、心のクンダリニー・エネルギーの使いかたは、サンドリニー・ヨーダ法とまったく異なり、ランドリニーまさにコントロードし、「使うのである、まり、クンダリニー・エネルギ!「ボトせる」という手法である。

それはどのようにして、なされるのだろうか

フリーきたいし、クンダリニーには到底およばないけれど
きたい」、エネルギーざきこうへ(ツボ)を知ってこれを使ってキキラいる。

これは道教の最極秘伝になっていて、これを知る人はごく稀である。(アンリ・マスベロがその著書で、ちょっとこれにふれている)この経穴、中国でツボと呼ぶ部位は、チャクラの一種であるとわたくしは考えている)は、クンダリニーのチャクラから、少し離れたところにある。道教は、いまいったように、このチャクラを使って強い「気」を呼び起こすのである。クンダリニーの代わりといってよいだろう。クンダリニーそのものは、知らないのである。

仏陀の四神足法では、この道教のチャクラを使って、まず、強い「気」のエネルギーを呼び起こす。次いで、この「気」を本命のクンダリニー・チャクラに送りこむ。

クンダリニーの眠る部位の周囲に、この「気」をゆるやかに行らせてゆくのである。

クンダリニーは、徐さに、おだやかに目ざめはじめる。

道敦は、この「気」を使ってクンダリニーを目ざめさせるとい、活してしまって、｢気」だけを使う法を完成したのではなかうか。

いつしか消えてしまったのであろうかと、わたくしは考えている。いうならば、クンダリニーという巨大モーターを起動させるための始動用小型モーターだけが、に伝えられたと考えるわけだ。

クンダリニーという過激きわまるエネルギーを、みごとにコントロールして使う仏陀のこの秘法には、ただただ感嘆するしかないのである。

だが―、仏陀の秘法はこれだけではないのである。さらにおどろくべき秘技を、仏陀はわれわれに教示するのである。
それは、ひと口にいうと、ビンガラとイダーの気道を、アクセルとブレーキに使うのだといったらよいであろう。ただし、これが、クンダリニー・ヨーガのピンガラ、イダーそのものであるかどうかは、わからない。

或いは、心配があたらしくつくり出した気道であるのかも知れない。というのは、クンダリニー・ヨーガのビンガラとイダーは、前にのべたように、脊柱を通るスシュムー、三上昇するのであるが、仏陀のこの二つの気道は、その反対側の、腹
さとするからである。しかし、わたくしは、この二つの気道の果たす機能からして、やはりこれはピンガラとイダーであって、仏陀がこのように変えられたのであろうと思っている。したがって、この二つの気道を、やはり、ピンガラとイダーという
名称で呼ぶことにする。

いま、この二つの気道の機能からして、といったが、どういう機能を持っているのピンガラ気道は、クンダリニー・エネルギーにたいし、発動・昂揚の機能を持つ。

イダーの気道は、沈静・凝縮の機能を持つ。
つまり、さきにいったように、アクセルとブレーキの役目を果たすのだ。
それは、つぎのように使われる。

二本のスシュムナー管

さきにのべた通り、クンダリニー・ヨーガでは、尾紙骨部分から延髄にかけて、脊
柱を真っ直ぐ、スシュムナー管が通っている。目ざめたクンダリニーは、ここを上昇
びていこう
する。
仏陀の法16
仏陀の法では、スシュムナー管がもう一本ある。つまり二本あるのだ。クンダリニ
ー・ヨーガと正反対、尾頭骨から会陰を通って、腹部の正中線を真っ直ぐ、脳輪を経
てく喉に至る気道である。目ざめたクンダリニーは、背部のスシュムナー管とともに、
この腹部スシュムナー管さも上昇する。(上昇するというより、上昇させるのだ)
この腹部スシュムナーのクンダリニー・エネルギーを、コントロールしつつ、各チ
ャクラを開発、電躍するのが、仏陀のピンガラ、イダーの両気道である。

つまり、隣輪から約五ないし八センチ(入によって個人差がある)ほど下の辺で、腹部スシュムナーから分譲し、各チャクラおよび関連臓器、神経を行って上昇し、まただ、下降する。あるいは、咽喉からさらに脳の内部を、鼻柱の奥ふかく、層顧の深部
へと上昇し、脳のチャクラ、神経経路等を守り、延髄の小脳部分で、背部スシュムナこの三つの気遣、技法は、チャクラの開発・覚醒にぜったい必要で、これなくしてチャクラの主な開発・電は不可能といってもいいであろう。殊に、視床下部、間脳の辺の神経経路の増強には、不可欠の技法である。

