チャクラが、どうして、超人的ともいうべき特殊な力を発生するのか？

　長い間、それは神秘的々謎とされていたが、近代生理学の登場によって、その謎はた。

　チャクラの場所は、すべて、内分泌腺と一致するのである。

　クンダリニー・ヨーガの熟達者は、特殊な修行によって得た力でその場所を刺

激し、ふつうの人間の持たない力を発生させるのである。内分泌腺がそ生源なのである。

　これを、近代医学による内分泌腺と対照すると、表１（七三頁）のようになる。

　ただし、よってわたくしが分類したもので、欧米のヨーガの指導者たち（およびその系統の人たち）の対照分類のしかたと、だいぶちがうところがある。わたくしは、わたくしの修行体験によって、このほうが正しいと信じているが、あるいは、これはリードビーター氏がいっているように、人種、民族別による体格、体質の相違

によるものであるのかもしれぬ。氏はその著書の中で、チャクラの大小、色彩、位置、形状など、有色、白色、東洋、西洋の民族、人種の相違によってかなりちがうものがあり、また、おなじ民族、人種でも、多少の個人差が見られる、とのべている。たしかにそのおりだと、わたくしも思っている。

チャグラの機能

　チャクラは、ホルモンを分泌する内分泌腺と同一の場所にあり、ホルモンが持つ驚異的な力を発現させる場所であることをのべた。

　では、各チャクラは、どのような力を発揮するのであろうか。

クンダリニー・ヨーガの秘伝として伝えるところのものを記してみよう。

1 ムーラーダーラーチャクラ

内分泌腺の性腺、腎臓の部位である。

このチャクラを覚醒すると、体力が異常に増進して、ふつうの人の三～五倍の精力を持つようになる。三日、四日の徹夜くらい平気になる。いっさいの病気を受けつけず、健座作そのものとなる。病弱だった者は、その悪いところが、みななおってしまう。このチャクラに綜制汐弓ｊ∃Ｑを集中してそのエネルギーが発動したとき、瀕死の病人でも床を蹴って立ち上がるだろう。男女ともにじっさいの年齢より十歳以上若くなる。

　そのかわり、強烈な性欲と生殖力を持つようになるので、その于不ルギーを、オージャスという知能のエネルギーに変える方法をあわせもちいる。

　2 闘いのホルモン、英雄ホルモンを湧出させる副腎の部位である。

　このチャクラが覚醒して于不ルギーが発動すると、気力が充実し、勇敢になっ

て、積極果敢な行動力を発揮するようになる。なにものをも恐れず、なにごとにも惑わず、大胆不敵、不動の信念を持ってどんな困難にもひるまない。生死を超越した超人的手腕力量を発揮する。

３、マニプーラーチャクラ（ナービーチャクラ）

ヨーガの奥義書である「ヨーガースートラ」にこうある。

臍輪に綜制をほどこすことによって、体内の組織を知ることができる。

この章について、佐保田鶴治博士は、

臍輪というのは、実際の臍の孔ではなくて、そのあたりにありと想像される神秘な車輪状の部位のことで十六の帽をもっていると言われる。一説では、後世のハターヨーガで説く六つのチャクラの中の下から三番目にあるマニプーラーチャクラのことであるともいう。いずれにせよ、肉眼で見える部

に刄ｙけ々く、幽体に属するものとされている。臍輪は気体（生命エネルギーかシリグリ休）の中央にあるから、これに綜制を行なうと、身体内の組織がわかる、というのであ。

と解説されておられるが、これは、多少ともちがう。

　博士は、「そのあたりにありと想像される神秘な」といわれるが、この部位は、決して空想的な場所ではない。たしかに神秘的とも思われる偉大な力を発揮するけれども、医学的にはっきり確認されているのである。

　それは、医学的には、ソーラー・プレクサスと名づけられた「太陽神経叢」のことである。腹腔神経叢、内臓動脈軸叢ともいわれ、腹腔動脈より出る上腸間膜動脈の起始部にある交感神経の大きい神経叢である。胃の裏側にあって、さながら太陽の光線のごとく各臓器に神経を送っているので、この名前がつけられた。

　すなわち、ここから出る神経は、食道、胃、腹部血管、肝臓、輸胆管、卵臓、副腎、腸等に分布している。また、この神経叢は大小内臓神経、迷走神経、第十二胸神経節、第一腰神経節などが集まっており、内臓の神経としては最も重要な叢である。

