この訓練で、人間ばなれした力が身にそなわりはじめる。 クンダリニー・ヨーガの特殊訓練がはじまる。

慧力法(智力法ともいう) 高度の智慧を身につける訓練である。 私は、求聞持聡明法の修行から始めさせる。

以上の五力法を、基礎訓練とし、この五力法の上に立って、つぎの本格訓練に入ってゆく。

七党支法

七覚支法は、すべて、クンダリニー・ヨーガの訓練と併合しておこなわれる。 これは、私の発見である。 最初、私は、仏陀の成仏法に挑戦して、まったく歯が立たなかった。手も足も出なかった。 なんとか手がかりをつかもうと、四苦八苦しているうちに、阿含の文献の中に、「ゴータマ・ブッダは・*ヨーガの達人”と呼ばれる」という文章を発見した。

この事を考えているうちに、このヨーガ』は、ラージャ・ヨーガと、クンダリニー・ヨ ーガに違いないと、思いあたった。 それを端緒にして、十数年かかって、私は仏陀の成仏法の秘密を解いた。 まさに・仏陀釈尊は、クンダリニー・ヨーガの達人だったのである。 クンダリニー・ヨーガの体得なくして、仏陀の成仏法には一指もふれることができないであろう。

択 法費支

「択」とは「えらぶ」という意味で、あらゆるもの(法)の中から真実のものをえらび出し、 真実ならざるものは捨て去る智慧の獲得である。 さきにのべた「事物の明確な認識と予知」の力は、この択法覚支から得られるのである。

精進覚支 精進力が、倍加する。

喜覚支

精進努力し、能力が増加、あるいはあたらしい能力を身につけることに喜びを感じ、ます ます訓練に精勤するようになる。どんなにきびしい修行でも、喜びをもって受け入れるよう になる。

それは、クンダリニー・ヨーガのチャクラを動かすことにより、訓練が楽しくなるホルモ ンを湧出させるからである。

軽 安覚支

軽 安覚支 常に、身心を軽快明朗にして、心が惜冥(暗く濁る)したり、渋滞したりしない修行。 喜覚支をさらに進めたもので、クンダリニー・ヨーガと併合した、特殊な訓練で得られる 能力である。 聖者特有の、のびやかな姿体と、平安で穏やかな人相となってくる。京信念をはなれて、なにごとにも心がかたよったり、心の平静が乱されなくなる。

対象へのとりれを捨てる修行である。

車安ろ。つづいて、聖者としての心がそなわってくるのである。

定覚支

定覚支定方法について、超人としての能力が飛躍的に強化される。 宿屋なビ力(精神統一)の強化により、感覚器官が増幅される。 この1極限は、不可視光線(赤外線、紫外線)を見ることができ、超音波を聞くこと 力できるようになる。その結果、天災地変も予知することが可能となる。そこまで到達する ことは容易ではない。この修行によって、聖者たちは、大なり小なり、この能力 るのである。

和心者でも、予感や、予知力が身にそなわる。どんな初心者でも、とにかく えてくることはまちがいない。

念覚支

この修行を完成した超人の力は、ふつうの人の「常識」を越え、常識を破壊してしまうだ ろう。たとえば

これは、一つの例えであるが、かれの思念の力は、他人の内臓の中にできた腫瘍(ガンな ど)を、その念の集中力で、破壊、あるいは溶かしてしまうことも可能である。仏陀やその 弟子たちは、そのようにして、病人を癒したものである。(ただ、この場合、ガンを破壊して も、破壊されたガン細胞が他に転移するおそれがあるので、ガン細胞そのものを死滅させる ほどの念の力が伴わなければ危険であり、軽々しくこれを行うことはできない。それほどの 力は、仏陀ご自身でなければ持てないのかもしれない。一つの可能性の例として、あげたわ けである)

そんな力は例外としても、念力法、念覚支法を修行した場合、中等程度の者でも、常人の 信じられないような念の力を持つようになる。

いかがであろうか? これが、仏陀釈尊の、弟子たちに教えた「仏法」なのである。

れが、真実の仏教なのだ。あなたがこれまで常識として考えていた仏教とは、大分ちが うのではなかろうか?

