しかし、クンダリニーヨガーと道教の修行法を、阿含経の中にある釈尊の修行法と対照しつつ実践を重ねていくと、おのずから努髭と浮かんでくるものがあるのである。そしてさらに体験を重ね、錬磨し、修行を積んでいくと、突然、閃めきとともにかたちをあらわしてくるものがある。

It is believed that the Buddha’s breathing method later moved to China and became a Taoist Sendo. In other words, the origin of Taoist training lies in the Buddhahood law of Shason.

One of the basic practices of Taoism is the “law of shyness.” In addition, there is a “law of devotion”. These are none other than the Buddha’s “law of breath”, which is explained in Agama. The following is one proof that Taoism is accepting the Buddhahood law of Shason.
There is a part called Mudmaru in the airway of the Taoist shyness law. At the top of the head, in Kundalini Yoga, it is the part of the Sahasra Kei Fu Chakra, which is the highest part of enlightenment in Taoism.

Did the name Mudmaru come from second cousin?

This is a transcription of Nirvana, the “Nirvana” that Shason preaches. When this part is awakened, it is named after φ, which reaches Nirvana.

This is nothing less than a link between Shason’s practice, Kundalini yoga, and Taoism, which is very interesting. In addition to this, there are some similar examples. Of course, not all Taoist airway laws are the same as Buddha’s airway laws.

It is said that he accepted the Buddha’s airway law and developed it into something unique to Taoism. The prototype is in Shakuson, and it can be traced back to Shakuson.

It is extremely difficult to know the practice of Shakuson’s Buddhahood method. It is very, only slightly scattered in Agama, and it can be said that it is almost impossible.

However, if you practice Kundalini yoga and Taoist training in contrast to Shakuson’s training in Agama, you will naturally come up with a beard. Then, as you gain more experience, refine, and practice, there are things that suddenly show shape with inspiration.

チャクラが、どうして、超人的ともいうべき特殊な力を発生するのか？

　長い間、それは神秘的々謎とされていたが、近代生理学の登場によって、その謎はた。

　チャクラの場所は、すべて、内分泌腺と一致するのである。

　クンダリニー・ヨーガの熟達者は、特殊な修行によって得た力でその場所を刺

激し、ふつうの人間の持たない力を発生させるのである。内分泌腺がそ生源なのである。

　これを、近代医学による内分泌腺と対照すると、表１（七三頁）のようになる。

　ただし、よってわたくしが分類したもので、欧米のヨーガの指導者たち（およびその系統の人たち）の対照分類のしかたと、だいぶちがうところがある。わたくしは、わたくしの修行体験によって、このほうが正しいと信じているが、あるいは、これはリードビーター氏がいっているように、人種、民族別による体格、体質の相違

によるものであるのかもしれぬ。氏はその著書の中で、チャクラの大小、色彩、位置、形状など、有色、白色、東洋、西洋の民族、人種の相違によってかなりちがうものがあり、また、おなじ民族、人種でも、多少の個人差が見られる、とのべている。たしかにそのおりだと、わたくしも思っている。

チャグラの機能

　チャクラは、ホルモンを分泌する内分泌腺と同一の場所にあり、ホルモンが持つ驚異的な力を発現させる場所であることをのべた。

　では、各チャクラは、どのような力を発揮するのであろうか。

クンダリニー・ヨーガの秘伝として伝えるところのものを記してみよう。

1 ムーラーダーラーチャクラ

内分泌腺の性腺、腎臓の部位である。

このチャクラを覚醒すると、体力が異常に増進して、ふつうの人の三～五倍の精力を持つようになる。三日、四日の徹夜くらい平気になる。いっさいの病気を受けつけず、健座作そのものとなる。病弱だった者は、その悪いところが、みななおってしまう。このチャクラに綜制汐弓ｊ∃Ｑを集中してそのエネルギーが発動したとき、瀕死の病人でも床を蹴って立ち上がるだろう。男女ともにじっさいの年齢より十歳以上若くなる。

　そのかわり、強烈な性欲と生殖力を持つようになるので、その于不ルギーを、オージャスという知能のエネルギーに変える方法をあわせもちいる。

　2 闘いのホルモン、英雄ホルモンを湧出させる副腎の部位である。

　このチャクラが覚醒して于不ルギーが発動すると、気力が充実し、勇敢になっ

て、積極果敢な行動力を発揮するようになる。なにものをも恐れず、なにごとにも惑わず、大胆不敵、不動の信念を持ってどんな困難にもひるまない。生死を超越した超人的手腕力量を発揮する。

３、マニプーラーチャクラ（ナービーチャクラ）

ヨーガの奥義書である「ヨーガースートラ」にこうある。

臍輪に綜制をほどこすことによって、体内の組織を知ることができる。

この章について、佐保田鶴治博士は、

臍輪というのは、実際の臍の孔ではなくて、そのあたりにありと想像される神秘な車輪状の部位のことで十六の帽をもっていると言われる。一説では、後世のハターヨーガで説く六つのチャクラの中の下から三番目にあるマニプーラーチャクラのことであるともいう。いずれにせよ、肉眼で見える部

に刄ｙけ々く、幽体に属するものとされている。臍輪は気体（生命エネルギーかシリグリ休）の中央にあるから、これに綜制を行なうと、身体内の組織がわかる、というのであ。

と解説されておられるが、これは、多少ともちがう。

　博士は、「そのあたりにありと想像される神秘な」といわれるが、この部位は、決して空想的な場所ではない。たしかに神秘的とも思われる偉大な力を発揮するけれども、医学的にはっきり確認されているのである。