　チャクラというのは、いずれも、いままで、空想的、神秘的場所とのみ考えられてきた。これらの部位は、決してそういうものではなく、さきにのべたように、内分泌腺、神経群、酵素などに深い関係があり、じっさいに、医学的見地から見ても非常に重要な場所であり、大切なはたらきをする場所なのである。

「綜制をほどこすことによって、体内の組織を知ることができる」とあるが、この綜制というのは、特別な修行を経た特殊な集中力をいう。この組織を知る、というのは、単に組織を知るだけではなく、組織を自由にコントロールすることができるという意味である。じっさいにこの臍輪に綜制を集中すると、この「太陽神経叢」

に属する内臓器官－それは食道から、胃、肝臓、騨臓、牌臓、副腎、腸にで、すべてを自分の思うようにコントロールできるのである。これらの内臓器官

が、どんな状態にあるかをすぐ知り、少しでも異常があるようであれば直ちに正常に戻してしまう。そういう力の訓練が、この臍輪のトレーニングる。

　また、それは、自分の体だけではなく、他人の体も自由にコントロールする力を持つから、人の病気なども即座に癒してしまうのである。

　４、アナーハターチャクラ

　胸腺・心臓・肺臓の部位である。

　このチャクラの体現により、いちじるしい感覚器官の増幅が見られる。

　究極の力では、不可視光線（赤外線、紫外線）を見ることができ、超音波を聞

くことができる。その結果、天災地変を予知することができるようになる。

それは、その超感覚と高度の知能の結合によるものである。それらは、自分の

肉体を思うままに統御する能力から来る。マニプーフーチャクラとの結合である。

５、ヴィシュッダーチヤタラ

　甲状腺・唾液腺の部位である。

　感覚器官の増幅が、高い次元に向かってなされる。

　聖霊と交流し、聖なるものの声を聞くことができるようになる。

また、自分にとって不可解な、理解できぬことなどを、天地にみちた、すぐれ

た心、智慧の于不ルギーに同化して、そこから聞くことができる。つまり、人の肉体はほろびても、その人の持っていた心の于不ルギーは、この空間に痕跡をとどめているので、このチャクラでその心の波動と同じになれば、その心が持っていたすべてのもの、意識も知能もみな自分と同化して、自分のものになるという

ことである。

つまり、それは、霊界（四次元の世界）との交通の道が開けることを意味する

のである。

６、アージュニャー・チャクラ

脳下収体の部位である。極度に発達した知能を持つ。

　一度、目にふれ、。度、耳にしたことは、ぜったいに忘れることのない記憶力。

　どのように複雑な構造でも組織でも、瞬間的に分析し、推理し、理解して、本

質を把握してしまう演絆と帰納の力。

　コトバという間接思考を経ない純粋思考から発する超飛躍的な創造力。

　究極には、仏教でいう「常楽我浄」の四徳を完成し、仏陀の感性に到達する。

７、サハスラーラーチャクラ

　松果腺・松果体・視床下部の部位である。

　これを体現すると、仏陀の覚醒に到達する。すなわち、霊性の完成である。

　このチャクラは、「頭の中の光明」（とよばれる。このチャクラが目ざめた刹那、この部位に光明があらわれて、燦然とかがやくからである、という。

それは行道づくりからはじまる

まず、チャクラエネルギーのルートを示す。

この組織を知る、というのは、単に組織を知るだけではなく、組織を自由にコントロ
コールすることができるという意味である。実際にこのナービ・チャクラに Samyamaを集中すると、この太陽神経叢に属する内臓器官――それは食道から、胃、肝臓、膵臓、脾臓、副腎、腸にいたるまで、すべてを自分の思うようにコントロールできるのである。これらの臓器官が、どうにかすぎいい、いしでいいようであれば直ちに正常にもどしてしまう、いいわ、調べ、ごャード網駅、威、強滅、いった、キャラバに活動すると、他い通い力がたらいいてきて、個人、いいにいようにするようになると同時に、他人の心を目いていて、目に思い、単品、枠、主とすると心も交流するこきれいさに、下町な、理解できいことなど大地にみちすごい、、、チャーボードにしてそこかいことができる。つまり、人にはないで、、、持っていたい、エネルギーはこの空間に痕跡をとどれているので、このチャンスで、、、茨と同じになれば、その心が持っていたべてのもの、意識も、知能もみな自分と同化して自分のものになるということである。