多くの人が仏教だと思っている『法華経』とか『阿弥陀経』は、仏陀釈尊がお説きになっ たものではないのである。これら「大乗経典」とよばれる経典は、仏陀がお亡くなりになっ て二、三百年もたってから、無名の人たちによって創作されたものである。だから、これら の経典は、学問的には「創作経典」とよばれているのである。

創作経典の中には、「成仏法」は全く欠落している。一行も書かれていない。当然であろう。 「成仏法」は、仏陀釈尊しか教えることが不可能だからだ。無名の人たちが勝手に創作した大 乗経典に「仏陀の成仏法」が全くないのは、当然至極というべきだろう。 日本の仏教は「大乗仏教」である。つまり、「創作仏教」であって、「仏陀の仏教」ではな い。従って、「仏陀の成仏法」は全くない、というわけである。 日本の仏教徒が、仏陀の成仏法を全く知らない、というのは、ここに原因があるのである。 私は、このことが心から残念でならないのだ。

梵名を、アールヤアヴァローキテーシュヴァラ (Aryavalokitesvara) といい、観自在菩薩ともいい ます。一般には「観音さま」と呼ばれ、菩薩の中 では最も親しまれてきました。

救いを求める相手によって、さまざまな姿に身 を変えてあらわれ、大慈悲とすぐれた智慧で人び との苦しみを除き、さらに切なる願いもかなえて くれる仏です。観音菩薩を信仰する人は、自分の 身近にいる人にその化身を感じ、利益にあずかる ことができるとされています。

観音菩薩は姿を変えて(変化観音)衆生の願い にこたえてくれますが、変化しない本来の形を聖 観音といいます。ふつう「観音」という場合は、 この聖観音をさします。 勢至菩薩とともに、阿弥陀如来の脇侍をつとめます。

魚籃観音（ぎょらんかんのん）は、三十三観音に数えられる観音菩薩の一つ^[1]。中国で生まれた観音の一つで、同じ三十三観音のひとつである馬郎婦観音（めろうふかんのん）と同体ともされる。

中国唐の時代、魚を扱う美女がおり、観音経・金剛経・法華経を暗誦する者を探し、めでたくこの3つの経典を暗誦する者と結婚したがまもなく没してしまった。この女性は、法華経を広めるために現れた観音とされ、以後、馬郎婦観音（魚籃観音）として信仰されるようになったという。この観音を念ずれば、羅刹・毒龍・悪鬼の害を除くことを得るとされ、日本では中世以降に厚く信仰された^[1]。

形象は、一面二臂で魚籃（魚を入れる籠）を持つものや、大きな魚の上に立つものなどがある。

1. パドマ・マツガヨーガ秘伝〝明珠の発光”の手順
   • 火の呼吸法を実施し、基本姿勢をとり心と呼吸を調える。
   • 眼を閉じ、アージュニャー・チャクラに心を集中し、「オーム・オン」を唱える。
   • アージュニャー・チャクラに半透明の球体が浮かび上がり、眼窩の奥に移動する。
   • 眼球を後方に旋回させ、心眼を体の内部に向ける。
   • 眼窩の奥に浮かんでいた球体を頭蓋骨の底に移動し、スシュムナー管を下降させる。
   • 臍と一線上の体の中心に到達させ、聖語を唱えつつ発光させる。
2. パドマ・マツガの発光の意義
   • パドマ・マツガの発光は「パドマ・マツガの発光」であり、極秘伝である。
   • 発光したパドマ・マツガは思念を強め、瞑想に入ると光を放つ。
   • 光を各チャクラに移動させ、ホルモンの分泌を促進しクンダリニーの覚醒に寄与する。
3. 求聞持聡明法
   • 修行者の体内で発光体が移動し、外部からはっきり見ることができる。
   • 発光したパドマ・マツガを引き戻し、アージュニャー・チャクラで集中度を高める。
   • 松果腺・松果体・視床下部へと光を移動させ、脳細胞の変化と知的な活性化を促す。
4. クンダリニー・ヨーガの奥義書
   • 視床下部に到達すると閃光が頭蓋内を走り、クンダリニーの覚醒を象徴する。
   • 「求聞持聡明法」が人を天才にする法であり、脳のはたらきを変化させる。
5. 注意事項
   • パドマ・マツガの修行は困難であり、導師の助けが必要とされる。
   • 視床下部への移動は神経群の複雑さから非常に難しい。
   • クンダリニー・ヨーガの成就には時間と努力が必要である。