まさに、神技というしかない微妙きわまる技法である。
では、この神技ともいうべき仏陀の法の修行は、どのようになされるのであろうか。
それは大別して、三つの法から成り立つ。

1、クンダリニーを覚醒する修行法
2、チャクラを開発する修行法
3、ピンガラ、イダーの気道を開発する修行法
である。

それは、特殊な呼吸法、独特な瞑想・観想、マントラ詠唱、ムドラー(手印、ポー
ズ)などから構成される。その一つ一つについて解説しよう。ただし、本書は教習書
ではないので、実技の詳細については、著者の別の本(『求聞持聡明法秘伝』その他)
を参照、または、著者に就いて実際に習得してほしい。

完璧な仏陀の気道法
ところで、わたくしは、前の節で、仏陀の気道の法は、クンダリニー・ヨーガの気道法の不十分な部分を補足したものであるとのべた。

わたくしが、仏陀を、クンダリニー・ヨーガの完成者であると断定するのは、このさきにあげたミラクルの池、伝や、雑阿含経に説かれる仏陀、奇蹟ら大を出し、下半身から水き出すという奇蹟は、このビオライダーを使ってのエネルギー対なのである。

この奇蹟は、クンダリニー・ヨーガ完成者独特のものなのさて、クンダリニーが目ざい、スムーズにエネルギーが気道を上下するうちに、修行が順書に進むと、クンダリニーはサハスラーラ・チャクラに到達し、ここで修行がする。(ただし、ここまで到達できる行者は、古今、稀である)

このように、サンドリニーは、運試骨から延髄にまで到達し、それからさらに上昇して、然的には頭頂のサハニーニ・チャクラにまで到達することになっているのだが、選、さきや、サハスラーに至る経路がどのようになっているのか、明瞭さでは、各社が送っていて、いうならば一本道であるから、はっきしている。しかし、これらさき、サハスラーラに至るルートは、一体どう

わたくしは、さきに、仏陀が弟子たちにクンダリニー・ヨーガを用いさせなかったのは、過激すぎるからだといったけれども、それはそれだけではなかったのである。

クンダリニー・ヨーガのチャクラ開発法は、不安定であり、不確実だったのである。仏陀は完璧な成仏法を作製して、弟子たちに教えたのである。

The perfect Buddha airway

The author of Kundalini, Gopi Krishna, describes his own nearly deadly experience due to this mistake.

I conclude that the Buddha is the perfector of the Kundalini Yoga by putting out the miracle pond, the biography, the Buddha, the miracle, etc. The miracle of putting out is a pair of energy using this biorider.

This miracle is peculiar to the kundalini yoga perfector. Now, as the kundalini awakens and the energy moves up and down the airway smoothly, as the training progresses, the kundalini reaches the Sahasrara chakra, where I will practice. Thus, Sandriny is supposed to reach from the luck test bone to the medulla oblongata, then ascend further, and eventually to the top of the Sahanini chakra. In terms of clarity, what the route to is is is clear because each company is sending it, so to speak, it is a straight road. But what about the route to Sahaslara?

I said earlier that the Buddha did not let his disciples use Kundalini Yoga because it was too radical, but that was not the only thing.

The Kundalini Yoga chakra development method was unstable and uncertain. The Buddha created the perfect Buddhahood method and taught it to his disciples.

Kundalini prana

I said earlier that the Buddha did not incorporate Kundalini yoga into his training.

When you get it, Kundalini wakes up. This practice must be carried out meticulously and boldly according to the guru.

In Agama, there are some Buddhist dragons or vipers that exert great power by subduing poisonous snakes, but the poisonous dragons and poisonous snakes can be thought of as representing kundalini.

Since ancient times, Landriny has been represented in the form of a three-headed dragon or a nine-headed snake. The fairy tale of the poisonous snake, which is told in Agama, reveals that the Buddha has succeeded in controlling the kundalini energy, which is intense and burns for everyone, rather than a simple poisonous snake liquor.