そういう意味で、このチャクラに十分熟達すると、霊界(四次元)の世界との交流の道がひらけるのである。

甲状腺・唾液腺の部位である。
このチャクラを動かすことにより、超人的な聴力がそなわる。実際に、このチャクラが使えるようになると、それまで全く聞こえていなかったある音響を聞くことができるようになる。これはわたくし自身の体験であるが、その音がどんな音であるかは、
ここでは伏せておく。わたくしが弟子の指導にあたって、その弟子がどんな音響を聞いたかをしらべることにより、その弟子が本当にこのチャクラを体得したかどうかの判定基準になる。そういうものを判定基準にしなくても、指導者には分るが、もし、
こういう音だと前もって知らせておくと、自己暗示でそういう音を聞いてしまうこともあるので、それに類することは一切伏せておくわけである。法を惜しんで公表しないわけではないのである。ただ、いえることは、人の聴覚は、四〇、〇〇〇~五〇、
〇〇〇キロヘルツの振動波しか聞くことができないが、このチャクラを修得すると、その倍以上に聴覚の幅がひろがるということである。一〇〇メートルはなれて人の心
臓の鼓動も聞くことができるということである。ちなみに、犬の聴覚は、八〇、〇〇
〇~九〇、〇〇〇キロヘルツとされている。

また、いろいろな声を聞く。主導霊の声をはっきり耳にするようになる。
ヨーガ・スートラにある「あらゆる生きものの叫び声の意味がわかる」という能力もこれである。仏教の天耳通である。
また、このチャクラは、頭部、上肢(両腕)及び胸部の筋肉運動に深い関係を持つ。

6=アージュニャー・チャクラ

異常な透視力を持つようになる。『ヨーガ・スートラ』にある｢心の発現にそなわる光をあてることによって、どんなに微細なものでも、人目につかぬところにかくされているものでも、はるかに遠くにあるものでも知ることができる」という能力である。
にテレパシー能力が生ずる。『ヨーガ・スートラ』にいう大脱身』が可能になるのシッディーはこのチャクラである。

このように四神足が修練され豊かにされたときに、もろもろの煩悩の汚れがほろぼされることによって、汚れなき心の解脱・知慧の解脱をこの世 において、みずから証知し、現証し、具現して住する。

けっきょく、四神足の修行によって、釈尊は解脱を得たというのである。つ まり、四神足の修練によって、ニルヴァーナに到達したというのだ。

ニルヴァーナにまで到達するのは、至難の業である。わたくしといえども、 そこまで修行者を導く自信はない。しかし、準・ニルヴァーナにまで到達させ る自信はあるのだ。すべては、修行者の努力と熱意しだいだが――。

If you have cultivated the four divine legs in this way and become rich, you will understand and know the hearts of other survivors and other people. Afterwards they were born in wickedness, where they fell, in hell, and these other survivors did good deeds in themselves, good in speech, and good in heart, and did not blaspheme the saints. After their bodies were destroyed and they died, they were born in a good place, in the heavenly world.”

With such a pure and superhuman celestial eye, I saw survivors die and be born again. the humble and the noble, the beautiful and the ugly, the happy and the unhappy, and the survivors [clearly] perceive their own works.

When the four divine feet are cultivated and enriched in this way, the contamination of various worldly desires is wiped away, and the emancipation of the pure mind and the emancipation of wisdom can be witnessed, demonstrated, and materialized by oneself in this world. live in

Ultimately, it is said that Shakyamuni attained liberation through the training of the four gods. He is said to have attained Nirvana through the training of the four divine legs.