パドマ・マツガヨーガ秘伝〝明珠の発光”

つぎに、ヨーガ秘伝として伝わる明珠の発光”を伝授しよう。

まず、火の呼吸法を適宜

火の呼吸法が終わったら、基本姿勢をとって、心と呼吸を調える。

つぎに、眼を閉じ、眉間の、アージュニャー・チャクラの部分に心を集中す る。心をしだいに内部に移す。

聖語「オーム・オン」を心にくり返し、集中をつづける。

やがて、頭蓋の内部のアージュニャー・チャクラの部分に、半透明のピンポ 玉よりやや小さい球体があらわれるようになる。

それは最初、その部分に固定しているが、やがて、そこから離れて、(頭蓋の

中で) 浮揚するようになる。 浮揚するようになったら、それを徐々に眼窩の奥にになる。

移動させていく。眼窩の奥に移動させ終わったら、眼球をぐるりと後方に旋回 させて、(心眼を体の内部に向ける。

以後、この眼は、浮揚している球体といっしょに移動するのである。

浮揚する球体が眼窩の奥に達したら、ごく静かに吸収しつつ、これを頭蓋骨 の底に移す。 頭蓋骨の底に達したら、背柱の中にあるスシュムナー管にそっ て、静かに垂直に下降させていく。そして、最後に臍と一線上にある体の中心 に到達させる。

臍の裏側に到達したら、聖語を約百唱する間そこに置き、それから、二横指 上のところに移す。 ここに球を置いたら、そこに心を集中し、聖語をくり返し 心に唱える

そうしていると、ついに、半透明であった球体が、しだいに光を発するよう

これが「パドマ・マツガの発光」である。

(パドマ・マツガとは、じつは「○○○」である。 極秘伝のため、ここでは秘すが、賢

明な読者であれば、お気づきであろう)

ければならない。

光が見えはじめたら、それをたもつために、呼吸も心もごく静かにしていな

もし光のほかに、花とか、葉とか、雲のようなもの、また生物の姿などがあ らわれても、それはそのまま静かにながめておればよい。 それがあらわれても 消えても、自然に、ただなにげなくながめているという気持ちで見ているこ と、また、なにも見えなくても、強いて見たいと思ってはならない。

クンダリニー・ヨーガの第一歩は、修行者の体内にあるパドマ・マツガに光 しめるところからはじまるのである。

パドマ・マツガが一度目ざめて発光すると、瞑想に入るやすぐにパドマ・マ ツガは光を放ちはじめる。それは、 思念を強めると、光も強く放たれる。

修行者は必要に応じて、パドマ・マツガを各チャクラに移動させ、光を強 ホルモンの分泌をうながすのである。それは、クンダリニーの覚醒にも欠

くことのできない力を持つ。

求聞持聡明法

ヨーガの修行をしてある程度の力を持った者が、この定に入っている修行者 の体を見ると、発光体が修行者の体内を移動するさまを外部からはっきり見る ことができる。それは決して修行者の観想による主観だけのものではないので ある。神智学協会には、インドの熟達した導師による実験写真が数枚ある。 パドマ・マツガの発光は、熱心な修行者で、およそ一、二年かかるとされる。

発光したパドマ・マツガを、もう一度、アージュニャー・チャクラに引き戻 し、そこでさらに集中の度を強める。

光度を増したパドマ・マツガを、松果腺・松果体・視床下部へと静かに移動 させていく。

これは、やさしいことのように思われるかもしれないが、そうではない。あ る理由により、これは非常に困難な作業なのである。

その大きな理由のひとつは、大脳の中の錯綜した神経群である。この境界に達した修行者にとって、パドマ・マツガは「実在」なのである。このパドマ・ マツガを、正しい「道すじ」のとおりに通過させて、誤りなく目的の場所に到 達させるのは、非常に困難な仕事である。 導師の助けなく独力でこれをなしと げることは、ほとんど不可能なこととされている。

