\nwhile practicing deeply with
\nthe Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore,
\nsuddenly discovered that
\nall of the five Skandhas are equally empty,
\nand with this realisation
\nhe overcame all Ill-being.
\n\u201cListen Sariputra,
\nthis Body itself is Emptiness
\nand Emptiness itself is this Body.
\nThis Body is not other than Emptiness
\nand Emptiness is not other than this Body.
\nThe same is true of Feelings,
\nPerceptions, Mental Formations,
\nand Consciousness.
\n\u201cListen Sariputra,
\nall phenomena bear the mark of Emptiness\u037e
\ntheir true nature is the nature of
\nno Birth no Death,
\nno Being no Non-being,
\nno Defilement no Purity,
\nno Increasing no Decreasing.

\nBody, Feelings, Perceptions,
\nMental Formations and Consciousness
\nare not separate self entities.
\nThe Eighteen Realms of Phenomena
\nwhich are the six Sense Organs,
\nthe six Sense Objects,
\nand the six Consciousnesses
\nare also not separate self entities.<\/p>\n
The Twelve Links of Interdependent Arising
\nand their Extinction
\nare also not separate self entities.
\nIll-being, the Causes of Ill-being,
\nthe End of Ill-being, the Path,
\ninsight and attainment,
\nare also not separate self entities.
\nWhoever can see this
\nno longer needs anything to attain.
\nBodhisattvas who practice
\nthe Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore
\nsee no more obstacles in their mind,
\nand because there
\nare no more obstacles in their mind,
\nthey can overcome all fear,
\ndestroy all wrong perceptions
\nand realize Perfect Nirvana.
\n\u201cAll Buddhas in the past, present and future
\nby practicing
\nthe Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore
\nare all capable of attaining
\nAuthentic and Perfect Enlightenment.
\n\u201cTherefore Sariputra,
\nit should be known that
\nthe Insight that Brings Us to the Other Shore
\nis a Great Mantra,
\nthe most illuminating mantra,
\nthe highest mantra,
\na mantra beyond compare,
\nthe True Wisdom that has the power
\nto put an end to all kinds of suffering.
\nTherefore let us proclaim
\na mantra to praise