Reaching Nirvana is a daunting task. Even I don’t have the confidence to lead a trainee that far. However, I am confident that I will reach quasi-Nirvana. Everything depends on the trainee’s effort and enthusiasm…

息吹き長世の法の特長は、この法成就するや、寒熱自在の息を長嘯す、とあるよ うに、定に入ると、凍るように冷たい息と、熱風のように熱い息とを交互に、自在 に吐くのである。この、寒熱自在の息は不思議な力があって、法の通りにこれを息 吹くと、いかなる病気も、怪我もたちどころに痛みが去り、快癒におもむくとされ ている。瀕死の病人にむかい息吹くとき、神の新鮮な生命力を吹きこまれて、たち どころによみがえり、元気充実す、という。おかしたる罪けがれも一切浄化される。 天地四方にむかって息吹くときは、悪霊、怨念、低級の霊、すべての障害が消滅す る。「是レ、神ノ息吹キ也」とある。修行者が常時これを修すると、神人合一して

三○○歳の長寿を得るという。

私が、クンダリニー覚醒に際して、痛烈なショックをうけたときに、もっともい ちじるしいことは、急激な寒さと、燃えるような熱さとが、交互に全身を襲ったこ とであった。そうして、寒さにおそわれたときには、吐く息も、氷のように冷たい 息であった。腹の底からかあッと熱いものがこみあげてきたときには、息もたえだ えに熱風のような息を吐いた。二、三〇秒おきにこの寒熱が全身をおそうのである から、たまったものではないのだ。からだ中の細胞がバラバラになってしまうので はないかと思われ、大の男が思わず悲鳴をあげてしまう。

このときは気がつかなかった。のちになって、このときの呼吸のしかたが異常だ ったことに気がつき、何度もそれをくりかえしてみた。最初はできなかったが、定 に入り、腹部と胸部のチャクラを使うと、次第にこの特殊な呼吸法ができるように なった。寒熱自在の息を吐く呼吸法のコツが体得できた。はなしに聞く息吹き長世 の呼吸法がこれであると合点された。 息吹き長世の原点は、古代ヨーガのなかにあったのである。この呼吸の技術は、

古代ヨーガ独特のものである。息吹き長世の秘法は、この技術によるものであるこ とは疑いない。

この古代ヨーガの技術がどのようにしてわが国の古代神道にとり入れられたもの か、私にも判然としない。おそらくは、神代とよばれる古い時代に、古代ヨーガを 体得した超人が、大陸から渡来してこれをつたえたものであろう。あるいは、それ が、この国で神とよばれるこの国の始祖になったのかも知れない。 「たしかに、この特殊な呼吸法は、肺と心臓の機能をいちじるしく強化して、全身 の血流を浄化し、体力を異常にたかめると同時に精神をふかく鎮静させ、頭脳を新 鮮な思考力でみたしてくれる。また、それは心のおくふかくわかわかしいロマンを かきたててくれるようである。それは古代の神への回帰であろうか。ふかい定に入 ると、たくましい古代の神々が、果てしなく深い青空にむかって、厚い胸をそらし、 声をかぎりに神叫びにおらぶ、ゆたかな声量がわが胸に躍動してくる思いだ。この 刹那の悠揚たる充実を持ちつづけるならば、人はたしかに三○○歳を生きつづける ことも難事ではあるまい。私はいま、この呼吸法を、だれでも容易に体得できるよ

う、あたらしい古代神法、息吹き長世、の復元をはかりつつある。古神道の行法 にのっとり、クンダリニー・ヨーガのチャクラをとり入れたピンガラ、イダーの開 発法はすでにほとんど完成している。ただ、この法は、ごくデリケートな呼吸の操 作を必要とし、もし間違えるとよくない影響もあると考えられるので、ペンだけの 表現でつたえることは不可能である。実地の指導なくしては体得し得ない。読者は ベつな機会を持ってほしいのである。

一九年の昔の、まだ修行途上時代の筆であるから、いまから見ると、思い違いをし ている部分もあり、完全に把握していない部分もある。しかし、大筋において間違っ てはいない。

以来、十数年の間、わたくしは、わき目もふらず、ひとすじに、この法を追求しつ づけてきた。そして、結局、これが、仏陀の法につながっていたことをさとったので ある。

右の文章中、「古代ヨーガ」とあるのは、「仏陀の法」だったわけである。当時のわ たくしには、そこまでの眼がなかったのである。勉強不足であった。十数年間の一筋 の修行が、その目をひらかせてくれたわけである。 (阿含経に深くふれたのは、この あとのことであった)