視床下部の正しい箇所に到達すると、その瞬間、目のくらむような閃光が頭

蓋の中を走る。視神経がスパークした感じである。

クンダリニー・ヨーガの奥義書が、「このチャクラを目ざめさせると、この部

位に光明があらわれて、燦然と輝く」といっているのは、これである。

わたくしは、これが、人を天才にする 「求聞持聡明法」であるとしている。 なぜならば、この閃光が走った以後、修行者の脳細胞は、それまでと一変した はたらきを示すようになるからである。 一度、見聞きしたことは、どんなこと でも、必要に応じて記憶によみがえらせるし、独創的・天才的なアイデアが、 つぎつぎと泉の湧き出るように、尽きることを知らないようになる。むしろ、

異常といってよいほどのはたらきをするようになるのである。

サハスラーラ・チャクラの真の成就は、 クンダリニーの覚醒、上昇を待たね ばならないが、この「求聞持聡明法」の成就が、その第一歩なのであろう。

このパドマ・マツガの修行は、クンダリニー・ヨーガの極秘の秘伝であっ て、これ以上のべることはできない。いくつかの口伝もあるけれども、それを 筆にすることは禁ぜられているのである。 しかし、読者が、自分で工夫しなが 自修することのできる程度にまでは公開したつもりである。 読者の懸命な工 夫自修を切に願うものである。

Padma Matsuga Yoga Secrets “Luminous Light”

Next, let me teach you the secret of yoga, the luminescence of the pearl.

This practice of Padma Matuga is the most secret secret of Kundalini Yoga and cannot be described any further. There are some oral traditions, but it is forbidden to write them down. However, I intend to publish it to the extent that readers can self-study with their own ingenuity. I earnestly hope that readers will work hard and self-study.

チャクラの機能

　チャクラを、内分泌腺という近代医学、生理学の面からながめてみた。それでは、そのチャクラを、仏教はどのように考え、どのように説明しているか。

1ムラダーラーチャクラ

　体力が里ハ常に増進して、普通人の三？五倍の精力を持つようになる。三日、四目の徹夜くらい平気になる。一切の病気を受けつけず、健康体そのものとなる。病弱だった者は、その悪いところがみな癒ってしまうのだ。このチャクラにを集中したとき瀕死の病人でも床を蹴って立ち上るだろう。男女ともに実際の年令より10歳以上若くなる。そのかわり、強烈な性状と生殖力を持つようになるので、その干不ルギーを、オージャスという知能の干不ルギーに変える方法をあわせ教える。

２　スヴァジスターナーチャクラ

　このチャクラにエネルギーを集中すれば、気力が充実し、勇敢になって、積極果敢な行動力をチャクラの位置

発揮するようになる。なにものをも畏れず、なにごとにも惑わず、不動の信念をもってどんな困難にもひるまない。生死を超越した超人的手腕力量を発揮する。

３　マニピューラーチャクラ

ヨーガースートラの「臍輪に綜制をほどこすことによって、体内の組織を知ることができる」というのが、このチャクラでる。体内の組織を知ることができるというのは、ただ知るということだけではなく、からだの組織を自由にコントロールすることができるということである。それも、自分のからだだけではなく、他人のからだも自由にコントロールする力を持つから、人の病気なども即座に癒してしまうのである。

　このチャクラは、五気のうちの「サマーナの気」に属するものであるから、「サマーナ気を克服するならば、身体から火焔を発することができる」とあるように、このチヤクラを綜制することにより、火のエネルギーを出せるようになる。念力の護摩の火は、このチヤクラと、ヴィシュダー・チヤクラを使って出すのである。クンダリニー密教の奥義書には、「定に入って目を閉じているとき、このチャクラから、黄色味を帯びた白熱の火焔が水蒸気のように立ちのぼるのが見え、また、道を行くとき、同じ色をした火焔に腰から腹部のあたりがつつまれているのが見える。うすい煙か霧のように見えることもある」と記されている。このチヤクラが、ムラダーラーチヤクラで増強された生殖干不ルギーを、別な物質に変化させる。おなじように、体内に入ってきた毒物、毒素は、このチヤクラが分解したり、べつな物質に変えてしまう。だからＰＣＢ、ＤＤＴ、などの毒物も、このチャクラの力で無害のものにしてしまうことができる。