It is not clear whether it will take the road. As long as the kundalini awakens, the awakened kundalini is supposed to reach the Sahasrara chakra automatically, and the practitioner himself does not know the route at all.

What about the Buddha’s airway?

The Buddha’s airway also has something in common with Kundalini Yoga.

It is the airway through the part of the spinal column from the caudal hypobone to the medulla oblongata. It is an airway that is almost the same as the Sushmuner tube. However, while the Kundalini Yoga Sushmuner’s canal ends in the medulla oblongata, the Buddha’s airway goes further into the neocortex, old cortex, and paleocortex of the cerebrum.
It reaches from the diencephalon to the hypothalamus. And it has that clear route.

That is not all. The route goes further to the forehead, from the eyebrows, through the back of the nose, from the chin to the throat. In other words, the prophecies that are effective because they reach the anterior pituitary gland and the posterior pituitary gland over the neural pathways from Sahaslara to Ajnya and the surrounding area can be understood even by beginner practitioners.

It goes without saying which one is better.

This is basically due to the difference in training between the Kundalini practice and the Buddhahood Buddhahood practice.

人間の持つエネルギーで、クンダリニーほど強大なエネルギーはない。人間を改造する原動力として、これに匹敵するものはない。いや、このエネルギーを使わなかったら、人間の改造など不可能といっていいだろう。だから、仏陀はこれを用いた。

仏陀が四神足法において用いる気息、すなわちプラーナとは、クンダリニーから生ずるエネルギーなのである。単なる呼吸の息、あるいは意念だけではない。

初期の瞑想の段階では、意志による誤想である。修行者が、クンダリニーを覚醒するに十分なだけの意志を持つと、強力になった意念の力は、クンダリニー覚醒に向けられる。クンダリニーを覚醒するための部位が二カ所ある。そこに正しい刺激があた
えられると、クンダリニーは目ざめる。この修行は、導師にしたがって、細心大胆におこなわれなければならない。

阿含経の中に、いくつか、仏陀が毒龍、あるいは毒蛇を調伏して偉大な力を発揮する武が出てくるが、その毒龍、毒蛇は、クンダリニーをあらわしているものと思ってよい。

古来、ランドリニーは、三つの頭を持った龍、あるいは九つの頭を持った蛇の姿で表されているのである。阿含経で語られる毒龍調伏の説話は、単純な毒蛇退酒、語ではなく、仏陀が、強烈で、だれもが手を焼くクンダリニー・エネルギーのコントロール化に成功したことを明かしているのである。

道を通るのか、明確ではないのである。クンダリニーが目ざめさえすれば、目ざめたクンダリニーは、自動的にサハスラーラ・チャクラに到達することになっているのであって、修行者自身には、その経路はまったくわからないわけである。

これにたいし、仏陀の気道はどうであろうか。

仏陀の気道も、クンダリニー・ヨーガと共通する部分がある。

それは、尾低骨から延髄に至る脊柱の部分を通る気道である。スシュムナー管とほとんど変わらない気道である。しかし、クンダリニー・ヨーガのスシュムナー管は延髄で終わっているが、仏陀の気道はさらに進んで、大脳の新皮質、旧皮質、古皮質を
めぐって、間脳から視床下部にまで到達しているのである。そして、そのはっきりしたルートを持っているのである。

それだけではない。ルートはさらに前額部に進み、眉間から鼻柱の奥を通って顎から喉にくだる。つまり、サハスラーラからアージュニャー、そしてその周辺の神経経路をめぐって脳下垂体前葉、下垂体後葉に至っているのであ効いう予言」ば、初心の修行者でも把握が可能である。

どちらがすぐれているかは、いうまでもないことであろう。

これは、基本的に、クンダリニーの行法と、仏陀の成仏法の、修行方法の違いによるものである。

仏陀の方法は、プラーナを「行らせる」という方法である。これは、修行者が自分の意志(意志)によっておこなうことを意味する。したがって、修行者は、プラーナを導いていくルートを知っていなければならないわけである。ブラーナのいくささを、
ブラーにまかせるのではなく、修行者が決定して進めていくのである。だから、修行者はその道すじを知っていなければならないのである。

クンダリニー・ヨーガの塔合はこれとまったく違っている。

クンダリニーを目ざめさせるためには行者の意志の力を必要とするが、一旦めざやたクンダリニーは、修行者の意志にかかわりなく、一気にスシュムナー気道を爆発的に意していくのである。それは、作者が「めぐらす」などというものではない。
そして、とも、クンダリニーきせということになる。