前の節にのべたピンガラ・イダーを開発する「秘密マントラ特殊詠唱法」の呼吸法 が、じつは古代神法 「息吹き永世」の呼吸法なのである。

というのは、息吹き永世の法では、〝寒熱自在の息を吐く。のであるが、これは、 ピンガラ、イダーのはたらきによるものと思われるからだ。 クンダリニー・ヨーガでは、 ピンガラは「太陽の気道」と呼ばれ、高い熱気を伴う とされ、 イダーは、「月の軌道」と呼ばれ、冷寒を伴う とされる。

仏陀の法では、ピンガラが発する熱を、「発動・昂揚」のエネルギーに変え、イダ

ーが発する寒冷を「沈静・凝縮」のエネルギーに変えたのであろう。

息吹き永世では、このエネルギーを「神の息吹き」として、人びとの救済に用いた のである。

こういうかたちで、仏陀の法が古代神法の中に生きていたのだと思うと、一九年の 昔も今も、わたくしの胸は、古代の神々への限りない回帰の念にうちふるえるのである。

この法の伝授については、一九年の昔の文章をそのままのせるしかないであろう。 即ち、この法は、ごくデリケートな呼吸の操作を必要とし、もし間違えるとよくな い影響もあると考えられるので、ペンだけの表現でつたえることは不可能である。実 地の指導なくしては体得し得ない。読者はべつな機会を持ってほしいのである。と。

ヴェニュー 金星の法

ノストラダムスの予言詩にある「金星の法」とは、求聞持聡明法のことであると、

さきにのべた。

求聞持聡明法は、「明星」すなわち金星を祀って観想を凝らし、マントラを唱えて、 修行をする。これ以上に、「金星の法」というのにふさわしい法はないであろう。し かも、この法は、人の脳を改造し、すぐれた賢人にする法とされている。まさに、救 世主の法とするに足る法ではないか。

しかし、わたくしが、この求聞持聡明法を以て、金星の法と断定するのは、それだ けのことではないのである。もっと深い理由があるのである。 それはなにか? そのことについて、わたくしは、一九年前のむかし、『密教・超能力の秘密』で、 ~求聞持聡明法・明星の秘密』と題して、つぎのようにのべているのである。

まず、最初、真言密教の求聞持法をのべてみる。 「この法を修するには、東南西三方の晴れたるところを最上とする。東方のみでも 悪くはない。道場の東壁に小窓をつくる。これは虚空蔵の化現である明星(金星)

の光を道場にさし入れるためである。また、朝日夕月の光を本尊にあてる意もあり、 あるいは小窓に網を張り、黄色の種字の字を書いて、そこから、明星の光をとおし て本尊にあてるためでもある」

とまず場所を制定し、つぎに、さだめられた本尊の印明を百万べん、五十日ある いは百日に読誦するのであるが、日蝕または月蝕の時に結願するよう開 白(はじ めること)しなければならぬとある。

弘法大師空海は、求聞持聡明法成就の体験を、 「 阿国大滝の国にのぼりよじ、土州室戸の崎に勤念す。谷響を惜しまず、明星 影す。云々」 と語っている。阿波の大滝岳にのぼり、土佐の室戸岬でこの法の修行にはげんだ ところ、谷はこだまし、明星があらわれるなど、法にいわれている通りの現証があ り、法が成就した―――、というのであるが、これは、このまま鵜呑みにすると間違 ってしまう。 真言密教の求聞持聡明法秘伝に、こうある。

というのは、結願に際して、香に火を置き、明星を拝したとき、四 方が暗く明星が見えなければ、修行が成功せず、失敗したのである。暗くても明星 が現われれば下品の成功であり、四方が少々晴れて明星が現われれば中品、ことご とく晴れて明星現われれば成就、明星が眼前に現われ遊曳するのが、最高の成功で ある。四方が晴れても明星が現われなければ、失敗である」

と。 これがちがうのである。全くちがう。 こういう口伝や奥伝を頼りにいくら修行しても、気の毒だが、求聞持聡明法は成 就しない。 なぜか? 明星は、天空には現われないのである。 では、どこにあらわれるのか?

