「Samyama を向ければ、体内の組織を知ることができる」とあるが、この Samyam-a というのは、特別な修行を経た特殊な集中力をいう。あとでくわしく説明するが、
この組織を知る、というのは、単に組織を知るだけではなく、組織を自由にコントロ
コールすることができるという意味である。実際にこのナービ・チャクラに Samyamaを集中すると、この太陽神経叢に属する内臓器官――それは食道から、胃、肝臓、膵臓、脾臓、副腎、腸にいたるまで、すべてを自分の思うようにコントロールできるのである。これらの臓器官が、どうにかすぎいい、いしでいいようであれば直ちに正常にもどしてしまう、いいわ、調べ、ごャード網駅、威、強滅、いった、キャラバに活動すると、他い通い力がたらいいてきて、個人、いいにいようにするようになると同時に、他人の心を目いていて、目に思い、単品、枠、主とすると心も交流するこきれいさに、下町な、理解できいことなど大地にみちすごい、、、チャーボードにしてそこかいことができる。つまり、人にはないで、、、持っていたい、エネルギーはこの空間に痕跡をとどれているので、このチャンスで、、、茨と同じになれば、その心が持っていたべてのもの、意識も、知能もみな自分と同化して自分のものになるということである。

そういう意味で、このチャクラに十分熟達すると、霊界(四次元)の世界との交流の道がひらけるのである。

このチャクラを目ざめさせると、この部位に光明があらわれて、燦然とかがやく。頭のなかの光明である。

このチャクラはすべてのチャクラを統合してこれを自由に制御する。すべてのチャクラを自由に制御することができるようになると、彼は次第に変身する。クンダリニー・ヨーガでは、これを聖なるものと一体になる、と形容する。このチャクラに、聖霊が宿り、聖霊と交流するようになるといっている。このチャクラを完成した修行者を、超人、大師、救済者と呼ぶ。越人は物質世界を超越し、時間と空間の制限を受けなくなる。インドでは、仏陀が超人であるとして、このチャクラの完成者であることを、形を以て示している。それは、仏像の頭頂がまるで帽子でもかぶったように大きく盛り上がっており、これを「肉習」と呼ぶ。サハスラーラ・チャクラの修行が完成して頭骨がこのように発達していることを示すのである。

以上が、クンダリニー・ヨーガの奥儀として伝えられるものである。

　そこで、思いきって、チャクラの覚醒法の概要をのべよう。

　さきにわたくしは、チャクラ・千不ルギーのルートづくりが、チャクラ覚醒の一助になるものであるとのべた。それはじっさいにその通りで、それなくて

はチャクラの覚醒は不可能に近いといってよいであろう。殊に、アージュニャー・チャクラヘのルートづくりは、非常に重要な役わりをはたす。

　しかし、それだけでは、チャクラの覚醒は成就しない。まったく別な方法である。

　その課程は大略、つぎのようなものである。

秘密マントラの特殊詠唱法

Ｉ、ず修行者は、自分のチャクラの正確な場所を把握する。

　　場所は個人差があるので、ぎ帽が、正確な場所を教示する）

　２、このチャクラの場所に、或る特殊な振動を叩きつける。そのために、まず、

聞如是一時仏在舎衛国樹給孤独 園爾時世尊阿難。有三善根。 不 可窮尽。 至涅槃界。 何為三所 謂於如来所而種功德。此善根不可窮 尽於正法 而種功徳。 此善根不可 尽於聖衆而種功徳。 此善根不可 窮尽是謂阿難。此三善根不可窮尽 得至涅槃界。是故阿難。当求方便獲 此不可窮尽之福。如是阿難。当作是 学爾時阿難関仏所説。 喜奉行