　はっきり火焔が出せるようになると、物質原素を変化させて、べつな物質に変えてしまう力を持ちはじめる。

４　アナハターチャクラ

　他心通の力があらわれてきて、他人の心が手にとるように分るようになると同時に、他人の心を自由に動かす力が出てくる。つづいて、目に見えぬものの高い心（聖霊、神霊、主導霊と表現する）と心を交流することができるようになる。自分にとって不可解な、理解できぬことなどを、天地にみちた、すぐれた心、

智恵の干不ルギーに同化してそこから聞くことができる。つまり、人の肉体はほろびても、その人の持っていた心のエネルギーはこの空間に痕跡をとどめているので、このチヤクラでその心の波動と同じ波動になれば、その心が持っていたすべてのもの、意識も、知能もみな自分と同化し

て自分のものになるということである。そういう意味で、このチヤクラに十分熟達すると、霊界（四次元）の世界と交流の道がひらけるのである。

５　ヴィシュダー・チャクラ

　超人的な聴力がそなわる。実際に、このチヤクラが使えるようになると、それまで全く聞こえいなかったある音響を聞くことができるようになる。

ことは、人の聴覚は、四〇、〇〇〇？五〇、〇〇〇キロサイクルの振動波しか聞くことができないが、このチヤクラを修得すると、その倍以上に聴覚の幅がひろがるということである。一〇〇メートルはなれて人の心臓の鼓動も聞くことができるということである。ちなみに、犬の聴覚は、八〇、〇〇〇？九〇、〇〇〇キロサイクルとされている。

　また、いろいろな声を聞く。主導霊の声をはっきり耳にするようになる。

　ヨーガースートラにある「あらゆる生きものの叫び声の意味がわかる」という能力が身にそな

わる。仏教の天耳通である。

　また、このチヤクラは、頭部、上肢（両腕）及び胸部の筋肉運動に深い関係を持つ。

６　アジナー・チャクラ

　異常な透視力を持つようになる。ヨーガースートラにある「心の発現にそなわる光をあてることによって、どんなに微細なものでも、人目につかぬところにかくされているものでも、はるか遠くにあるものでも知ることができる」という能力である。

　テレパシー能力が生ずる。ヨーガースートラにいう″大肌身″が可能になるのはこのチヤクラである。

　このチヤクラは、また、命令のチヤクラ、願望成就のチヤクラ、自在力のチヤクラともいわれ、熟達すると、自然に命令してこれを自在に動かし、自由に支配ナることができるようになる。すなわち、八種の自在力をそなえるようになる。八種の自在力とは、前にも述べたように、山身体を極限まで小さくして、岩などを自由に通り抜ける力　即からだを大空にいっぱいになるほど大きくする力　即蓮の糸や綿くずよりも軽くなる力　㈲望みのままに、月にでも指をふれることができる力　即自分の意志するままに、どんなことがらでも実現できる力　㈲世界を創造し、支配する力　閉万物を自分の意のままに従わせる力　㈲大地のように身を重くすることのできる力、あるいは、自分の意欲の対象を必ず手に入れることのできる力、の八種である。

7　サハスララーチャクラ

　頭のなかの光明Ｍｕｒｄｈａｊｙｏｔioといわれるチヤクラである。Ｂｒａｈｍａ　ｒａｎｄｈｒａ梵の座、梵の裂け目という頭蓋骨の接合するところの真下に位置する。梵の座、梵の裂け目とは、梵すなわち聖なるもの、と一体になる場所という意味である。