それについて、わたくしは、別のページで、つぎのように修行体験をのべている。

脳のチャクラが開発されたとき、間脳、視床下部の辺で、光を感ずるような刺激が 生ずるのである。神経経路がスパークするのであろうか。

わたくしがここでいいたいのは、ノストラダムスが予言した「金星の法」は、真言 密教の求聞持聡明法ではなく、仏陀の求聞持聡明法であったということである。

なぜならば、脳底にきらめくこの金星は、仏陀の法でない限り、ぜったいにあらわ れないからである。 ノストラダムスは見たのである。四五〇年の昔、未来の世にあらわれる仏陀の脳の 奥ふかく然ときらめく金星の光を。 そして名づけたのだ。「金星の法」と

救世主の法は、他のものが持たぬ二つの力を持たねばならない。 それは、第一に、これまで説いてきたように、人間の脳の致命的な欠陥を、根本的 に改造する力である。

第二に、メシアの法は、生者を救うだけではなく、死者をも救済する力を持ってい なければならない。全地球上にみなぎる死者の怨念を消滅させる力である。

霊的な力を持つ聖者ならばだれでも、地球を覆う死者の悲泣呻吟の声を耳にして、 心痛の限りを尽くさぬものはない。

この死者の怨念のバイブレーションが、すべての人の深層意識を動かしている。こ とにおそろしいのは、もの心つかぬ幼少年の心に深い傷や亀裂をあたえていることだ。

Uh, we are trying to restore a new ancient Shinto ritual, the Breathing Eternal Age. The method of developing Pingala and Ida, which incorporates the Kundalini yoga chakra, has already been almost completed in accordance with the practice of Ko-Shintō. However, this method requires a very delicate breathing operation, and if it is mistaken, it may have a bad effect, so it is impossible to answer with a pen-only expression. It cannot be learned without practical guidance. The reader wants him to have a great opportunity.

The breathing method of the “secret mantra special chanting method” that develops the Pingala Ida mentioned in the previous section is actually the breathing method of the ancient god method “Breathing Eternal”.

In other words, this method requires a very delicate operation of breathing, and if a mistake is made, it may have a positive effect, so it is impossible to answer with a pen-only expression. Venue Venus Law

In Nostradamus’s prophetic poem, “the law of Venus” is the law of sagacity.

I mentioned it earlier.

The scholarship method enshrines “Myosei”, that is, Venus, and devises an idea, chanting a mantra, and practicing. There would be no better law than this, the “law of Venus”. However, this law is said to be a method of remodeling a person’s brain to make him a good wise man. Isn’t it just enough to be the law of the Messiah?

However, it is not the only one that I conclude that it is the law of Venus by this method of hearing and wisdom. There is a deeper reason. What is it? About that, I wrote about it 19 years ago in “Mikkyo / The Secret of ESP” under the title of “The Secret of Mikkyo and the Secret of Meisei” as follows. It is.

When. This is different. It’s completely different. No matter how much I practice by relying on such oral and secret stories, I’m sorry, but the method of sagacity is not fulfilled. Why? Myojo does not appear in the sky. So where does it appear?

クンダリニー覚醒法

まず、修行者は、クンダリニー覚醒の予備チャクラの場所を、正確に知らねばならない。さきに、わたくしが、始動用小型モーターだといった経穴である。

これを導師から教示してもらう。チャクラの場所は、個人差があるので、導師から教えてもらうしかないのである。

この予備チャクラにムドラーと共に思念を集中して特殊な観想をつづけていると、チャクラに独特の感覚が生じてくる。これに、さらに物理的な或る刺激を加えると、完全に覚保する。

登録してしだいにエネルギーが生ずるようになると、このエネルギーを、気道によってクンダリニーの部位に送りこみ、また、その周囲に行らせる。指導の通り、正しく行すれば、時間的な違いはあるが、だれでもクンダリニーは目ざめるようになる。

クンダリニー・ヨーガのやりかたでは、クンダリニーの覚醒は非常に困難であり、

したがって成功した例は稀であるとされているが、仏陀の法では、予備チャクラを使うので、それほど至難なものではないのである。仏陀の法のすぐれたところである。

むずかしいのは、ピンガラ、イダーの両気道の開発である。

これはたいへんむずかしい。しかし、どうしてもなしとげなければならぬ修行である。

というのは、仏陀の法におけるピンガラ、イダーの気道は、ただたんなる気道では
なく、前にのべたように、アクセルとブレーキの機能を持つものである。この両気道を開発しなければ、各チャクラを目ざめさせることも出来なければ、コントロールすることも出来ない。脳のチャクラ、神経経路の増強なども、このピンガラ、イダーの
はたらきによるものであるから、これは仏陀の法の眼目ともいうべき法である。その法について解説しよう。