聞くことの歌 舎衛国祇給孤独園に在 しきの時世尊、阿難に告げたまわく、「三善根(三 福道)有り、窮尽す可からずして、漸く涅槃界に至る。

何が三とすや。所謂如来の所に於て功徳を使う。 此 善 善根尽す可からず。 聖に於て功徳を種う。此の善此の す可からず。正法に於て功徳を種う。

尽す可からず。 是れを阿難、此の三善根は窮尽す可 からず、涅槃界に至ることを得と謂うなり。是故に 難当に方便を求めて、此の窮す可からずの福を獲べ 是の如く阿難当に是の学を作すべし」と。雨の時 阿難、仏の所説を聞きて喜奉行しぬ。

このように聞きました。仏さまがコーサラ国の祇園精舎にご滞在の時のことです。ある日、世尊は、阿難にこのようにお告げになられました。

「三善根(三福道)というものがありますが、その功徳は無限であり、涅槃界に至ることができ るものです。 なにをもって三つの善根 (福)とするのでしょうか。 (第一に) いわゆる如来の所に おいて功徳を種える、この善根(福)の功徳は無限です。 (第二に) 正法において功徳を種える、 この根(福)の功徳は無限です。(第三に) 聖衆において功徳を種える、この善根 (福)の功徳 は無限です。 阿難よ、この三善根(三福道)の功徳は無限であり、涅槃界に入ることができるの です。したがって阿難よ、三善根(三福道)を修行して、この無限の福を得なさい。このように 阿難よ、この三善根 (三福道)を学びなさい」

この教えを受けて、阿難は心より喜び、修行に励みました。

冒頭でも触れたように、 阿含宗では三善根を三福道と呼んでいます。このことについて説明し

『仏教語大辞典』(中村元著、東京書籍)で「三善根」を引くと、

【三善根】さんぜんごん 無善根・無瞋善根・無癡善根の三根。 一切の善法がこの三つか ら生まれるからである。 それらは具体的には施・・慧となって現われる。 三毒の対

と書かれています。 しかし、この「三供養品」に説かれる三善根は、その内容がまったく異な ります。それなのに、これを三善根という名称のままで弟子たちに教えるのは、非常な誤解を生 むもとだとわたくしは考えました。

それでは、この修行法は、どのように呼ぶべきなのでしょうか?

「此の窮尽す可からざるの福を獲べし」

とあるように、この修行法は無尽蔵の福を得る三つの道です。 したがって、わたくしはこれを 「三福道」と命名しました。 この名称ならば無貪善根・無瞋善根・無癡善根の三善根と混同する ことはありません。

そこで、阿含宗では、三善根を「三福道」と変えて読誦しているのです。

さて、右の経文を一読すれば、涅槃界に至るためには三善根 (三福道)が必要なのだ、という ことをお釈迦さまが説かれているのが分かると思います。

涅槃界とはなんでしょうか?

阿含経・三供品

普通は涅槃の境地境界の意味で使われます(ただし本経では違う意味を持っておりますが、それ については後述します)。 『五戒品』 でも触れたように(本書三七頁参照)、涅槃とはサンスクリット 語でニルヴァーナといいますが、生死を超越した境界、完全解脱の境地です。 完全解脱とは業と 因縁から完全に解放された状態です。

薬師如来

オン　コロコロ　センダリ　マトウギ　ソワカ

東方浄瑠璃世界の教主で、正式名を薬師瑠璃光如来（やくしるりこうにょらい）といいます。

病気を治して衣食住を満たすという「十二の大願」を立て、生きている間に願いを叶えてくれます。阿弥陀如来のように死んだ後にやすらぎを与えるのではなく、現世にやすらぎを与えてくれるのが特徴です。昔の作例はとくに病気平癒を願ったものが多数存在します。

日光菩薩と月光菩薩を脇侍として三尊として並ぶことが多いです。さらに、７体の薬師如来で息災・増益を祈願する修法の本尊である七仏薬師というものも存在します。また、眷属として十二神将を従えています。

オン・コロコロ・センダリ・マトウギ・ソワカ

薬師如来（やくしにょらい、梵: Bhaiṣajyaguru^[1]、バイシャジヤグル）、あるいは薬師瑠璃光如来（やくしるりこうにょらい）は、大乗仏教における如来の一尊。大医王、医王善逝（いおうぜんぜい）とも称する。