　それは、医学的には、ソーラー・プレクサスと名づけられた「太陽神経叢」のことである。腹腔神経叢、内臓動脈軸叢ともいわれ、腹腔動脈より出る上腸間膜動脈の起始部にある交感神経の大きい神経叢である。胃の裏側にあって、さながら太陽の光線のごとく各臓器に神経を送っているので、この名前がつけられた。

　すなわち、ここから出る神経は、食道、胃、腹部血管、肝臓、輸胆管、卵臓、副腎、腸等に分布している。また、この神経叢は大小内臓神経、迷走神経、第十二胸神経節、第一腰神経節などが集まっており、内臓の神経としては最も重要な叢である。

　チャクラというのは、いずれも、いままで、空想的、神秘的場所とのみ考えられてきた。これらの部位は、決してそういうものではなく、さきにのべたように、内分泌腺、神経群、酵素などに深い関係があり、じっさいに、医学的見地から見ても非常に重要な場所であり、大切なはたらきをする場所なのである。

「綜制をほどこすことによって、体内の組織を知ることができる」とあるが、この綜制というのは、特別な修行を経た特殊な集中力をいう。この組織を知る、というのは、単に組織を知るだけではなく、組織を自由にコントロールすることができるという意味である。じっさいにこの臍輪に綜制を集中すると、この「太陽神経叢」

に属する内臓器官－それは食道から、胃、肝臓、騨臓、牌臓、副腎、腸にで、すべてを自分の思うようにコントロールできるのである。これらの内臓器官

が、どんな状態にあるかをすぐ知り、少しでも異常があるようであれば直ちに正常に戻してしまう。そういう力の訓練が、この臍輪のトレーニングる。

　また、それは、自分の体だけではなく、他人の体も自由にコントロールする力を持つから、人の病気なども即座に癒してしまうのである。

　４、アナーハターチャクラ

　胸腺・心臓・肺臓の部位である。

　このチャクラの体現により、いちじるしい感覚器官の増幅が見られる。

　究極の力では、不可視光線（赤外線、紫外線）を見ることができ、超音波を聞

くことができる。その結果、天災地変を予知することができるようになる。

それは、その超感覚と高度の知能の結合によるものである。それらは、自分の

肉体を思うままに統御する能力から来る。マニプーフーチャクラとの結合である。

５、ヴィシュッダーチヤタラ

　甲状腺・唾液腺の部位である。

　感覚器官の増幅が、高い次元に向かってなされる。

　聖霊と交流し、聖なるものの声を聞くことができるようになる。

また、自分にとって不可解な、理解できぬことなどを、天地にみちた、すぐれ

た心、智慧の于不ルギーに同化して、そこから聞くことができる。つまり、人の肉体はほろびても、その人の持っていた心の于不ルギーは、この空間に痕跡をとどめているので、このチャクラでその心の波動と同じになれば、その心が持っていたすべてのもの、意識も知能もみな自分と同化して、自分のものになるという

ことである。

つまり、それは、霊界（四次元の世界）との交通の道が開けることを意味する

のである。

６、アージュニャー・チャクラ

脳下収体の部位である。極度に発達した知能を持つ。

　一度、目にふれ、。度、耳にしたことは、ぜったいに忘れることのない記憶力。

　どのように複雑な構造でも組織でも、瞬間的に分析し、推理し、理解して、本

質を把握してしまう演絆と帰納の力。

　コトバという間接思考を経ない純粋思考から発する超飛躍的な創造力。

　究極には、仏教でいう「常楽我浄」の四徳を完成し、仏陀の感性に到達する。

７、サハスラーラーチャクラ

　松果腺・松果体・視床下部の部位である。

　これを体現すると、仏陀の覚醒に到達する。すなわち、霊性の完成である。

　このチャクラは、「頭の中の光明」（とよばれる。このチャクラが目ざめた刹那、この部位に光明があらわれて、燦然とかがやくからである、という。

Chagra function
The chakra is located in the same place as the endocrine glands that secrete hormones, and it is a place where the amazing power of hormones is expressed.
Then, what kind of power does each chakra exert?

Here’s what I’ll tell you as the secret of Kundalini Yoga.
1 Mueller Darler Chakra

The gonad of the endocrine gland, the site of the kidney.
When you awaken this chakra, your physical strength will increase abnormally and you will have three to five times as much energy as a normal person. I feel fine all night on the 3rd and 4th. It does not accept any illness and becomes a Kenza work itself. Those who are sick will recover from their bad points. When the energy is activated by concentrating the control bow j∃Q on this chakra, even a dying sick person will kick the floor and stand up. Both men and women are ten years younger than their actual age.
Instead, it will have strong libido and fertility, so it also uses a method of converting that innocence into the energy of intelligence called Ojas.

It is medically the “solar plexus” named Solar Plexus. Also called the celiac plexus or visceral artery plexus, it is a large plexus of sympathetic nerves at the origin of the superior mesenteric artery that emerges from the celiac artery. The name comes from the fact that it is located on the back of the stomach and sends nerves to each organ like the rays of the sun.
That is, the nerves that come out of this area are distributed in the esophagus, stomach, abdominal blood vessels, liver, bile ducts, eggs, adrenal glands, intestines, etc. In addition, this nerve plexus is a collection of large and small visceral nerves, vagus nerves, twelfth thoracic ganglion, first lumbar ganglion, etc., and is the most important plexus as a visceral nerve.

Until now, chakras have only been considered as fantasy and mysterious places.