ビンガラ、イダーの開発法

そのテクニックをひと口でいうと、特殊な振動を体内につくり出して、これを吏うのである。
その特殊な振動は、横隔膜、胸腔、腹腔を使い、秘密マントラの特殊な詠唱法によ
って思っす。ムドラー、体位もこれに加わる。
この運動は、最初、声帯を使う。声帯で、正しい振動を声として発生させる。この
秋動ん、胸総、横臓、腹腔へと響かせてゆく。胸腔、腹腔は、いうならば太鼓であ
る。こで共鳴させ、増幅させるのである。
しい動を起こせるようになったら、今度は、発声しないで、おなじ振動を起こ
小劇練に入る。無音声になるが、振動は起こしているのである。というのは、体の内
常に向けて発声しているのである。体の内部に向けて振動を送っているわけだ。体の
内とは、いまのべたように、胸腔、腹腔である。まず、胸腔が、送りこまれた動
あ、で鳴せ戦させる。
さらにこれる、横隔膜が、腹腔の中で増幅させる。
非常に強いエネルギーが、体内に生じることを理解されるであろう。この強いエネ
ルギーが、ピンガラ の気道を開発し、形成するのである。

どのようにして?

ここで、わたくしは、最極秘伝の一つを明かさねばならない。

それは、チャクラに、｢大チャクラ」と「小チャクラ」の二種類あるということである。このことは、誰れも知らない。わたくししか知らない秘伝である。クンダリニー・ヨーガと道教、そして仏陀の呼吸法の総合修行からわたくしが発見体得した秘伝
である。そのわたくしが、今度はじめて、今まで秘していた最極秘伝を公開するのである。

チャクラの星座をたどる

「大チャクラ」とは、さきにのべたように、ムーラーダーラ・チャクラ、スヴァーディシューターナ・チャクラ、マニプーラ・チャクラ、アナーハタ・チャクラ、ヴィシュッダ・チャクラ、アージュニャー・チャクラ、サハスラーラ・チャクラの七つであ

｢小チャクラ」は、これとは別のものである。人間の体には、おおよそ三百数カ所の小チャクラがある。中国の道教で、｢経穴」と称している部位と同一のものもあるし、
まったく違うものもある。小チャクラは、そうでない部分にくらべて、知覚が非常に敏感である。導師のわたくしが、思念をこめて、二、三〇センチくらいの距離から指先で示しただけで、相手はピリピリと感ずるほどである。凝視されただけで感ずるほど敏感な部位もある。

それはちょうど、人間の体、という宇宙に点在する星のように思われる。じっさいに、星座のように、共通する系を以て一つの座を形成しているチャクラの群れもある。

気道を開発するとき、わたくしはこの星たちを利用する。腹部、背部、頭部、どの部分の気道も、この星のチャクラを利用することによって、比較的、らくに道をひらいてゆけるのである。

わたくしは、さながら、この星の海を航海する船長である。どの星からどの星へとたどっていったら、目的地(チャクラ、また、神経叢など)に到達できるのか、わたくしは明確に指示することが出来る。星をたどったその航跡が気道になるのである。
この法によれば、少々鈍感な修行者でも、気道の経路を知ることが出来るであろう。

ピンガラ、イダーの両気道も、そのようにして開発、形成される。

この秘法を知らぬ修行者たちは、羅針盤も持たず、星座で航路を読むことも知らない昔の航海者のように、闇夜の海にただよのみである。

もうお分りであろう。前の節でのべた体内の強い振動エネルギーが、星から星をたどって、ピンガラ、イダーの気道を形成してゆくのである。

これで、最大の難関は突破された。やれやれ、と、ひと息つきたいところであるが、じつは、もう一つ、越さねばならぬ難関があるのである。それはなにか?

それは、このようにして形成されたピンガラ、イダーの気道に、どのようにして、前にのべた、アクセルとブレーキの機能を持たせるか、ということである。これが非常にむずかしいのだ。
どのようにして、それはなされるのか?

最上深秘の呼吸法」

Therefore, it is said that successful cases are rare, but the Buddhist law uses a spare chakra, so it is not so difficult. It is an excellent place in the Buddha’s law.