このように、クンダリニーは、尾祇骨から延髄にまで到達し、それからさらに上昇して、究極的には頭頂のサハスラーラ・チャクラにまで到達することになっているのだが、延髄からさきの、サハスラーラに至る経路がどのようになっているのか、明瞭で

尾武骨から延髄までは、脊柱が通っていて、いうならば一本道であるから、はっきりしている。しかし、延髄からさき、サハスラーラに至るルートは、一体どういう気

これにたいし、仏陀の気道はどうであろうか。
仏陀の気道も、クンダリニー・ヨーガと共通する部分がある。
それは、尾祇骨から延髄に至る脊柱の部分を通る気道である。スシュムナー管とほ
とんど変わらない気道である。しかし、クンダリニー・ヨーガのスシュムナー管は延
績で終わっているが、仏陀の気道はさらに進んで、大脳の新皮質、旧皮質、古皮質を
めぐって、間脳から視床下部にまで到達しているのである。そして、そのはっきりし
たルートを持っているのである。

それだけではない。ルートはさらに前額部に進み、眉間から鼻柱の奥を通ってか
いや喉にくだる。つまり、サハスラーラからアージュニャー、そしてその周辺の神経
経路をめぐって脳下垂体前葉、下垂体後葉に至っているのである。そしていまいった
ように、これらのルートは、明確に示されているのだ。熟達した導師の指導を受けれ

ば、初心の修行者でも把握が可能である。
どちらがすぐれているかは、いうまでもないことであろう。

これは、基本的に、クンダリニー・ヨーガの修行法と、仏陀の成仏法の、修行方の違いによるものである。

仏陀の方法は、プラーナを「行らせる」という方法である。これは、修行者が自の意念(意志)によっておこなうことを意味する。したがって、修行者は、プラーナを導いていくルートを知っていなければならないわけである。プラーナのいくさきを、
プラーナにまかせるのではなく、修行者が決定して進めていくのである。だから、修行者はその道すじを知っていなければならないのである。

クンダリニー・ヨーガの場合はこれとまったく違っている。

クンダリニーを目ざめさせるためには修行者の意志の力を必要とするが、一旦めざめたクンダリニーは、修行者の意志にかかわりなく、一気にスシュムナー気道を爆発的に上昇していくのである。それは、修行者が「めぐらす」などというものではない。
そしてそのあとも、クンダリニーまかせということになる。

最上深秘の呼吸法

だから、仏陀のクンダリニー・エネルギーの使いかたは、クンダリニー・ヨーガの手法とまったく異なり、クンダリニーを完全にコントロールしつつ使うのである。つまり、クンダリニー・エネルギーを「行らせる」という手法である。

それはどのようにして、なされるのだろうか?

ピンガラどイダーを使う仏陀の秘法

いい気持で眠っているゴジラを叩き起こすようなバカな真似はしないほうが賢明であろう。

仏陀の法では、怪物クンダリニーを、ごくおだやかに、上機嫌(?)に目ざめさせるのである。

道教はクンダリニーを知らない。しかし、クンダリニーには到底およばないけれど超常的な強い「気」のエネルギーを呼び起こす経穴(ツボ)を知ってこれを使ってチャクラいる。

これは道教の最極秘伝になっていて、これを知る人はごく稀である。(アンリ・マ
スペロがその著書で、ちょっとこれにふれている)この経穴(中国でツボと呼ぶ部位は、チャクラの一種であるとわたくしは考ている)は、クンダリニーのチャクラから、少し離れたところにある。道教は、いまいったように、このチャクラを使って強い「気」を呼び起こすのである。クンダリニーの代わりといってよいだろう。クンダリニーそのものは、知らないのである。

仏陀の四神足法では、この道教のチャクラを使って、まず、強い｢気」のエネルギーを呼び起こす。次いで、この「気」を本命のクンダリニー・チャクラに送りこむ。

クンダリニーの眠る部位の周囲に、この「気」をゆるやかに行らせてゆくのである。

クンダリニーは、徐々に、おだやかに目ざめはじめる。

わたくしは思うのだが、道教は、この「気」を使ってクンダリニーを目ざめさせるという秘法を落としてしまって、｢気」だけを使う法を完成したのではなかろうか。

或いは、これは仏陀の極秘の法として、ごく一部の高弟だけに伝え、外部に洩らさず、いつしか消えてしまったのであろうかと、わたくしは考えている。いうならば、クンダリニーという巨大モーターを起動させるための始動用小型モーターだけが、道教に伝えられたと考えるわけだ。