　このチヤクラを目ざめさせると、この部位に光明があらわれて、燦然とかがやく。頭のなかの光明である。

　このチヤクラはすべてのチヤクラを統合してこれを自由に制御する。すべてのチヤクラを自由に制御することができるようになると、彼は次第に変身する。昆虫が全身を覆うかたい表皮を次第に溶かし、しなやかな、しかし丈夫な羽翼を自然に身につけて、空飛ぶ蝶に変態するごとく、彼はヒトからべつな生物に変身する。三次元生物のホモーサピエンスから四次元生物の超・ヒト、ホモーエクセレンスに変身する。ヨーガでは、これを聖なるものと一体になる、と形容した。

その内面世界はつねに暗鬱であり、絶望感に覆われている。得意の知れない焦燥感 にかられてつねにいらいらしている。 これという理由もなしに、突然、すさまじい怨 の情やの念にかりたてられたり、一転して悲しみのどん底にたたき落とされたりする。そうかと思うとまた一転して、手のつけられないような様の状態になったり する。 それでいてかれらは決して精神病者ではないのである。

その特徴はすべてに衝動的である。考慮するということが、ないのではない。 しか しすぐに衝動がそれをうち消す。

そういう抑圧と葛藤からのがれるために、アルコールに走ることが多い。最近は、 シンナーや麻薬が多いようである。また、暴力行為、犯罪行為に奔るものもすくなく ない。

そこまでいかないにしても、大なり小なりこういう精神負担を背負っている人間 が、平穏無事な人生をあゆむことができないのは当然であろう。

そのなかには、卓抜した才能や、すぐれた素質を持ったひともすくなからずいる。 そういうひとほど、つきあげてくる衝動や抑圧とたたかうために、葛藤がひどく、自 暴自棄になって、性格破綻者のようになってしまいやすい。しかし、どうしてそうな るのか。自分自身も周囲のものも、まったくわからないのである。 精神科の医師の診 断をうけても、精神病ではないという診断がくだされる。精神病的ではあっても、精神病者ではないから、治療の方法がないのである。せいぜい精神安定剤をあたえるく らいであるが、そういうもので安定は得られない。いよいよ病気になっていくくらい がオチである。

本人はもとよりだが、その巻きぞえになる家族たちの苦しみも、想像以上のものが ある。一家心中を考えた家族たちもかぞえきれないくらいである。

卓抜した意志の力や、人なみすぐれた才能により、なんとか、ある程度、抑圧や葛 制御できるひとも、ごく稀れにはあるが、そういうひとたちにしても、不幸、 不 運悲惨な人生をまぬがれることはむずかしい。

精神的なものはなんとか抑制できたとしても、ソンディ理論のいう“運命の反覆” からのがれることができないからである。 霊障のホトケがたどった悲惨な運命を、無 意識のうちにたどってしまうからである。

その無気味なおそろしさを、ソンデイ自身が語っているではないか。悲惨な異母兄 の運命を、かれ自身、知らぬうちにたどりはじめていたのである。天才的なかれの知 能が、その運命の反覆を断ち切った。これは、とうてい常人のできることではない。

おそらくは、異母兄の霊障が、あまり強くなかったのではないかと思われる。 つよい 怨念の霊障であったら、いかなソンディ博士にしても、そうかんたんに消滅させるこ とはできなかったであろう。

この異母兄の霊障は、怨恨のそれではなく、 悔恨からきたものだったと思われる。 つよい怨恨の霊障は、守護仏と、それによる成仏法でないかぎり、 ぜったいといって いいほど、消滅できないものなのである。

なお、ちなみに、ヒューストン・リード氏の霊障は、三代ほど前の縁者で、横変死 し、生前、強度のアル中だったと思われるホトケであった。氏は、もう少しというと ころで、このホトケ”運命の反覆からのがれたのである。 幸いのことであった が、しかし、こういう不幸からのがれられないひとびとが、どれだけ多くいるであろ うか。それはもう、無数といっていいほどである。しかも、それは、日に日にふえつ つあるように思われるのである。

おそろしいのは、とくに、子供や若ものたちのあいだに急速にふえつつあることで ある。これはもう、大きな社会問題であるというべきではないか。