クンダリニーという過激きわまるエネルギーを、みごとにコントロールして使う仏陀のこの秘法には、ただただ感嘆するしかないのである。

だが――、仏陀の秘法はこれだけではないのである。さらにおどろくべき秘技を、仏陀はわれわれに教示するのである。
それは、ひと口にいうと、ピンガラとイダーの気道を、アクセルとブレーキに使うのだといったらよいであろう。ただし、こが、クンダリニー・ヨーガのピンガラ、イダーそのものであるかどうかは、わからない。

或いは、仏陀があたらしくつくり出した気道であるのかも知れない。というのは、クンダリニー・ヨーガのピンガラとイダーは、前にのべたように、脊柱を通るスシュムナー管の両側を上昇するのであるが、仏陀のこの二つの気道は、その反対側の、腹
部を上下するからである。しかし、わたくしは、この二つの気道の果たす機能からしこちらて、やはりこれはピンガラとイダーであって、仏陀がこのように変えられたのであろ

うと思っている。したがって、この二つの気道を、やはり、ピンガラとイダーという名称で呼ぶことにする。いま、この二つの気道の機能からして、といったが、どういう機能を持っているのピンガラ気道は、クンダリニー・エネルギーにたいし、発動・昂揚の機能を持つ。

イダーの気道は、沈静・凝縮の機能を持つ。

つまり、さきにいったように、アクセルとブレーキの役目を果たすのだ。

それは、つぎのように使われる。

二本のスシュムナー管

さきにのべた通り、クンダリニー・ヨーガでは、尾骨部分から延髄にかけて、脊
柱を真っ直ぐ、スシュムナー管が通っている。目ざめたクンダリニーは、ここを上昇仏陀の法では、スシュムナー管がもう一本ある。つまり二本あるのだ。クンダリニー・ヨーガと正反対、尾低骨から会陰を通って、腹部の正中線を真っ直ぐ、輪を経て、喉に至る気道である。目ざめたクンダリニーは、背部のスシュムナー管とともに、

この腹部スシュムナー管をも上昇する。(上昇するというより、上昇させるのだ)この腹部スシュムナーのクンダリニー・エネルギーを、コントロールしつつ、各チャクラを開発、覚醒するのが、仏陀のピンガラ、イダーの両気道である。

つまり、脳端から約五ないし八センチ(人によって個人差があるほど下の辺で、腹部スシュムナーから分岐し、各チャクラおよび関連機器、神経を行って上昇し、また、下降する。あるいは、咽喉からさらに脳の内部を、鼻柱の奥ふかく、眉間の深部へと上昇し、脳のチャクラ、神経経路等を行り、延髄の小脳部分で、背部スシュムナー皆と合流する。

この二つの気道の技法は、チャクラの開発・覚醒にぜったい必要で、これなくして
チャクラの完全な開発・覚醒は不可能といってもいいであろう。

Buddha’s Law

ジャスという知能のエネルギーに変える方法をあわせ用いる。

大胆不敵、不動の信念をもってどんな困難にもひるまない。生死を超越した超人的手腕力量を発揮する。

この章について、佐保田鶴治博士は、トーン・外ん小胴輪。というのは、実際の癖の孔ではなくて、そのあたりにあると想像される神秘な車輪状の場所で、一六の輻をもっているといわれる。一説には、後世のハタ・ヨーガで説く六つのチャクラのなかの下から三つ目にあるマニプーラ・チャクラ (Manipira-cakra)のことであるともいう。いずれにせよ、肉眼で見える部分ではなく、幽体に属するものとされている。チャクラについては、ここで詳説する暇がない。臍輪は気体(生命エネルギーからなる身体)の中央にあるから、これに綜制をおこなうと身体内の組織がわかる、というのである」(『解説ヨーガ・スートラ』平河出版社)

それは、医学的には、ソーラー・プレクサスと名づけられた「太陽神経叢」のことである。腹腔神経叢、内臓動脈軸叢ともいわれ、腹腔動脈より出る上腸間膜動脈の起始部にある交感神経の大きい神経叢である。(次頁図参照)。胃の裏がわにあってさなれる神秘な車輪状の場所で、一六の輻をもっているといわれる。一説には、後世のハタ・ヨーガで説く六つのチャクラのなかの下から三つ目にあるマニプーラ・チャクラ (Manipira-cakra)のことであるともいう。いずれにせよ、肉眼で見

それは、医学的には、ソーラー・プレクサスと名づけられた｢太陽神経叢」のことである。腹腔神経叢、内臓動脈軸叢ともいわれ、腹腔動脈より出る上腸間膜動脈の起始部にある交感神経の大きい神経叢である。(次頁図参照)。胃の裏がわにあってさな
がら太陽の光線のごとく各臓器に神経を送っているのでこの名前がつけられた。

すなわち、ここから出る神経は、食道、胃、腹部血管、肝、輸胆管、膵臓、副腎、腸等に分布している。また、この神経叢は大小内臓神経、迷走神経、第十二胸神経節、第一腰神経節などが集まっており、内臓の神経としては最も重要な 叢 である。チャクラというのは、いずれも、今まで、空想的、神秘的場所とのみ考えられてきた。

これらの部位は、決してそういうものではなく、さきに述べたように、内分泌腺、神経群、酵素などに深い関係があり、実際に、医学的見地からみても非常に重要な場所であり、大切なはたらきをする場所であるのである。

「Samyama を向ければ、体内の組織を知ることができる」とあるが、この Samyam-a というのは、特別な修行を経た特殊な集中力をいう。あとでくわしく説明するが、
この組織を知る、というのは、単に組織を知るだけではなく、組織を自由にコントロ
コールすることができるという意味である。実際にこのナービ・チャクラに Samyamaを集中すると、この太陽神経叢に属する内臓器官――それは食道から、胃、肝臓、膵臓、脾臓、副腎、腸にいたるまで、すべてを自分の思うようにコントロールできるのである。これらの臓器官が、どうにかすぎいい、いしでいいようであれば直ちに正常にもどしてしまう、いいわ、調べ、ごャード網駅、威、強滅、いった、キャラバに活動すると、他い通い力がたらいいてきて、個人、いいにいようにするようになると同時に、他人の心を目いていて、目に思い、単品、枠、主とすると心も交流するこきれいさに、下町な、理解できいことなど大地にみちすごい、、、チャーボードにしてそこかいことができる。つまり、人にはないで、、、持っていたい、エネルギーはこの空間に痕跡をとどれているので、このチャンスで、、、茨と同じになれば、その心が持っていたべてのもの、意識も、知能もみな自分と同化して自分のものになるということである。

そういう意味で、このチャクラに十分熟達すると、霊界(四次元)の世界との交流の道がひらけるのである。

甲状腺・唾液腺の部位である。
このチャクラを動かすことにより、超人的な聴力がそなわる。実際に、このチャクラが使えるようになると、それまで全く聞こえていなかったある音響を聞くことができるようになる。これはわたくし自身の体験であるが、その音がどんな音であるかは、
ここでは伏せておく。わたくしが弟子の指導にあたって、その弟子がどんな音響を聞いたかをしらべることにより、その弟子が本当にこのチャクラを体得したかどうかの判定基準になる。そういうものを判定基準にしなくても、指導者には分るが、もし、
こういう音だと前もって知らせておくと、自己暗示でそういう音を聞いてしまうこともあるので、それに類することは一切伏せておくわけである。法を惜しんで公表しないわけではないのである。ただ、いえることは、人の聴覚は、四〇、〇〇〇~五〇、
〇〇〇キロヘルツの振動波しか聞くことができないが、このチャクラを修得すると、その倍以上に聴覚の幅がひろがるということである。一〇〇メートルはなれて人の心
臓の鼓動も聞くことができるということである。ちなみに、犬の聴覚は、八〇、〇〇
〇~九〇、〇〇〇キロヘルツとされている。

また、いろいろな声を聞く。主導霊の声をはっきり耳にするようになる。
ヨーガ・スートラにある「あらゆる生きものの叫び声の意味がわかる」という能力もこれである。仏教の天耳通である。
また、このチャクラは、頭部、上肢(両腕)及び胸部の筋肉運動に深い関係を持つ。
